A Study on the Consultation for Technology Leakage Victim Using NLP

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

  • 소프트웨어 프로젝트가 착수 후 성공적으로 종료되기 위해서는, 계획에 따라 프로젝트가 잘 진행이 되고 있는지의 여부를 주기적으로 검토하고 만약 문제가 있을 경우에는 적절한 시정 조치를 취하는 프로젝트 통제활동이 필수적이다. 프로젝트 통제활동은 주간회의나 마일스톤 회의 등과 같이 주기적으로 수행되는 보고회의를 통해 이루어지는데, 이때 프로젝트 관리자는 일정, 비용, 작업성과 등을 검토해 봄으로써 프로젝트의 진행 상태를 파악할 수 있다. 프로젝트 통제활동을 지원하는 방법으로 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 EVM(Earned Value Management)은 일정과 작업성과에 관한 측정치를 비용으로 산정하여, 일정, 비용, 작업성과를 하나의 그래프에 표현하는 방법이다. 프로젝트 관리자는 EVM을 통하여 비용이라는 하나의 단위로 프로젝트의 작업 성취도와 진도율을 정량적으로 관리 할 수 있다. EVM은 전체작업을 단위작업으로 나누어 각 단위작업의 작업 기간과 작업량을 비용으로 환산하여 관리하는데, 주로 프로젝트의 범위가 초반에 정의되고 단위작업의 크기가 큰 경우에 적용이 쉽고 관리가 편하다. 이러한 이유로 폭포수(Waterfall) 기반의 프로젝트에 주로 적용되고 있다. 그러나 XP(eXtreme Programming)기반의 프로젝트에서는 요구사항이 프로젝트 초반에 완벽히 정의되기가 어렵고 단위작업의 크기가 작아, 프로젝트 초반에는 상위레벨 수준으로만 범위가 정의 되고 반복이 진행되면서 점점 상세한 범위가 정의되기 때문에 EVM이 활용되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XP에 EVM을 적용할 수 있는 방안인 3단계(Layer) EVM을 제시하고, 조직이 이를 구축하도록 지원하기 위해 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)의 PMC(Project Monitoring and Control) 프로세스 영역을 기반으로 프로세스를 정립하고, 그에 따른 적용 지침을 개발하였다.

대단위 협력 연구개발 사업을 위한 통합정보시스템 구축 (The development of integrated information system for the large scale cooperative R & D project)

  • It is challenging to build the integrated information system for a large scale cooperative R & D project. To develop the aircraft program which especially has several leading agencies and is supported by many demestic/foreign participating companies, the common data flow in harmony is the core factor to achieve a development goal. For this, the development are carried out maintaining the existing management systems of agencies and companies. As a first step, the standard for the common data information and the classification category of technical data are defined. Second, the work flow standards are also set. Based on the foundation, the efficient technical data management system are built including the function of storage, inquiry, revision, link, approval, submission, etc.

수문관측 및 GIS를 이용한 청계천 모니터링 연구 (Study on the Cheonggyecheon through the hydrological monitoring and GIS)

  • The restoration project of Cheonggyecheon was conducted to creates the refreshing water-friendly environment in the downtown Seoul. It already have passed almost 2 years after restoration. This project changed environment of Cheonggyecheon dramatically, so historic hydrological data became useless. There are not so many hydrological data to manage and control this newly restored urban stream. The main purpose of this study is collecting and analysing the hydrological data of Cheonggyecheon. At first, we analysed the mechanism of Cheonggyecheon discharge using the sewage design maps and some GIS data. We also monitored the water levels and discharges of 5 main points of Cheonggyecheon. Rating curves of these 5 points were derived. There were 249 blocks of water gates which were located at both sides of bank. We also monitored the behaviors of these water gates. Through the these monitorings, some equations were derived to give useful information to the manager of Cheonggyecheon.

