This study analyzed how the entrepreneurial orientation of Korean CEO influenced to the performance of companies in entertainment business. The research verified the direct influence that the entrepreneurial orientation of entertainment business affected the companies' performance, and examined the diversity of TMT and the control effect of corporate governance. This study contributed to previous researches in two ways. The first, the study verified the concept of entrepreneurial orientation on entertainment business which was only focused on manufacturing or IT industry although the entrepreneurial orientation received attention as a significant research issue on middle and small venture businesses. Second, the research also verified the characteristics of CEO and executives bringing the concept of TMT's diversity in entertainment companies which were dependent on person's capacity. As a result of the research, the entrepreneurial orientation (innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking) of entertainment entrepreneurs led to a positive effect on financial performance. The research showed that the more TMT was diverse or ownership oriented management, the more broadened the positive effects.

This study analyzed the failure prediction model of the firms listed on the KOSDAQ by considering whether there are embezzlement, malpractice and the largest shareholder changes or not. This study composed a total of 166 firms by using two-paired sampling method. For sample of failed firm, 83 manufacturing firms which delisted on KOSDAQ market for 4 years from 2009 to 2012 are selected. For sample of normal firm, 83 firms (with same item or same business as failed firm) that are listed on KOSDAQ market and perform normal business activities during the same period (from 2009 to 2012) are selected. This study selected 80 financial ratios for 5 years immediately preceding from delisting of sample firm above and conducted T-test to derive 19 of them which emerged for five consecutive years among significant variables and used forward selection to estimate logistic regression model. While the precedent studies only analyzed the data of three years immediately preceding the delisting, this study analyzes data of five years immediately preceding the delisting. This study is distinct from existing previous studies that it researches which significant financial characteristic influences the insolvency from the initial phase of insolvent firm with time lag and it also empirically analyzes the usefulness of data by building a firm's fail prediction model which considered embezzlement/malpractice and the largest shareholder changes as dummy variable(non-financial characteristics). The accuracy of classification of the prediction model with dummy variable appeared 95.2% in year T-1, 88.0% in year T-2, 81.3% in year T-3, 79.5% in year T-4, and 74.7% in year T-5. It increased as year of delisting approaches and showed generally higher the accuracy of classification than the results of existing previous studies. This study expects to reduce the damage of not only the firm but also investors, financial institutions and other stakeholders by finding the firm with high potential to fail in advance.

