IT 제품 개발환경에 대한 보안수준을 점검하기 위해서는 IT 제품 개발환경에 존재하는 취약성과 각종 위협 요인을 분석하고 정보보호 수준을 정확히 평가하고 이를 개선시킬 방향을 제시하는 기준과 평가 도구가 필요하다. 또한 이를 위해 관련분야에 대한 정보보호 수준을 평가하고 개선할 수 있는 평가 지표나 기준과 이를 실제 IT 제품 개발환경에 적용할 수 있는 평가방법론이 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구는 IT 제품 개발 환경의 보안수준을 점검하기 위한 확인 도구를 개발하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

Rural areas and rural environment is our valuable heritage. And it is necessary for us to conserve of the rural environment. But we have to pay due regard to development and urbanization. The harmony between conservation and development is a question which demands our serious consideration. Measuring economical values of rural environment is an essential prerequisite of harmony between conservation and development of rural environment. We examined valuation methods of environment for measuring economical values of rural environment. It is useful to understand economical values of rural environment and acquire well balanced viewpoint between conserve and development. It is also useful acquire persuasive power an legitimacy to conserve the rural environment.

This study has a purpose of setting applicable ecological environment plan items when establishing city development plan. To achieve this purpose, multiple methods of data gathering, documentary surveys, and questionaries research were used in this study. The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The appliance of ecological environment plan is appropriate to apply before the establishment of development plan. 2. The items applicable to ecological environment plan establishment step by step is the following. First, it is necessary to prepare the environment improvement plan and ecology restoration on the stage of assigning the area. Second, on the stage of planning development plan, it is required to set the restoration plan of ecological resources and step by step ecological environment plan. Third, on the stage of plan implementation, it is required to set the maintenance guide on ecological environment. 3. The planning items of ecological environment plan are "geographical features and soil", "water resource", "wind resource", "green resource", "circulation of resource", "usage of nature energy" and "habitats", etc. 4. To apply ecological environment plan to the planning of development, it is necessary to specify the clear concepts and specific plan. 5. This study is limited to select generalized planning items and later on, it is necessary to develop detailed planning contents.

Purpose ESG(Environment Social Governance) activities of IT companies are very important for organizational development in that they can motivate employees to engage in job crafting by giving them a sense of purpose and meaning. There have been many studies on the positive impact of company ESG(Environment Social Governance) activities on financial performance, but unlike the existing financial performance approach, this study suggested that IT companies ESG activities can affect job crafting and job satisfaction of employee, using non-financial organizational variables. Design/methodology/approach This study, based on the related theoretical background, showed the relationship between ESG, job crafting, and job satisfaction, and it was proposed as a research model. A measurement model was constructed, and it was estimated and evaluated with LISREL 9.30, using data from IT companies employees, and it showed satisfactory data-fit of proposed model. The empirical results indicated that ESG(Environment Social Governance) take effect on job crafting, and job crafting take effect on job satisfaction. Findings This study provided several important implications in relation to the ESG(Environment Social Governance) that contribute to job crafting and job satisfaction for IT companies employees. It was confirmed that job crafting variable is a effective mediator linking ESG(Environment Social Governance) and job satisfaction.

The mitigation technique is to minimize influences to the environments, and it is one of the environmental management(or administration) to techniques. Its objective is to create sustainable environment by keeping human assistance to the environment as minimal as possible. It restores, creates, enhances, and most importantly preserves the environment by avoiding, minizing, rectifying, eliminating, and compensating the natural circumstances The evaluation of adverse effects to the environment and their reduction is as follow: HEP(Habitat Evaluation Procedure) WET(Wet land evaluation technique) HGM(Hydro Geomorphic Assessment) BEST(Biological Evaluation Standardized Technique) Since there are both pro and cons in the American and Japanese mitigation methods, it is hard to choose which one is better.

