This study aims to derive the sensitive image analysing the color tones based on the web-sites of cosmetic brand and to know how the web-site color tones and the color tone image as visual factor for information transfer do influence the effective communication. 10 cosmetic brand web-sites are selected based on the pre survey, and the main page color tones of cosmetic brand web-site are analyzed by Color Catch and Munsell Conversion program, whereas the composition of color tones and color image such as the main trend colors, secondary colors, accent colors and etc are analyzed by a graphic professional program 'Adobe Photoshop'. 5 color tone groups are classified as Black&White, Green&White, Blue&White, Purple&White and Red&White according to the color distribution chart, and the emotional language is derived applying them to the pre research and IRI image scale. The color association is empirically analyzed by a survey method. The study results finally show Black&White is proper for expression of high quality and modern image, Green&White for pure and clean image, Blue&White for cool and transparent image, Purple&White for mysterious and elegant image respectively. This study results are necessary for plan of color delivering the strong transferring power of visual information the time when to make the effective web-sites, and it hopefully will be utilized as the basic data for the color marketing to actively express the brand identity and to satisfy the consumers' sensitivity.

In a rolling wire probe, a key component of an inspection apparatus for PDP electrode patterns, the electric performance of it is known to be strongly dependent on the surface condition of a collet pin, a needle pin, and a wire. However, the collet and needle pins rotate very rapidly in contact with each other, which results in the degradation of the surface by the heat and friction and finally the formation of black wear marks on the surface after a several hundred hours test. Once the black wear marks appear on the surface, the electric resistance of the probe increases sharply and so the integrity of the probe is severely damaged. In this experiment, TiN coating, which has excellent electric conductances and good wear-resistance, has been applied on the surface of collect and needle pins for preventing the surface damages. In order to achieve the homogeneous coating with a good adhesion property, special coating substrate stages and jigs were designed and applied during coating. TiN has been deposited using 99.999% Titanium target by a DC reactive sputtering method. According to the components and jigs, processing parameters, such as DC power, RF bias and the flow rate ratio of Ar and N$_2$ used as reactive gases, has been controlled to obtain good TiN films. Detailed problems and solutions for applying the new substrate stages and jigs will be discussed.

본 연구에서는 2007년 12월 태안반도의 원유유출 사고 당시 대기중 방출된 휘발성유기화합물의 농도를 추정하고자 원유유출 모의시험 챔버를 제작하였다. 이 챔버를 이용하여 온도와 기류를 변수로 두고, 시간에 따른 총 VOCs 농도와 개별 VOCs 농도의 변화를 측정 분석 하였다. 기류가 강할수록 VOCs의 농도가 낮고 온도가 높을수록 VOCs의 농도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 총 휘발성유기화합물(TVOCs)은 원유가 유출된 직후 6일이 지나면서 초기농도 대비 90% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

Short circuit and ground fault account for the primary causes of electrical fires. In this research, real-scale experiments were conducted to assess the possibility of electrical fires due to these causes. The experiment conditions were identical with an actual fire accident, in which the power cable was supported by an iron fence. The purposes of this research are to investigate the short circuit caused by wire cutting, the conductivity of the iron fence depending on its coating conditions, and the ground fault of one wire or two wires in an effort to reconstruct the fire accident. The test results show that, owing to the instant operation of circuit breaker in the moment of short circuit or ground fault, the generated ignition energy is far less than necessary to start an ignition. Therefore it is concluded that electrical fire is highly unlikely if the electric system is protected by a circuit breaker with normal functions.

스마트폰 태블릿 PC와 같은 모바일 장치를 이용하여 인터넷뱅킹과 전자상거래는 물론 본인의 업무까지 처리하고 있다. 모바일 기기의 가용성과 편리성은 높아가고 있지만, SNS나 문자 이메일을 이용한 Smishing 금융사기사건과 개인정보유출 등 범죄사건도 많이 발생하고 있다. 스마트폰에서 Smishing 사고는 2013년부터 급격하게 증가되어 MERS 감염 사건, 지뢰도발 사건, 추석의 택배 등의 사회공학적 방법을 이용하여 교묘하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2014년 이후의 모바일 장치에서의 Smishing 해킹 동향을 분석한다. 사회적 이슈와 관련하여, 모바일 사용자들에게 금융사기로 이어지는 Smishing 해킹 공격의 프로세스를 분석한다. 그리고, Mobile Smishing 해킹에 대한 보안 방법과 금융 피해의 대책을 제시한다.

A testing inspection is one of the important in the industry, owing to determine the reliability and directivity of testing inspection results. Therefore, the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) work which performed by personnel not directly in the inventory compilation development, in testing inspection must be thoroughly considered. Some agencies for environmental test inspection, they sometimes misunderstood that the QA/QC was ended with proficiency testing performance and on-site assessment by a director. Thus, results were often calculated without QA/QC work by self manual when conducting test. The objective of this study was to improve reliability of testing and inspection agency through the QA/QC case study which basically performed to raising reliability of testing and inspection agency. In this study, it increased reliability of result by verifying calibration curve (IC, ICV, CCV), blank, accuracy (LCS, MS) and precision as QA/QC performance, while performing investigation of soil contamination in mining areas. This study suggests that reliability establishing method of test result and management method of analysis process, through the QA/QC instance of testing agency.

