국내 핀테크 시장 사용자 경험에 따른 서비스 분석 -카카오페이와 네이버페이를 중심으로- (Evaluation for User Experience about Service of Fintech -Mainly with Analysis on 'Kakaopay' and 'Naverpay'-)

  • 본 연구는 국내 핀테크 서비스 중 간편결제 서비스의 선발주자인 카카오페이와 후발주자인 네이버페이를 중심으로 사용자 경험에 따른 서비스를 비교 분석하여 국내 간편결제 서비스의 발전을 모색하고자 하였다. 1차로는 문헌 연구를 통해 핀테크의 이론적 배경과 특징을 파악하고, 2차로 스티븐 앤더슨(Stephen Anderson)의 Creating Pleasurable interfaces Model 6가지를 재구성하여 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 카카오페이의 경우 가맹점의 부족으로 인한 범용성의 한계와 결제 취소, 오류 등으로 인한 신뢰성의 부족함이 나타났다. 네이버페이 또한 프로그램 결제 오류 등으로 인한 신뢰성 하락에 대한 개선 노력이 필요하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 국내 핀테크 시장의 사용자 경험 개선 방안을 위한 참고자료로 활용되어 국내 핀테크 산업의 활성화에 도움이 되길 바란다.

한국 금융회사 마케팅 현황에 대한 탐색 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Marketing of Financial Services Companies in Korea)

  • 투자상품의 확산, 고령화 등으로 인한 금융니즈 다양화와 자본시장법 시행으로 인한 금융회사간 치열한 경쟁으로 인해 금융산업 내에서 마케팅의 역할이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 그러나, 지금까지 다른 산업에 비해 금융산업의 마케팅 연구는 상대적으로 부족하였다. 본 연구는 향후 구체적인 금융마케팅 연구들이 진행되기에 앞서 국내 금융마케팅 연구들을 정리하고, 국내 금융회사 마케팅 담당자를 In-depth 인터뷰하여 실제 국내 금융 마케팅 현황을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 향후 금융마케팅 연구에 필요한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 다른 산업의 마케팅과 다른 금융 마케팅만의 고유 특징에 대한 이론적인 연구가 부족하였고, 금융산업 내에서 은행, 증권, 보험, 카드 산업 간의 마케팅 특징 차이에 대한 연구도 부족하였음을 알 수 있었다. 소비자행동 관점에서 금융고객의 의사결정 과정에 관한 연구도 부족하였다. 또한, 우리나라의 금융회사의 마케팅 현황은 외형적으로 어느 정도 성숙 단계에 접어들었다고 볼 수 있으나, 실제 업무는 여전히 과거의 영업지원, 혹은 프로모션 및 CRM 데이터 분석 등 단기적인 부분에 치중되어 있었다. 그리고, 은행, 증권, 보험, 카드 회사 등 각 세부 금융산업별 마케팅 담당자들이 중요하게 생각하는 금융마케팅의 키워드와 문제 인식 정도도 서로 다름을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 금융마케팅 연구를 위한 시사점과 함께 6가지의 연구명제를 제안하였다.

서비스품질인증이 소비자가치에 미치는 영향 -호텔과 펜션을 중심으로- (The Effect of Service Quality Certification on the Consumer's Value in the Lodging Industry)

  • In this study, those previous research works are reviewed and summarized in various contexts, and this paper also describes the results of an empirical study done for the sample business workers in Korea, analyzing SQC and consumer's value. The surveyed data are statistically analysed to examine the relationship between SQC acquisition and consumer's value in the lodging industry, considering additional factors of business types of companies as well as the consumer's using purpose of service facilities. The important findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, the business types of companies is an insignificant factor on the consumer's value by the quality certificated services, while the using purpose of service facilities(Hotel and Pension) is an significant factor. Second, the descriptive result is shown that consumers are willing to pay 21.47~31.24 % more than the un-certificated services for quality-certificated services. On the basis of these findings, some practical implications can be drawn for the effective management of the lodging industry. When a firm decides to establish a business plan, it should be considered the using purpose of service facilities.

  • Demand for new information services is ever increasing as information technology advances in an unprecedented pace. Capabilities of information technology to overcome the time and space limitations enables efficient storage and processing of a large volume of data shared by many users in geographically dispersed areas. As the users ask for more useful information services, it is necessary to develop information services tp meet the needs of users. Enhancing information services is also necessary to cope actively with the pressures to open the information service is also necessary to cope actively with the pressures to open the information and telecommunications market as the level of Korean information services industry is still in its infancy. Value Added Network(VAN) services have a tremendous growth potential and its economic and social impact would be great as the information society matures. This study suggests a direction for the development of value added and new-media services based on the survey of individual and business users of information services.

  • This study presents a new design method of courses and programs for interdisciplinary or customized education in university organizations. The concept of modular design in manufacturing industry is employed for the development of new courses and programs design in university education. Diverse customization methods in service processes or service delivery channels in education are excluded in this study to focus on the research purposes. The results of this study can contribute to the development of a new education system for customized or interdisciplinary education in universities.

  • The development of technology based on digital technology has made 'hyper connectivity' between different services a reality, and an example of this is the reinforcement of non-face-to-face services. The non-face-to-face service is a service provided by service providers and customers using information and communication and technology without direct contact. Recently, it has expanded to the hotel industry, which is highly dependent on human resources, centering on the restaurant business. Therefore, this study attempted to identify the case of the "R" hotel in the Gangwon region, which is introducing and operating a kiosk, and to confirm the matters to be considered, the system operation method, and expected effects, etc. for hotels that intend to operate it in the future. It is difficult to affirm that the introduction of KIOSK directly reduced labor costs or increased service efficiency, but it seems meaningful that it has improved the convenience of users. In future research, practical research is needed on the impact of the system on management activities in relation to the introduction of KIOSK.

  • Among the innovative companies leading the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the world's largest Internet company is Google. Google has grown by providing convenient services such as Internet search, Android smartphone operating system, and video. Now, Google is leading the global IT industry by continuing to develop in various new business fields based on open service platforms, artificial intelligence, and big data. In this study, an exploratory discussion was conducted on Google's success factors and future directions. The purpose of the research is to understand the development process of the IT field from the successfactors of Google and to analyze the development direction of the future IT industry. Google's success factors were its open platform policy and successful acquisitions of external companies. In fact, most of the services Google offers come from companies that have acquired and acquired them. In addition, there was a corporate culture that values and supportsthe spirit of challenge and autonomy of members who are not afraid of failure. Based on this study's review of Google's direction analysis, the follow-up study will infer the direction of the IT industry in depth and look at the future technologies that IT majors need to prepare.
