Thanks to the informatization of society, complex and high-tech devices are being introduced in all areas of human life, and the latest technologies are being actively improved in the modern, globalizing world. The article deals with the issues of using information and communication technologies in legal activities. It also covers the main types of such activities: law-making, law enforcement, and interpretive activity. Since there is an increase in the flow and accumulation of legal information, it is practically impossible to use traditional methods of working with legal information. The article considers and analyzes the role of information and communication technologies in modern legal activity. It is necessary to reveal the principles, concepts, conditions, and factors of their development and develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the use of such technologies in order to solve legal tasks. The authors of the article raise the issues of increasing the efficiency of legal activity, as well as the integration of information technologies into practical legal activity and their use for collecting, storing, searching, and issuing legal and reference information. Much attention is paid to the specific use of automated data banks and information retrieval systems in legal practice that ensure the accumulation, systematization, and effective search for legally important information. The development of such technologies leads to the creation of comfortable conditions for a lawyer in the course of their professional activity. Currently, legal activity cannot exist without telecommunication technologies, legal reference systems, and electronic programs. The authors believe that due to the use of the latest information technologies, the time for making legal decisions has significantly accelerated, the process of searching and systematizing evidence has been worked out, and it has become possible to quickly and efficiently find information on adopted laws and legal acts.

A new alkalophilic strain of Bacillus pumilus JB¬05 producing bleach-stable and halo-tolerant alkaline protease was isolated from cement industry effluents in Karnataka, India. The effects of carbon and nitrogen sources on protease production by this alkalophilic strain were observed after a 30-h incubation. A high level of alkaline protease activity was obtained in the presence of starch as the carbon and peptone as the nitrogen sources. The partially purified enzyme showed an optimum temperature and pH activity at $58^{\circ}C$ and 10.5, respectively. The enzyme was completely inhibited by PMSF (95.0%) indicating it as a serine protease. It is bleach-stable as it retained 35% original activity in the presence of 10% (v/v) hydrogen peroxide at $30^{\circ}$C after 2 h and is halo-tolerant as it retained 70% original activity in the presence of 2.5 M sodium chloride at $30^{\circ}C$ after 2 h incubation.

Voice activity detection is very important process that voice activity separated form noisy speech signal for speech enhance. Over the past few years, many studies have been made on voice activity detection, but it has poor performance in low signal to noise ratio environment or fickle noise such as car noise. In this paper, it proposed new voice activity detection algorithm using ensemble variance based on wavelet band entropy and soft thresholding method. We conduct a survey in a lot of signal to noise ratio environment of car noise to evaluate performance of the proposed algorithm and confirmed performance of the proposed algorithm.

It is concentrated their efforts on expanding establishment mind like creating regular subject about establishment business of students and establishment business supporting center in University. Students creation enterprise club for establishment business with this hot wind of change and it seems to be success with hot wind of venture creation and gather many students for it. But practical result of research says that there are many problems like absence of education program, insufficient of professional leader, missing exact purpose so members decreased and activity itself piled up. Also creation business supporting system for student didn't conveyed to students evenly and effectively as much as original purpose and feeling effect is short of expectation. Therefore it will be required to reorganize supporting system and operate existed club to raise their ability of basic quality and gift that needs to do company activity and create basic mind about principal of free enterprise through activity of establishment enterprise by students. And we have to interest in their activity for creation enterprise with exact consciousness of purpose and prepare systematic, material, human supporting system that needs to establish enterprise with our knowledge and ability.

This paper discussed about creativity and knowledge management variables as for effect factors on the management performance of IT service firms. Specially the mediation effects of knowledge management variables between the creativity and management performance were examined. To prove empirically the related hypothesis, the statistical analysis were based on the response from the 160 Korean IT Service firms. As an analysis results, it was found that the creativity of organizations was not the direct effector on the management performance. But the virtue of knowledge which are accumulated from knowledge management activity and shared in organizations was the direct effector. Also, the knowledge management activity is mediator on the in the relationship between the creativity and management performance. So this paper suggests that knowledge management activity and knowledge's virtue in the related the creativity in organizations are the important mediate factors for enhancement of IT service firm's performance.