산업별 PMO 특성 비교에 관한 연구 (Comparison of Main features in Major industry PMO)

  • 오늘날 경영환경의 변화에 따라 정부 또는 많은 산업의 기업들이 PMO 를 도입하여 실행하고 있다. 이에 각 산업별 PMO 의 효과적인 도입과 운영을 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 1991 년부터 2007 년까지 선행연구자들이 정의한 주요 기능을 통합하여 IT, 금융, 건설산업 분야 PMO 의 주요 기능과 비교한 결과 각 산업의 PMO 주요 기능 수행비중 및 공통성, 차이점을 도출하였다. 또한, Ayyagari & Henry & Puvis 의 3 가지 가치 영역을 기준으로 각 산업별 PMO 가치 영역 비중을 분석한 결과 주요 가치 영역 및 비중을 분석하였다. 그 결과 PMO 의 효과적인 도입과 운영을 할 수 있는 방안을 제시 할 수 있었으며, 향후 연구에서는 좀 더 다양한 산업군과 폭넓은 사례를 연구하여 다양한 산업별 PMO 의 현황을 파악, 각 산업별 특성에 맞는 역할 및 기능에 대해 가이드를 제시하여 보다 효율적인 PMO 제도 정착의 기준을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the web-based system for work performance analysis(WPAS). The need of work performance analysis system has already been suggested in many previous researches on the computerization of the performance measurement in the construction site by using the indicators such as time, cost and quality. However, they had focused on measuring or analyzing the result when the project would be over. The WPAS suggests three indicators - work reliability, work effectiveness and work efficiency - to manage the performance of the construction site. It can help the manager more easily recognize the status of on-going work in the construction site by measuring and analyzing the work reliability rate, the work effectiveness and work efficiency every day. This research includes the procedures for WPAS measurement process, database structure of WPAS which was analyzed by the IDEF0 and the data flow diagram. Finally, this research introduces the result of WAPS's case studies and validation in the Korean construction site.

A Case Study on Assessing the Productivity of a BIM team in a Construction Company

  • Due to the labor-intensiveness, high investment cost, long execution time, frequent change orders, and many stakeholders in a BIM project, a BIM manager is bound to face a lot of risks to make decisions in cost managing process. Since the productivity of a BIM team will affect the execution cost, this study investigates a simple method of assessing the productivity of a BIM team using the working timesheet records of the team. In this research, the productivity of a BIM team is defined as the effective working floor area (in square meters) of BIM uses per labor-time (in man-months) spent by the team. After the applicability of this method is tested by regression analysis using data from 5 real BIM projects in the construction phase, it is found that the simple productivity definition adopted in the method, although easy-to-implement, does not produce a statistically constant productivity value. More research is therefore needed in the future to devise better indicator(s) for assessing the productivity of a BIM team.

군 시설사업의 설계변경 요인분석을 위한 기초연구 (A Study on Change order factor analysis for military facility projects)

  • 설계변경은 건설 사업을 진행하는데 있어 필수적으로 관리되어야 하는 요소 중 하나이다. 특히 군 시설사업은 군 조직의 특수성과 폐쇄성으로 민간공사보다 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 발주처 내에 사업관리자와 사용자가 존재하고 있어 사업을 추진할 때, 의사소통이 원활하게 이뤄지지 못한다면 어려움을 겪을 수 있다. 의사소통의 문제가 설계변경으로 이어지고 사용자 불만족으로 표출되기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군 시설사업의 계약현황을 통한 특성을 분석하고 과거 시설사업의 설계변경의 요인을 분석하고, 설문조사를 통해 시설사업관련자들의 다양한 의견들을 종합 분석하여 군 시설사업의 설계변경 요인을 도출하였다. 이에 대해 실현가능한 개선방안을 제시함으로서 군 시설사업을 진행하는데 있어 설계변경에 의한 손실이 감소될 것으로 기대된다.

정보시스템 아웃소싱에서 심리적 계약 커미트먼트의 중요성에 대한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Importance of Psychological Contract Commitment in Information Systems Outsourcing)