The use of big data accumulated along with the progress of digitalization is bringing disruptive innovation to the global agricultural industry. Recently, the government is establishing an agricultural big data platform and a support organization. However, in the domestic agricultural industry, the use of big data is insufficient except for some companies in the field of cultivation and growth. In this context, this study identifies factors affecting the intention to use big data in terms of technology, organization and environment, and also confirm the moderating effect of technical field, focusing on agricultural ventures which should be the main entities in creating innovation by using big data. Research data was obtained from 309 agricultural ventures supported by the A+ Center of FACT(Foundation of AgTech Commercialization and Transfer), and was analyzed using IBM SPSS 22.0. As a result, Among technical factors, relative advantage and compatibility were found to have a significant positive (+) effect. Among organizational factors, it was found that management support had a positive (+) effect and cost had a negative (-) effect. Among environmental factors, policy support were found to have a positive (+) effect. As a result of the verification of the moderating effect of technology field, it was found that firms other than cultivation had a moderating effect that alleviated the relationship between all variables other than relative advantage, compatibility, and competitor pressure and the intention to use big data. These results suggest the following implications. First, it is necessary to select a core business that will provide opportunities to generate new profits and improve operational efficiency to agricultural ventures through the use of big data, and to increase collaboration opportunities through policy. Second, it is necessary to provide a big data analysis solution that can overcome the difficulties of analysis due to the characteristics of the agricultural industry. Third, in small organizations such as agricultural ventures, the will of the top management to reorganize the organizational culture should be preceded by a high level of understanding on the use of big data. Fourth, it is important to discover and promote successful cases that can be benchmarked at the level of SMEs and venture companies. Fifth, it will be more effective to divide the priorities of core business and support business by agricultural venture technology sector. Finally, the limitations of this study and follow-up research tasks are presented.
Due to long-term social distancing due to the spread of COVID-19, business trends of restaurant companies are being implemented in accordance with the changed environment such as packaging and subscription. However, even in this environment, upscale restaurants are generating high profits by trying to differentiate themselves from existing restaurants by providing high-quality services with the best facilities. Therefore, this study describes how customers' experience of upscale restaurant service influences behavioral loyalty. That is, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service experience on cognitive satisfaction and emotional attachment, and to examine the causal role of cognitive satisfaction and emotional attachment by confirming the relationship between these constructs and relationship commitment and behavioral loyalty. To verify this, data were collected through face-to-face interviews with 300 consumers who recently used a upscale restaurant. Of the collected data, 275 copies(91.6%) were used for the final analysis, and inaccurate or erroneous data among 25 response sheets were excluded. In this study, the validity and reliability of the data were checked and the research hypothesis was verified by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20 statistical package. Frequency analysis was performed to confirm the demographic characteristics of the respondent. Structural equation model analysis(SEM) was used to confirm the fit of the research model and to verify the research hypothesis. As a result of the research hypothesis analysis, it was found that service experience had a positive effect on cognitive satisfaction, and cognitive satisfaction had a positive effect on emotional attachment, relationship commitment, and behavioral loyalty. Also, it was found that emotional attachment had a positive effect on relationship commitment and behavioral loyalty, and relationship commitment had a positive effect on behavioral loyalty. However, service experience did not affect emotional attachment. With this study, marketers and managers of upscale restaurants such as hotel restaurants need to accurately select their target audience, understand their service needs, and then present the appropriate service to them. In addition, they should not only induce cognitive satisfaction by providing excellent service to their customers, but also identify moments of truth and present appropriate services so that satisfied customers can strengthen their emotional attachment. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the relationship with their firms by forming friendly relationships with customers who have high emotional attachment, and also to induce relationship commitment so that such customers have a strong sense of belonging and attachment to their firms.
This study investigated the effect of digital agriculturalization factors on business performance with the use of financial support as a moderating variable for agricultural firm workers. The factors of digital agriculture were divided into digital technology innovation orientation, administration innovation orientation, healthiness of ecosystem and entrepreneurship orientation, and business performance was set as a dependent variable. 212 questionnaires collected from workers in agricultural businesses located across the country were used for empirical analysis. Analysis results using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 are as follows: First, digital technology innovation orientation, administration innovation orientation, and entrepreneurship orientation have a significant effect on business performance, and the effect of ecosystem health on business performance is appeared to be insignificant. Second, the use of financial support was found to significantly moderating the relationship between digital technology innovation orientation and business performance, entrepreneurship orientation and business performance. On the other hand, it was found that the relationship between operational innovation orientation, business performance, and healthiness of ecosystem and business performance were not significantly moderated In addition, as a follow-up study, a study on the mediation model formed by the discovery of mediators and a study for a moderated mediation analysis through a conditional process model with additional mediators are required.

Using bidding data collected from the World Bank's open database, this research performed a series of competitive analyses of the major countries that have participated in the Bank's engineering consulting services contracts in Vietnam. The goal of the analysis was to evaluate the performance of Korean engineering firms to date, and provide strategic recommendations for future projects. Results showed that Korean firms had a high bid acceptance rate, comparable to major developed countries. The success was attributed to the high technical scores in the selection process. Comparatively, financial scores were not competitive and inferior to developing countries such as China and India. Results of a 'Skitmore' analysis revealed that Korea was competitive in medium size projects and were situated between developed and developing countries. Korea thus needs to increase participation in basic and detailed design services, 2) improve labor costs through 'localization' and latest technologies, and 3) and venture into larger sized projects.

