The prices of chemical products are fluctuated by several factors. The chemical companies can't predict and be ready to all of these changes, so they are exposed to the risk of a profit fluctuation. But they can reduce this risk by making a well-diversified product portfolio. This problem can be thought as the optimization of the product portfolio. We assume that the profits come from the 'spread' between a naphtha and a chemical product. We calculate a mean and a variation of each spread and develop an automatic module to calculate the optimal portion of each product. The theory is based on the Markowitz portfolio management. It maximizes the expected return while minimizing the volatility. At last we draw an investment selection curve to compare each alternative and to demonstrate the superiority. And we suggest that an investment selection curve can be a decision-making tool.

포오트폴리오 평가란 하나 이상의 주제나 문제에 대한 해결 과정을 모두 기록함과 아울러, 이들에 대한 반성적 자기 평가 결과들을 모아둔 것으로 이를 통해 학생들은 자기 자신의 변화 과정을 알 수 있고 자신의 장점이나 약점, 성실성 여부, 잠재 가능성 등을 스스로 인식할 수 있다. 그리고, 교사들은 학생들의 과거와 현재의 상태를 쉽게 파악할 수 있을 환 아니라 앞으로의 발전방향에 대한 조언을 할 수 있다. 포오트폴리오 평가는 결과만을 중시하는 평가 방법이 아니라 과정 중심 평가 또는 과정과 결과의 통합 평가의 한 대안적인 방법으로 학습자의 자아실현을 위한 발달의 잠재적 가능성을 키워주는 중요한 도구로 이용될 수 있다.

The purposes of this study were to identify and analyze students' attitudes and satisfaction to the portfolio process and assessment for the Introduction to Clinical Medicine course at Ewha Womans University School of Medicine in Seoul, Korea. The subjects consisted of 64 medical school students. Questionnaires consisting of 20 5-point Likert-type items were developed, including three question domains: 1) orientation, 2) portfolios in general, 3) individualized feedback. The mean and median were found and frequency analysis was performed to identify the common characteristics of the participants. A major finding was that 54.7% of the respondents felt that the self-reflection involved in building the portfolio was a valuable learning experience. Plus, the majority of respondents perceived that the individualized feedback had a positive tone and its contents were specific, practical, and constructive. The students perceived that building and writing portfolios heightened their understanding of exit learning outcomes and enhanced their reflective thinking and self-directed learning skills. Meanwhile, some students perceived that there was too much paperwork in the portfolio process and that the process was time consuming. Furthermore, 32.8% of the respondents said that they had difficulty establishing their learning strategies by themselves and self-directing their learning during the portfolio process. In conclusion, it is expected that building a portfolio can help students not only to enhance their ability to accumulate and use their personal learning resources but also to develop the professional qualities required by doctors, such as self-directed learning, self-reflection, lifelong learning, team work, organizational skills, time management and prioritization, and professional thinking and behavior.

We focus on the issues of the non-linear return/risk relationship of IT investment and the balance between return and risk of IT portfolio. We develop an IT project selection model by integrating DEA models with Markowitz portfolio selection theory. The project data collected from a Fortune 100 company are used to illustrate the implementation of the model. In addition, computational experiments are conducted to demonstrate the validity of the proposed model.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of science-based STEAM program using a portfolio on elementary students' formation of science concepts and investigate students' opinion about the program. The developed program was applied to 1 experimental class(10 boys and 12 girls) and general science lessons, using a science textbook, was applied to 1 controlled class(11 boys and 13 girls) of $5^{th}$ grade students at S elementary school in Seoul through a total 6 sessions. Concept tests of the solar system were conducted before and after lessons and analysis of covariance was conducted. The results of this study were as follows. First, science-based STEAM program using a portfolio was effective to form science concepts. Second, students opinion about science-based STEAM program using a portfolio was positive. Students think the program was effective in understanding science contents, promoting thinking, self-motivation. It is expected that this study will be basic material to expand STEAM in science education.