  • Research in the IS (Information Systems) outsourcing has focused on the importance of legal contracts and partnerships between vendors and clients. Without detailed legal contracts, there is no guarantee that an outsourcing vendor would not indulge in self-serving behavior. In addition, partnerships can supplement legal contracts in managing the relationship between clients and vendors legal contracts by itself cannot deal with all the complexity and ambiguity involved with IS outsourcing relationships. In this paper, we introduce a psychological contract (between client and vendor) as an important variable for IS outsourcing success. A psychological contract refers to individual's mental beliefs about his or her mutual obligations in a contractual relationship (Rousseau, 1995). A psychological contract emerges when one party believes that a promise of future returns has been made, a contribution has been given, and thus, an obligation has been created to provide future benefits (Rousseau, 1989). An employmentpsychological contract, which is a widespread concept in psychology, refers to employer and employee expectations of the employment relationship, i.e. mutual obligations, values, expectations and aspirations that operate over and above the formal contract of employment (Smithson and Lewis, 2003). Similar to the psychological contract between an employer and employee, IS outsourcing involves a contract and a set of mutual obligations between client and vendor (Ho et al., 2003). Given the lack of prior research on psychological contracts in the IS outsourcing context, we extend such studies and give insights through investigating the role of psychological contracts between client and vendor. Psychological contract theory offers highly relevant and sound theoretical lens for studying IS outsourcing management because of its six distinctive principles: (1) it focuses on mutual (rather than one-sided) obligations between contractual parties, (2) it's more comprehensive than the concept of legal contract, (3) it's an individual-level construct, (4) it changes over time, (5) it affects organizational behaviors, and (6) it's susceptible to organizational factors (Koh et al., 2004; Rousseau, 1996; Coyle-Shapiro, 2000). The aim of this paper is to put the concept, psychological contract commitment (PCC), under the spotlight, by finding out its mediating effects between legal contracts/partnerships and IS outsourcing success. Our interest is in the psychological contract commitment (PCC) or commitment to psychological contracts, which is the extent to which a partner consistently and deeply concerns with what the counter-party believes as obligations during the IS project. The basic premise for the hypothesized relationship between PCC and success is that for outsourcing success, client and vendor should continually commit to mutual obligations in which both parties believe, rather than to only explicit obligations. The psychological contract commitment playsa pivotal role in evaluating a counter-party because it reflects what one party really expects from the other. If one party consistently shows high commitment to psychological contracts, the other party would evaluate it positively. This will increase positive reciprocation efforts of the other party, thus leading to successful outsourcing outcomes (McNeeley and Meglino, 1994). We have used matched sample data for this research. We have collected three responses from each set of a client and a vendor firm: a project manager of the client firm, a project member from the vendor firm with whom the project manager cooperated, and an end-user of the client company who actually used the outsourced information systems. Special caution was given to the data collection process to avoid any bias in responses. We first sent three types of questionnaires (A, Band C) to each project manager of the client firm, asking him/her to answer the first type of questionnaires (A).

공동주택 재건축 사업의 분쟁 클레임에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dispute Claim to the Apartment Reconstruction Projects)

  • 재개발 재건축 사업은 추진절차가 복잡하고 다양한 이해관계자들이 참여하고 있어 이해관계자들의 관계가 원만하게 조정되지 않을 경우 각종 분쟁으로 확대될 수 있다. 특히 준공이후 입주단계에서 분쟁 발생시, 당해 지역주민 중심의 조합은 사업에 대한 전문성이 부족하여 시공회사 측의 이윤 극대화로 야기되어 지는 보이지 않는 부분의 많은 권리를 포기하여야 한다. 그러나 이러한 분쟁 클레임에 관한 연구는 정부나 시공사 관점에서의 연구가 대부분이며 발주자(=조합) 관점의 연구는 거의 없다고 판단되어진다. 또한 분쟁 클레임 발생 시 관련 업무는 현재까지 안전진단업체에서 주로 수행되어져 왔으나 아직까지는 체계화되어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 준공/ 입주 후 조합이 시공사를 대상으로 한 분쟁 클레임 발생 시 이를 합리적으로 대비하고, 재건축사업에 대한 발주자(=조합)의 권리를 확보하기 위한 건설 사업관리자 분쟁 클레임 프로세스를 제공하고 이와 더불어 각 단계별 필요한 서류의 확보를 가능케 하는 Check List를 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 조합은 사전에 관련서류를 확보하게 되고 이로 인해 분쟁 클레임 발생 시 합리적인 대응 자료를 구축할 수 있으며, 또한 건설 사업관리자의 합리적인 사업비 분석을 가능케 하고 예상낭비를 최소화 시켜 업무의 효율화가 이루어 질 것으로 예상되어 진다.
