스마트관광을 위한 IT서비스 개발의 우선순위 도출을 위한 AHP 분석모델 (AHP Analysis Model for drawing Importance Priorities of IT Service developments for Smart Tourism)

  • Purpose The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among IT services for Smart tourism as well as the relative priorities of importances among ways for developing the IT Services. Design/methodology/approach AHP analysis model was designed with 3 layers in order to recognize the relative importances priorities of IT services and the ways developing the IT services in Smart tourism. The factors in the top layer consist of Pre-trip IT services, During-trip IT services and Post-trip IT services. The lower factors in second layer of the Pre-trip IT services consists of Tourism information search, Online reservation and Price comparison. The lower factors of the During-trip IT services consists of Context recognition, Virtual Reality and Drone Application. The lower factors of the Post-trip IT services consists of Interactive Sharing and Tagging. The factor of third layer, the ways of developing the IT services consist of Company leading, University leading and Industry-University Collaboration. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP analysis model was designed and used to survey experts in IT and tourism areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique. Findings The importance priority of During-trip IT service was highest among in the three type IT services of tourism life cycle. The importance priority of Price comparison service was highest among IT services for Pre-trip. The importance priority of the Context recognition service was highest among IT services for During-trip. The Interactive sharing service was highest among IT services for Post-trip. It would be confirmed for the IT service development ways of Company leading to be suitable for most of the It services, such as Tourism information search, Online reservation, Price comparison, Context recognition, Virtual reality, Drone application, Interactive sharing.

웹 서비스의 선택과 조건 분기에 관한 연구 (A Study on Web Services Selection and Conditional Branches)

  • IT Services market is growing rapidly in the business industry and SOA-based Web Services have been introduced as an effective vehicle for the integration of enterprise-wide applications within organizations. The number of publicly available Web Services is ever increasing recently in a variety of areas, and as the number of public Web Services increases, there will be many Web Services with the same functionality. These services, however, will vary in their QoS properties, such as price, response time and availability, and it is very important to choose a right service while satisfying given QoS constraints. This paper addresses the issue of selecting composite Web Services which involves conditional branches in business processes. It is essential to have any conditional branches satisfy the global QoS constraints at service selection phase, since the branches are chosen to execute at run-time dynamically. We proposed service selection procedures for basic structure of conditional branches and explained them by examples. Experiments were conducted to analyze the impact of the number of candidate services and service types on the time of finding service solutions.

융합서비스의 모델링 방법 (A Method to Model Convergent Services)

  • The most popular convergent services are being made mostly out of IT related services and devices. To help understand the underlying principles making convergent services the paper suggests a logical view of converging process. A service is assumed to consist of unit services that can be used in algorithmic operations to form a new convergent service. Convergence operations for a couple of unit services are typed according to whether the unit services are modified. Internal convergence leads to a new service from a combination of sub units of the two unit services. External convergences do not alter original unit services but simply combine them to form a new service. The paper also suggests several measurements to evaluate the convergent services with respect to the existing services used to create the new convergent service.

What are the Individual's Real Cares to Switch Personal Cloud Services?

  • As the fast development of information technology (IT), abundant attractive alternatives have showed up and challenged to the traditional information technology (IT). Cloud services, the hottest representative among these alternatives, has attracted the attention from all walks of life. Considering the diversity of cloud services, this study attempts to find out the important factors affected on individual's switching intention from incumbent IT to cloud services mainly based on two-factor theory (switching enablers and switching inhibitors) and explore the direct influences of these factors on individual's switching intention. According to our findings, individual's switching intention to cloud services is not only positively influenced by switching enablers but also negatively influenced by switching inhibitors. All the switching enablers in this study (perceived omnipresence, perceived collaboration support and perceived compatibility of cloud services) have positively significant influences on individual's switching intention as well as the switching inhibitors (usage habit of incumbent IT and perceived risk of cloud services) have negatively significant influences on individual's switching intention. It's noteworthy that satisfaction of incumbent IT has insignificant influence on individual's switching intention in this study. Moreover, as we expected, both social influence and personal innovativeness have significant influences on the generation of individual's switching intention.

  • In the rapidly changing era of knowledge revolution, user-centered IT services are emerging as a very important component of modern business. However, in order to lead IT services into success, traditional capabilities and competences are not good enough. Development of IT services involve service planners and designers as well as traditional systems developers. This detailed segmentation of job and corresponding competences among involved in IT service development brings in new type of conflicts and contradictions that may require special attention for IT services to be properly development and implemented. This study aims to explore and define competences and roles of newly emerging job groups in IT services: planners, designers, and developers. In order to identify underlying competences of these emergeing groups, two stage interviews were conducted. At the first stage, general competence framework is developed across these groups with different skills for similar competence catogories. Using the categories developed at the first stage, members of each groups were asked to rate and assess the competences of other groups. Comparisons of these reciprocal assessment revealed the conceptual differences and biases across these groups. Detail differences are discussed and implications are discussed.