This purpose of this work is to explore the characteristics of urban thermal environment distribution with the case of Daejeon. To do that, this work applied GIS Spatial Statistics to the LandSAT images gathered from 2000 to 2011. The urban thermal environment distribution at the time point of 2 showed high spatial autocorrelation. Therefore, it is judged that spatial autocorrelation is needed to increase the reliability and explanatory power of the characteristics of thermal environment distribution. In the case of the thermal in Daejeon, its positive clustering appeared high at the time point of 2, and its clustering in 2011 more gradually decreased than that in 2000 to 2011. In particular, given the decrease in the core H-H region, it was found that the thermal environment of Daejeon was greatly improved. However, since the rise in the region L-L means another changed like construction of a new city, it is judged that it is necessary to come up with a proper plan. It is considered that this analysis of the characteristics of urban thermal environment distribution in consideration of spatial autocorrelation L-L be useful for providing a fundamental material necessary for the policy and project of thermal environment improvement.

Development of distributed simulation environment must be required in order to simulate the distributed models regionally and inter-operate with running simulations individually, Simulation based on DEVS formalism is difficult to simulate the distributed models. DEVS formalism is modeling methodology. To specify model, this formalism separates behavior and structure, therefore it is able to design complex model easily. HLA is standard framework of distribute simulation environment, It is defined to facilitate the interoperability and the reusability. RTI (Run Time Infrastructure) is software that provides common service to simulation systems and implementation of the HLA Interface Specification. Method of implementation is that modules cooperating with RTI are added to simulator on DEVS simulation environment. On the DEVS simulation environment (DEVS-Obj -C) that already developed, Highest class of abstract simulator uses service that RTI provide, then This environment is able to change DEVS model into Federate and run distribute simulation that inter-operates with the RTI. Because this distributed simulation environment includes convenience of modeling that obtains through the DEVS formalism and accompanies HLA standard, this environment make it possible to simulate with_ complex systems and heterogeneous simulations

중학교 도덕 교과의 환경 교육은 매우 비체계적으로 진행되어 왔다. 현행 7차 교육과정의 중학교 도덕과 교육목표에는 환경 관련 내용이 없다. 중학교 도덕 교과서 어디에도 환경 단원하나 개설되어 있지 않다. 중학교 도덕 교과서에서 환경 관련 내용들은 대부분 각 단원에서 그 단원의 핵심 내용을 설명하기 위해 도입되었다. 중학교 교과서에서의 환경 관련 서술은 목적적이지 못하고 도구적이며 부차적이다. 다행히 2007년 개정교육과정에서는 도덕과 교육 목표에 환경 관련 내용이 담겨있고, 교과서에 「환경과 도덕」이라는 단원도 신설되었다. 개정 교육과정에 따른 새로운 교과서가 집필되고 있다. 중학교 도덕교과에서도 제대로 된 환경 교육을 진행할 수 있는 계기가 마련되었다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 자세히 살펴보면, 새로운 개정 교육과정에서의 환경 교육 또한 심각한 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 환경 단원이 중학교 1학년 교과서에만 실려 있기 때문이다. 환경 교육이 중학교 1학년 단계에서만 이루어지고, 2학년과 3학년에서는 이루어지지 않을 가능성이 높다. 환경 문제는 인류의 생존과 직결된 문제이다. 중학교 2학년과 3학년에서도 그 수준에 맞는 환경 교육이 이루어져야 한다.

Environment protection is one of the important political goals along with trade liberalization. Some of the institutions associated with it, however, either hinder trade or exert distorted influence and can arouse trade conflicts eventually. Therefore, harmony between environment protection and trade policy is becoming a crucial issue nowadays. Among the policies for environment, those related to climatic change are regarded as major tasks to deal with in the world commonly. Saying that it is for environment protection, advanced countries impose fines for environment protection on developing countries through border tax adjustments about the items imported from them. However, there is no such agreement about it internationally, so disputes often arise regarding what extent is appropriate as countries cope with it differently in their own way. Disputes about measures for climatic change are highly influential economically, and due to the severe conflicts of interests between states, they often tend to become politicized. Accordingly, we can say that such disputes affect international trade based on the WTO system seriously. When it comes to negotiation for climatic change, we should establish international systems urgently which can work fairly and effectively for all the countries joining in it. Therefore, it is important to examine the treatment of trade restriction measures intended to solve climatic change in international negotiations and establish definite conditions about which measures are allowed and which are not. In conclusion, we should devise rules for environment protection internationally which all the countries in the world can accept and agree on and also make the definite criteria of interpretation as well. Also, through those trade regulations, we should be able to accomplish environment protection globally and at the same time produce synergy, that is, economic growth through trading.