This study analyzes Korea health panel data (2008) (beta version 1.2) of Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, and National Health Insurance Corporation to figure out determinants of healthcare expenditure. In result of Multiple Logistic Analysis, in-patents felt burden on the medical expenditure were 70.0%. As to the patients' payment of medical expenditure, patients over 65 years old had 4.765 times higher than those under 14 years, disabled patients 2.778 than non-disabled patients, chronic patients 1.632 times than non-chronic patients, patients belonging to 12 million won ~ 46 million won and under 12 million won in family income had 1.680 times and 2.168 times respectively than patients with over 46 million won, patients in professional recuperation facility 1.546 times than patients in hospital, patients in private medical institutions 1.700 times than patients in national and public medical institutions, patients using upper grade rooms 1.701 times than patients in non-upper grade rooms. As a health care safety net mechanism to protect people from medical expenditure burden, there is the patients' payment ceiling in the National Health Insurance System. Thus, in order to facilitate the patient's payment ceiling, it is required that the level of ceiling is to be specified according to the income level, and self-payment items is to be included.

본 논문의 정보소외계층 위한 웹 접근성 기법에 관한 연구에서는 웹 접근성(web accessibility)의 세부항목을 준수하는 웹사이트를 구축하여 신체적 장애를 가진 사람이 일반 사람과 동일하게 웹사이트를 편리하고 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 구현하고 운영하였다. 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성 규칙을 준수하여 올바르게 설계되어 개발되고 편집되어 있을 때 모든 사용자들은 정보와 기능에 동등하게 접근할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 실험 사이트로 구축하며 준수한 웹 접근성은 시각에 대하여 실명, 색각 이상, 다양한 형태의 저 시력을 포함한 시각 장애와 이동성에 대하여는 파킨슨병, 근육병, 뇌성마비, 뇌졸중과 같은 조건으로 인한 근육 속도 저하, 근육 제어 손실로 말미암아 손을 쓰기 어렵거나 쓸 수 없는 상태와 청각에 대하여는 귀머거리, 청각 장애와 발작에 대하여는 깜박이는 효과나 시각적인 스트로보스코프를 통해 일어나는 간질성 발작과 인지능력에 대하여는 문제 해결과 논리 능력, 집중력, 기억력에 문제가 있는 정신 지체 및 발달 장애, 학습 장애 (난독증, 난산증 등)에 대한 지침 규정이다.

스마트폰 사용이 활성화 되면서, Smishing(스미싱) 해킹 공격으로 인하여 피해 사고가 급증하고 있다. 2014년도 상반기에 Smishing을 이용한 해킹 공격은 사회공학적방법을 이용하여 지능적으로 진화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Smishing 사고가 발생하여 스마트폰 사용자가 해킹공격과 연계된 직접적인 금전적 피해와 개인정보 탈취 되는 과정을 분석한다. Smishing 사고를 당한 스마트폰에서 Mobile Forensic 분석을 통해 실제 사례를 실험실에서 연구 분석 한다. 스마트폰에서 Smishing 사고 증거를 Mobile Forensic 기술을 적용하여 증거를 추출하고, Mobile Forensic 보고서를 작성한다. 또한 Smishing을 예방할 수 있는 사용자에 대한 보안 방법을 연구한다. 본 연구를 통해 스마트폰 사용자가 안전하고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 기초자료가 될 것이다.

A novel lipase gene, Lip-1420, was isolated from a metagenomic library constructed from reed marsh from Mt. Jumbong in Korea, comprising 112,500 members of recombinant plasmids. The DNA sequence of Lip-1420-subclone (5,513 bp) was found to contain at least 11 ORFs according to the GenBank database. The ORF-3 gene was inserted into the pET21a plasmid containing the C-terminal 6-His tag and transformed into E. coli BL21(DE3) to express the recombinant lipase protein. Lip-1420 was purified using a fast protein liquid chromatography system. The gene was registered in GenBank (MH628529). The values of Km and Vmax were determined as 0.268 mM and 1.821 units, respectively, at 40℃ and pH 8.0, using p-nitrophenyl palmitate as the substrate. This lipase belongs to family IV taxonomically because it has conserved HGGG and GDSAG motifs in the constitutive amino acid sequence. According to the predicted structural model, the binding sites are represented by residues H78, G81, D150, S151, A152, V181, and D236. Finally, Lip-1420 showed triolein selectivity for methanolysis between triolein (18:1) and tristearin (18:0) substrates. Further study of the selective mechanism and structure-function relationship of this new lipase could be useful for more practical applications.