본 연구는 학습자의 학습활동에 대한 평가의 측면에서 지금까지 학교현장에서 실시되고 있는 수행평가의 여러 가지 기법 중 포트폴리오 평가에 대하여 외국, 특히 뉴질랜드 초등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 전반적인 포트폴리오의 샘플 및 사례를 초등수학을 중심으로 제시함으로서 독자들에게 우리나라에서 이루어지고 있는 포트 폴리오와의 비교분석을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공함과 동시에 이를 통한 몇 가지 시사점을 주는데 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 시사점은 뉴질랜드 초등학교에서의 포트폴리오 평가는 다양한 관점에서 그리고 실생활 전반을 통하여 능동적으로 지식을 창출할 수 있는 방향으로 접근하고 있었으며 교과서적이고 인위적인 문제가 아닌 실생활의 상황 혹은 맥락을 그대로 여과 없이 다루고 있다는데 그 특정이었으며 언제나 교육과정의 각 영역을 골고루 다루면서 교육과정과의 연계성을 상대적으로 중시하고 있는 것으로 보인다.

교사에게 요구되는 역량 중에서 수업능력은 가장 핵심이며, 예비교사 시기에서부터 관련된 교육 경험이 매우 중요하다. 예비교사의 수업능력 개발 및 강화를 위해서는 학교현장에서 스스로 계획하고 체계적으로 반성하고 그것을 개선해 나가는 실천능력을 길러야 한다. 교육실습은 예비교사에게 필수적인 과정으로 수업능력 향상을 경험할 수 있는 중요한 기회이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육실습에서 중등 예비수학교사에게 요구되는 수업능력 향상을 위한 포트폴리오의 활용방안, 구성요소와 적용절차를 제시하였다. 그리고 교육실습에서 중등예비수학교사의 수업능력 향상을 위한 포트폴리오의 적용의 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

This study is to test the influence of stock option granting information on the firm's performance. The important issue in stock option is that agent cost is the important determinant factor for the long term performance. The agent cost arises between the manager and shareholders. So many study are concentrated in diminishing the agent cost, and develop some substitute tools to measure the agent cost. The event study about stock option analyzes returns around event date at a time. Event study provides estimation periods and cumulative returns. Announcements about stock option are generally associated with positive abnormal returns in short term period, but not showing positive effect in long term period. It is important to investigate the responses of stocks to new information contained in the announcements of stock option. Therefore it is important to study the long term performance in the case of stock option. The event time portfolio approach exists the CAR model, BHAR model and WR model. And the calendar time portfolio approach has the 3 factor model, 4 factor model, CTAR model, and RATS model. This study is forced to develop and arrange two approach method in evaluating the performance, the event time portfolio approach and calendar time portfolio approach.

In this study we propose a model of optimal retirement, consumption and portfolio choice of an individual agent, which encompasses a large class of the models in the literature, and provide a methodology to solve the model. Different from the traditional approach, we consider the problems before and after retirement simultaneously and identify the difference in the dual value functions as the utility value of lifetime labor. The utility value has an option nature, namely, it is the maximized value of choosing the retirement time optimally and we discover it by solving a variational inequality. Then, we discover the dual value functions by using the utility value. We discover the value function and optimal policies by establishing a duality between the value function and the dual value function. The model and approach offer a significant advantage for computation of optimal policies for a large class of problems.

과학교육자들은 지필 중심 평가에 대해서 많은 우려를 하여 왔다. 수행평가는 전통적인 평가의 훌륭한 대안으로 여겨지고 있다. 수행평가의 하나인 포트폴리오 평가는 학생들의 창의성 신장과 자기 학습에 대한 책임감을 높이는 바람직한 특성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 연구나 실제 적용 사례는 매우 드물다. 포트폴리오 평가의 특성과 구조를 문헌 조사를 통하여 탐색하였다. 적절한 포트폴리오 평가의 형태와 구성 요소를 설계하였다. 우리 나라 초등 과학 수업에는 포트폴리오 평가를 위한 학습 목표는 일반 목표와 구체 목표를 내용의 특성에 따라 사용할 필요가 있다. 포트폴리오 평가를 위한 학생들의 증거는 교실에 교재의 부족과 재생 시설의 미비 때문에 제한적인 형태률 가진다. 학생들의 증거는 상당 부분이 교실에서 수업 중에 작성하는 것이 학습 부담을 줄일 수 있어서 좋다. 평가 준거는 학급당 학생수가 많기 때문에 분석적인 것보다는 전체적인 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 포트폴리오 평가는 초등학교 과학 수업에 많은 변화를 일으킬 것이다. 학생들은 과학 학습에 보다 주도적인 자세를 갖게 되고 교사들은 주요 교수 목표에 집중하고, 학생들의 바람직한 학습에 더 많은 관심을 둘 것이다. 포트폴리오 평가가 학생과 교사에게 더 많은 업무 부담을 요구하지만, 학교 과학 시간에 적용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.
