With the competitive pressure and the development of information and communication technology, many organizations have introduced various kinds of enterprise-wide systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as strategic tools for the purpose of improving organizational performance. Despite their promised strategic benefits, however, their implementation has suffered from a high failure rate and difficulty in realizing the anticipated benefits. Previous studies have indicated that one of the most critical failure reasons is the lack of knowledge sharing and utilization across organizations. As a consequence, many information systems (IS) researchers have paid attention to examining the effect of absorptive capacity closely associated with knowledge sharing and transferring on IS usage performance. ERP systems implementation involves changes not only in systems but also in processes and other social dimensions, which can be related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) requiring appropriate communications and interactions among organizational members. A lack of communications and interactions due to a lack of OCB might lead to weak absorptive capacity and thus negatively influence knowledge sharing across organizations, because OCB facilitates a successful collaboration among functional units and positively impacts individual's attitude toward radical organizational change. With this motivation, this study has two research objectives. First, it introduces and tests a theoretical model accounting for the relationships among performance of ERP system usage, absorptive capacity, and OCB. Second, it examines a mediating role of absorptive capacity between OCB and performance of EPR system usage. Theoretical and practical implications of the study ware discussed, along with its limitations.

With the efforts to development of renewable energy technologies, and increasing awareness to environmental issues, the usage of wood pallets has been increasing every year since the introduction of wood pallet technology to the domestic market. until 2009, majority usage of pellet boiler was in the residential houses. In an effort to increase the distribution of wood pellet boiler to cultivation facilities with high usage of fuels, The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has launched a distribution project of wood pellet boiler for fuel usage as a part of the agricultural and fishery energy efficiency projects. Although only small number of farms with a heat-culturing facility have replaced from conventional boiler to pellet boiler. Although part of reason for low usage of pallet boiler is lack of understanding and information of it, the main reasons are high initial cost and uncertainty of its cost efficiency. Also, most people from agricultural industry don't realize it's significance in terms of environmental benefit due to lack of understanding in 'resource circulation' and 'adopting to climate change'. In this study, first, we did a cost-efficiency analysis of the farm which uses a diesel boiler to grow cucumber, tomato, paprika. Then we replaced the diesel boiler to a pallet boiler and measured its cost-efficiency again. By comparing the cost-efficiency of the diesel boiler with the pellet boiler, we analyzed the economic viability of pellet boiler. Then we analyzed viability of pallet boiler usage in terms of 'resource circulation' and 'adopting to climate change'. As a result of our analysis, we have found out that under the current system of government support, the energy usage varies depends of the types crops grown and the higher the energy use, the more cost efficient it is to use the pallet boiler. Also, it is economically viable to use the pallet boiler in terms of 'resource circulation' and 'adopting to climate change'.

In the growth of IT industry, interest in wearable device has been globally rising along with the evolution of technology. A Smartwatch is expected to be at the center of wearable device industry in the future. However, there are some concerns that most of its actual sales are caused by gifts or bundling. Motivated by these issues, this study propounds the ideas that to enter the mainstream market, the empirical research is required for actual consumers who continue to use a smartwatch. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors affecting user satisfaction and antecedents affecting continuance intention to use from consumer perspectives. Further, assuming consumers' perceptions will be different according to how they acquired smartwatch, this study classified the group as direct buyers and acquired users. To achieve the purpose of the research, this study analyzes the usage of smartwatch by integrating the IS Success Model and IS Continuance and Habit Theory. We implemented the survey of 338 smartwatch users, and the research findings indicate that information quality and system quality have significant effects on satisfaction, and consequently satisfaction and habit positively affect the continuance intention to use. Additionally, it is found that there was a significant difference in the relationship between satisfaction and habit in the group divided by acquisition type. Based on these findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications.