정보통신망법 스팸 규제 개선 방안 연구 (Analysis of Anti-SPAM Regulations in Korean IT Law)

  • Spam refers to any unwanted or unauthorized commercial messages. Spam may violate individuals' privacy or other personal rights. Spam often overloads network traffic, wastes individuals' time, lowers productivity and quality of life, and limits the trustworthiness of Internet businesses. As the use of mobile messaging services and social networking services both on mobile communication networks and on the Internet increase, newer and more complex types of IT applications and services are often used as new means of spam. In this research, the characteristics and impact of new and future forms of spam, and anti-spam related policies and regulations are surveyed. To improve the effectiveness of anti-spam policies and regulations in Korea, adding a definition of spam in the law, changing policies to focus on the 'type of services' rather on the medium of transmission, and redefining the scope of 'commercial purposes' in Korean law are suggested.

IT와 물류서비스 관계에서 커뮤니케이션의 역할에 관한 연구 (The Role of Communication in Linking IT and Logistics Service)

  • Product-related services in manufacturing industry are different from typical services in service industry. Product-related services ensure proper product functioning, provide additional repurchase, and offer attractive margin Product-related services in manufacturing industry are not core activity but taking supporting roles, while services in typical service industry are core parts. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of communication in linking IT and product-related logistics service in manufacturing industry. The relationships among IT, communication, logistics service and business performance are explored using a path analysis. The empirical research reveals that higher degree of IT usability leads to increased communication, and in turn, communication affects logistics service, and ultimately business performance. In addition, this study shows communication plays an intermediate role in linking IT to logistics service.

AI 비서 서비스의 중요도와 만족도 분석 연구 (Importance and Satisfaction Analysis for AI Assistant Services)

  • In the era of artificial intelligence, the use of 'artificial intelligence-based services' has been diversified by combining various smart devices, big data, and voice recognition technology with artificial intelligence. From the perspective of IT services, these services are important technology that cause a paradigm shift from display-centered to voice-centered, and from passive to active IT-based services. This study seeks to find a solution to the current situation where AI assistant service is still in its beginning stage, despite having been ten years since its release and having a growing number of consumer touch points. Accordingly, we categorized the functions of AI assistant services and identified the degree of importance and satisfaction of services recognized by actual users. In order to define the 'ideal' services of AI assistant, seven experts from AI assistant-related industry have participated in the interview. Based on this result, we investigated the importance and satisfaction of services perceived by actual users of AI assistant services. As a result of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). we find out which services are potentially 'keep', 'concentrate', 'low priority', or 'overkill' and provide various implications from the findings.

모바일 위젯기반 개인화 서비스의 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Factors Affecting Mobile Widget-based Personalized Services)

  • As digital convergence and mobile services evolve, personalization becomes one of the most important factors attracting customers. Personalization means functions offering individually customized services with relevant contents using information on individual preferences. This sort of personalized services has attracted great attention of a large part of online firms. One of representative services of such personalized services is a mobile widget service. In this study, we identified seven antecedents affecting the quality of personalized mobile widget services and empirically investigated which antecedent has a significant effect of the quality of personalized mobile widget services. In addition we carried out empirical investigation into the effect of the quality of personalized mobile widget service on user satisfaction and trust. As a result of this research, we revealed that seven variables including information services affected components of personalized services, and usefulness and perceived benefit as components of personalized services affected user trust and satisfaction for personalized services.

  • 조직이나 기업은 IT 자원 구입이나 유지보수에 대부분의 IT예산을 사용하고있으며, IT 자원들은 지역별, 부서별, 사업단위별로 중복되어 운영되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 중복된 자원들을 제거하고 유지보수 비용을 절감하여야만 전체 IT비용을 줄일 수 있다. 오늘날 글로벌 기업들은 산업환경에서 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 쉐어드서비스 구현에 많은 투자를 하고 있으며, 많은 금융서비스회사들이 IT 자산과 인프라의 중복성을 제거하기 위하여 IT쉐어드서비스를 도입하였다. 본 연구는 최근 국내 금융환경이 겸업화(은행업, 증권업, 보험업 등)와 대형화(금융기관 간 M&A, 전략적 제휴)함에 따라 정보기술(IT) 부문이 조직간에 중복되어 운영되는 현상이 나타나기 시작했으며, 따라서 기업 내에 중복되어 운영되고 있는 정보시스템들을 통합하여 효율적으로 운영하고자 하는 요구가 있다고 판단하여 IT쉐어드서비스 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석해 보고자하였다.
