In the ultrasonic welding machine, when the load fluctuates, the L and C of the piezo element in the oscillation part change. As a result, the resonant frequency is changed, so it is necessary to match the operating frequency of the ultrasonic welding machine to the new resonant frequency. That is, in order to maximize the output of the oscillation unit of the ultrasonic welding machine, it is inevitable to follow the resonance frequency. Accordingly, many methods for following the resonant frequency are being actively studied. In addition, in order to check the effect of external inductance on the operation of the ultrasonic welding machine, The equivalent circuit of the piezo element was analyzed by including the external inductance for resonance in the equivalent circuit of the piezo element, and the method of selecting an appropriate inductance was described. In this paper, we propose a new system that allows the switching frequency of the inverter to tracking the resonance frequency even if the resonance frequency is changed due to the load of the ultrasonic welding machine.
This study is conducted on spontaneous ignition temperature and activation energy of Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose(HMC) powder. HMC is a kind of cellulose derivative and used as additives for building material, surface coating, printing ink, adhesives, cosmetics and medical supplies. So this material has been widely used as important additive in the chemical industry fields and a mount of production has increased year by year. Therefore, it is very important to find out the thermal ignition characteristics of its danger and the critical ignition temperature. This study was performed by the Spontaneous Ignition Tester(SIT) and so on. Based on the data of the SIT-II, the critical ignition point of HMC is about $186^{\circ}C$ which is slightly lower than normal cellulose.

The lightness of components required in automobile and machinery industry is requiring high strength of components. In particular, manufacturing process and new materials development for solving the fatigue fracture problem attendant upon high strength of suspension of automobile are actively advanced. In this paper, the effect of compressive residual stress of spring steel(JISG SUP-9) by shot-peening on fatigue crack growth characteristics in high temperatures($100^{\circ}C,\;150^{\circ}C,\;180^{\circ}C$) was investigated with considering fracture mechanics. So, we can obtain followings. (1) Compressive residual stress is decreased in high temperature, that is, with increasing temperature. (2) The effect of compressive residual stress on fatigue crack growth behavior in high temperature is increased below ${\Delta}K=17{\sim}19MPa\sqrt{m}$. The fatigue crack growth rate is increased with increasing temperature. The fatigue life is decreased with increasing temperature. (3) The dependence of temperature and compressive residual stress on the parameters C and m in Paris' law formed the formulas such as equations (3),(4),(5),(6),(7),(8),(9),(10). (4) It was investigated by SEM that the constraint of compress residual stress for plastic zone of fatigue crack tip was decreased in high temperature as compared with room temperature.

This study was carried out to examine the optimal cultural condition in enzyme activities of CMCase, FPase and xylanase in selected strains which secret extracellular enzymes for using deinking agent to old newsprint. The results of this study were as follow: The production of enzyme by Bacillus pumilus I was maximal as grown on the medium, containing of rice bran+xylan $2.0\%$, peptone $0.8\%,\;K_2HPO_4\;0.1\%\;and\;CaCl_2\;0.06\%$ at pH 8.0 and $28^{\circ}C$ for 72 hours. Optimal cultural condition of B. subtilis I was avicel+xylan $3.5\%,\;urea\;0.4\%,\;K_3PO_4\;0.1\%\;and\;CaCl_2\;0.015\%$ at pH 9.0 and $28^{\circ}C$ for 36 hours. The maximal enzyme production was observed in the medium, containing of avicel+xylan $3.5\%,\;urea\;1.6\%\;and\; K_2HPO_4\;0.125\%$ with pH 9.0 when B. pumilus II was cultured at $28^{\circ}C$ for 60 hours. The production of enzyme by B. subtilis IT was maximal as grown on the medium, containing of xylan $2.0\%,\;yeast\; extract\;0.6\%,\;K_2HPO_4\;0.1\%\;and\;ZnSO_4\;0.04\%$ at pH 8.0 and $34^{\circ}C$ for 36 hours. The activities of FPase and xylanase in tested 4 strains were not much different with Thermomonospora fusca.
A study is conducted on thermal characteristics of biodiesel which is already being produced in many countries because of its stable supply of energy in non oil-producing countries and economical benefits against increasing oil price, and environment conservation. So biodiesel has been used as important energy source in the fuel fields and a mount of production has increased year by year. Therefore, it is very important to find out the thermal characteristics of biodiesel for ignition temperature, maximum pressure and thermal behavior. The purpose of this study is to compare on thermal characteristics of biodiesel, petroleum diesel and those mixtures. Also, the main study was performed by flash point testers and modified closed type of pressure vessel test (MCPVT). Based on the data of flash point and MCPVT, the ignition temperature and the maximum pressure of biodiesel was $182^{\circ}C$ and 40.1bar, and petroleum diesel was $54^{\circ}C$ and 29.8bar.
TTo increase productivity of a strong extracellular alkaline protease (BCAP), stable strains of Bacillus clausii I-52 carrying another copy of BCAP gene in the chromosome were developed. Integrative vector, pHPS9-fuBCAP carrying BCAP promoter, ribosome binding site, signal sequence and active protease gene was constructed and transferred into B. clausii I-52, and integration of the constructed plasmid into chromosome was identified by PCR. An investigation was carried out on BCAP production by B. clausii I-52 and transformant C5 showing the highest relative activity of alkaline protease using submerged fermentation. Maximum enzyme activity was produced when cells were grown under the submerged fermentation conditions at $37^{\circ}C$ for 48 h with an aeration rate of 1 vvm and agitation rate of 650 rpm in a optimized medium (soybean meal 2%, wheat flour 1%, sodium citrate 0.5%, $K_2HPO_4$ 0.4%, $Na_2HPO_4$ 0.1%, NaCl 0.4%, $MgSO_47H_2O$ 0.01%, $FeSO_47H_2O$ 0.05%, liquid maltose 2.5%, $Na_2CO_3$ 0.6%). A protease yield of approximately 134,670U/ml was achieved using an optimized media, which show an increase of approximately 1.6-fold compared to that of non-transformant (83,960 U/ml). When the stability of transformant C5 was examined, the integrated plasmid pHPS9-fuBCAP was detected in the transformant after cultivation for 8 days, suggesting that it maintained stably in the chromosomal DNA of transformant C5.
In the present modern day, as the complexity and size of SoC(System on Chip) increase, the importance of design verification are increasing, Therefore it takes a lot of time to verify the design. There is an emerging need to manage the verification environment faster and more efficiently by reusing the existing verification environment. UVM-based verification is a standardized and highly reliable verification method widely adopted and used in the semiconductor industry. This paper presents a UVM-based verification for the 4 tap equalizer module with a systolic array structure. Through the constraints randomization, it was confirmed that various test scenarios stimulus were generated. In addition, by verifying a simulation comparing the actual DUT outputs with the MATLAB reference outputs, the reuse and efficiency of the UVM test bench could be confirmed.