The CISG entrusts many problems to trade or practice : for example the problems which can't be compromised between civil law system and common law system ; the problems in which the application of usage or practice in universal ; the problems of rapid change according to trade circumstance. The purpose of this paper is to confirm whether the CISG is accomodating the usage or practice in its Text, and to find which topic is most closely related to usage or practice in CISG. The Article 9 in the CISG is a provision of usages or practices applicable to contract. But the problems of the CISG in the accomodation of usages or practices are that it lacks the definitions of ‘usage’ and ‘practices’, the CISG is not concerned with the validity of any usage according to Article 4, and the application of usage or practice may differ in litigation and arbitration The topics such as delivery of goods, payment of price and the transfer of risk are most closely related to usages and practices. The delivery of goods and the transfer of risk are determined by the trade terms like FOB or CIF. But the method of identification and the risk for the sale of goods in transit can't be determined by the trade terms in INCOTERMS(1990). So the CISG may serve as complementing role. In payment of price, the trade term does not refer to the time and place of payment. So the CISG may be the basis of interpretation. Likewise the usages and practices such as trade terms, UCP and so on, can be expected to play a significant role in complementing and interpreting the CISG.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the contents and system characteristics of online game and analyzed how these characteristics are related to the flow and online game usage. For this purpose, we identified character customization, storytelling traits, item properties as the contents characteristics of online game(MMORPG) and user interface and ease of community usage as the system characteristics of online game(MMORPG) based on previous researches and in-depth interviews from MMORPG users. The results of this paper revealed that character customization, storytelling traits and item properties positively influence the flow, however, game reality has not impact on the flow. In the system characteristics, only ease of community usage positively influence the flow at a significant level. Furthermore, it is proven that flow has an impact online game usage. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.

As information technology has a great impacts on contemporary business environment, global electronic trade is becoming a new paradigm in international trade transaction. The internet provides a fundamentally different environment for international marketing and trade, it also requires a different approach to international business. Now it is unrealistic to apply the same marketing strategies under global environment without making some modifications to be appropriate to the electronic edge. This paper attempts to investigate what kinds of factors influence the level of electronic trade utilization and performance, and suggests some strategies for usage of electronic trade for small-medium enterprises in Korea. According to the results of this research, the usage of electronic trade by small-medium enterprises is fundamentally important for the diffusion of electronic trade. Therefore it is suggested that the government needs to support small-medium enterprises by financing them to have system for electronic trade.

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been a basis model for testing technology use. Post researches of TAM have been conducted with the updating the TAM by adding new independent variables in order to increase the explanatory power of the model. However, the problem is that different independent variables have to be required to keep the explanatory power whenever adopting particular technology. This might reduce the generality of the research model. Thus in order to increase the generality of the model, this study reviewed the previous researches and collected the independent variables used, and regrouped them into three basic independent constructs. New research model was designed with three basic independent constructs with three constructs selected for the involuntary information technology usage environment. Finally, this study concluded that new technology acceptance model could be used to explain the use of new technology without any adding new particular independent variables.

Today, many services are supported on the web sites. Analysis of usage patterns of web site visitors is very important to optimize the use and efficiency of the web sites. In this study, analysis of usage patterns and comparative analysis of user groups were conducted by analyzing web access log provided by BPI Challenge 2016. This data provides access logs to the web site in the IT system of a Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV). The customer information, and the click data describing the customers' behavior when using the agency's web site. In this study, we use process mining techniques to analyze the usage patterns of customers and the characteristics of customer groups, and ultimately improve the service quality of customers using web services.

In order to comply with the global energy crisis and environment problem, it is necessary to research and develop the energy utilization technology with the reduction of the primary energy usage. Although the increasing rate of energy consumption started to attenuate, the entire consumption of energy as well as $CO_2$ emission rate tends to increase steadily along with an economic growth in Korea. The energy demand in Korea increases by annual 3.7% during the period from 2000 to 2006. And it is expected that we should take a charge of the greenhouse gas reduction obligation by the Climatic Change Convention(Kyoto Protocol) during the 2nd pledge period($2013{\sim}2017$). According to the IEA report in 2005, the emission amount of carbon dioxide is the 10th place in the world, and the increasing rate is 4.7% annually. Considering the economic scale of Korea, the degradation of energy usage is inevitable when the greenhouse gas reduction obligation come into effect. Therefore, effective energy usage is a very important issue to minimize baneful influence on industrial and economic activities.

Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.