Business environment is always full of challenges. Despite various strategic efforts, there are so many failure cases of misfit. With the weaker resource base and institutional foundation, startup firms find it more difficult to find the right spot in the stiff competition. In the middle of evolutionary process, the startup firms need proper strategies meeting the differential challenges along the multiple stages of growth. Following the idea of product life cycle, this study applies the four stages of growth-startup, initial growth, accelerated growth, matured, and decliing. The next step for the startup manager is meeting each stage of growth with proper strategic efforts, including strategy, structure, decision-making pattern, and control method. When the knowledge factor is introduced, there is a potential for higher performance. Based on the 'Detailed Survey on Startup Ventures in 2017,' this study explores the impact of the government subsidy program on the firm competitiveness and performance-along the four stages of growth. In each stage, the strategy factors showed differential impact.
It is an urgent problem that Korea logistics enteprises' expansion of advance into China market and the logistics network establishment between Korea and China to back up the former are to be solved. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to deduce the subjects to establish the logistics network between Korea and China, and to evaluate the priority order. The results of this research are as follows: First, we conducted face-to-face interviews on the advisery group in China and Korean enterprises which advanced into China, and drew out 6 promoting subjects to build the logistics network between the two. Second, the AHP model was adopted, which is a multi-criteria?multi-hierarchical decision making method, to draw out the weight and priority order of the deduced 6 promoting items. Third, the resultant priority order of the promoting subjects is as follows: No.1 - to establish the distribution & logistics support center by region(0.3900); No.2 - to support various taxes in investing the logistics business abroad(0.1980) ; No.3 - to improve the management of CIQ(0.1958); No.4 - to back up the joint-venture of logistics firms(0.1169); No.5 - to enhance trade and foreign policies to deregulate the entry into logistics markets(0.0536); No.6 - to construct the logistics information system of China(Northest Ssia)(0.0458). This paper resulted in finding out Korea logistics enterprises that have not secured their own inland-transport network in China and the actual difficulties of Korean enterprises with using the inferior network that advanced into China. These problems were developed into the analysis adopting the AHP method, and the significancy of this paper is to present the priority order of promoting problems using a sophisticated technique.

Korea-EU FTA, which came to an agreement in April of 2007, was resolved at the National Assembly in May of 2011, thereby having been concluded the ratification. As for the procedure of opening a market in legal service according to settlement and ratification of Korea-EU FTA, Step 1 is allowed the establishment of representative office(law firm with foreign-law consultation) at home by EU member countries' law firms. Step 2 is made available for law firm with foreign-law consultation to jointly handle and distribute profits as for a case that is mixed the domestic law firm and the domestic & foreign laws. Step 3 is allowed EU member countries' law firm to establish a joint venture with domestic law firm. This study researches into a change and influence upon legal service and forensic investigation according to Korea-EU FTA ratification. Also, it researches into position and prospect that digital forensic evidence, which possesses the majority of legal evidences, takes up in the middle of court-oriented trials. The prediction of influence in digital evidence as professional proof upon judgment will led to being capable of coping with the opening of legal service market and of wisely preparing for the advance to domestic market by law firm of Anglo-American Law.
Existing studies have argued that, compared to the 1990s, the Japanese foreign direct investment (FDI) in the 2000s became multi-faceted in terms of investment motivation, ownership structure and entry mode, and diversification strategy. We have conducted a cross-sectional analysis and compared our results with the recent findings. We have found that the Japanese FDI in the mid 2000s became globally focused and regionally diversified. Ownership strategy and entry mode of the Japanese FDI in the Asian countries shows a remarkable shift from joint venture to wholly-owned subsidiary. In contrast, the preference of greenfield investments was observed consistently across regions. It seems that, after the Asian financial crisis, the Japanese firms began to re-optimize global FDI strategy and to regionally differentiate investments.