Due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, ICT(Information and Communication Technology) industry is becoming more important and sophisticated than ever. In B2B based ICT industry demand forecasting by analyzing the previous customer data is so important. RFM, one of customer relationship management models is a marketing technique that evaluates Recency, Frequency and Monetary value to predict customers behavior. RFM model has been studied focusing on the B2C based industry. On the other hand there is a lack of research on B2B based technology industry. Therefore this study applied it to B2B based high technology industry and considered T(technology collaboration) value, which are identified as important factors in the technology industry. To present an improved model for market performance in B2B technology industry, an empirical study was conducted on comparing the accuracy of the traditional RFM model and the improved RFM-T model. The objective of this study is to contribute to market performance by presenting an improved model in B2B based high technology industry.

Recently, there has been demand for the convergence of IT (Information and communication Technologies, ICT) with defense, as has already been achieved in civilian fields such as healthcare and construction. It is expected that completely new and common requirements would emerge from the civilian and military domains and that the shape of war field would change rapidly. Many military scientists forecast that future wars would be network-centric and be based on C4I(Command, Control, Communication & Computer, Intelligence), ISR(Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), and PGM(Precision Guided Munitions). For realizing the smart defense concept, IT should act as a baseline technology even for simulating a real combat field using virtual reality. In this paper, we propose the concept of IT-based smart defense with a focus on accurate detection in real and cyber wars, effective data communication, automated and unmanned operation, and modeling and simulation.
In this study, to find out the physiological reaction of the human body and the sensation of comfort when people are wearing sportswear which is made of waterproof breathable fabrics under general environmental conditions (temperature : $20{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, humidity : $60{\pm}5%RH$, air current : 0.1 m/sec) and rainy environmental conditions (temperature : $20{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, humidity : $60{\pm}5%RH$, air current : 0.1 m/sec, rainfall : 250 1/hr), we made an experiment with sportswear in an artificial climate chamber and studied the thermal physiological response and subjective sensation. Mean skin temperature of the subjects was low and had a big range of fluctuation in rainy environmental conditions of two condition. Temperature started to increase at the beginning of the exercise, reached the maximum at the 2nd level of the exercise and then started to decline. Rectal temperature showed a slighter increase and bigger range of fluctuation in general conditions than in rainy conditions. Except clothing micro climate in rainy conditions, temperature and humidity and their range of fluctuation around back were higher than those around chest. Humidity was high and had wide range of fluctuation in general conditions. Heart rate was 4.4 beats/min higher in general conditions. In subjective test on rainy conditions, the feeling of discomfort increased due to the raindrops fallen on the skin. Unlike that in general conditions, cold sensation increased and humidity sensation reached to the peak after the exercise. In wearing sportswear made of shape memory breathable waterproof fabric, controlling function over a small amount of heat and water was distinctive while it turned out to be not so comfortable over a large amount of heat and water. Through this, the limitation of shape memory breathable waterproof fabric was recognised.