For continuous improvement of the railway customer satisfaction service, more objective evaluation and development system for software and hardware shall be built. The entire activity of railway customer is the interface between the customer and software/hardware services. Customer's activity was investigated by participating observation and objective observation, and considering the connection of all the activities, it was divided into 9 categories and 43 items. Although the detailed activity of customer would vary per item, they show more than 430 different activities under general condition. Also, the customer's activity varies according to the numerous variants such as physical, mental, environmental and cultural features. Especially, as lots of changes, diversification and high-quality of railway industry are expected according to the middle and long term plan on railway industry development, it is necessary for experts in various fields to perform cooperative research aggressively to improve the customer satisfaction service continuously based on continuous customer activity research.

While many of company try to increase customer satisfaction by empowerment, there are need to figure out which can increase employee's problem solving ability in company side. It is related to Innovative Activity that can create new idea to fix job process. In this study, researcher institute a factor that 'Manager's Job Competency' which can increase member's Innovative Activity. And try to figuring out it has what kind of effect on innovative activity and management performance through empirical method. For the empirical study, researcher get 119 samples from service industry, and result of study show us manager's job competency has positive effect on member's innovative activity and management performance. Base on this result, researcher provide a manageric implication and limitaions of study.

A protein-polysaccharide fraction of a Korean wild mushroom Psathyrella velutina, PVP, was prepared and its antitumor immunomodulatory activity was investigated. When PVP was administered once daily for seven days from day 1 to day 7 into male ICR mice implanted with 1 $\times$ 10$^{5}$ cells of sarcom 180 tumor cells into the peritoneum on day 4, it inhibited the growth of sarcoma 180 cells by 92.8%. In XTT assay, PVP also exhorted in vitro anti-proliferation activity on U-937, a human monoblastoid cell line, as well as sarcoma 180 cells. PVP showed marked stimulatory activity on the immune system in that it induced the accumulation of PEC (the stimulation index, Sl=4.90 at 100 mg/kg), stimulated the BALB/c mouse splenic lymphocytes to form lymphoblasts (Sl=5.75 at 100$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml), and upergulated the expression of CD25 molecules. All these results strongly support that PVP exhorts its antitumor activity through stimulation of the immune system as well as anti-proliferative activity on the tumor cells.

This study analyzed the effect of the extracurricular activity management system on user satisfaction. For this purpose, the effects of content, navigation, screen frame, design, interaction, and error handling factors on user satisfaction were analyzed. A survey was conducted on 321 students of K University located in Chungcheongbuk-do, and the research results based on the survey contents are as follows. First, content, navigation, screen frame, interactivity, and error handling, which are major elements of the extracurricular activity management system, showed statistically significant results. Second, interactivity and error handling were found to have the greatest influence on the factors affecting user satisfaction of the extracurricular activity management system. In this study, it was found that the interaction of the whole system including contents is important for continuous improvement of the extracurricular activity management system, and that it has a positive effect on user satisfaction when prompt error handling is possible.

The purpose of this study was to measure the degree of gravidas' knowledge of infant care activity, and to identify the factors influencing the difference of gravidas' knowledge. The subjects of this study consisted of 159 gravida visited 2 general hospitals, 2 OB/GY clinics and 2 midwives' clinics in J city for anenatal care. The data were collected from December 1 to 30, J.989. The instrument used for this study was true false type question which was developed by investigator through literature review. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, t-test and ANOVA on significant difference with SPSS program. The results of this study were, summarized as follow: 1) The degree of gravidas' knowledge of infant care activity was 36.75, the degree of gravidas' know ledge of physical care activicy was 16.70, and the degree of gravidas' knowledge of psychosocial care activity was 20.00. 2) Among the physical care activity knowledge items, the diaper should be changed whenever it is soiled, $\lceil$shortly after feeding is over, bathing is bad$\rfloor$, $\lceil$gently patted or stroked on the back when bubbling$\rfloor$, $\lceil$10 minutes time in bathing is appropriate$\rfloor$, $\lceil$infant is crying whenever he is hungry per 3-4 hours$\rfloor$, and "room humidity controled 60 percent, more or less> were over a' percentage of 80 of right answer. From these results, it may be concluded that gravidas' knowledge of infant care activity is moderate level, and gravidas' knowledge of psychosocial care activity is greater than that of physical care activity. Also prenatal nursing educations should focus on subjects who have lower percentage of right answer in infant care activity knowledge items.dge items.
