Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress on job performance in reemployed nurses after career interruption. Methods: The participants were 207 nurses who worked at hospitals with more than 100 beds located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces. The nurses had experienced a career interruption of at least one year, and had less than five years of experience at the current workplace. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SPSS 24.0 program and using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The participants' job performance, professional self-concepts, ego-resilience, and job stress showed significant positive correlations. It was found that the professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress had an effect on the participant's job performance in order, and explained 51.3% of variance in job performance. Conclusion: To improve the job performance of career disconnected nurses, it is necessary to reinforce job stress control, professional self-concept, and level of ego-resilience.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between professional self-concept and job satisfaction of nurses working in long-term care hospitals and to consider strategies to improve these factors. Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires given to 135 nurses working at six long-term care hospitals in C City. The data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, a Scheffé test, and with Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The average score for professional self-concept was 2.78 points (out of 4 points), and the average score for job satisfaction was 3.11 points (out of 5 points). Significant differences were found for professional self-concept according to age, marriage status, total work experience, number of patients per nurse, and position, while job satisfaction showed significant differences depending on age and the number of patients in the ward. Professional self-concept and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation (r=.46, p<.001). Conclusion: In long-term care hospitals, it is necessary to provide education programs about nursing practice, communication, and leadership to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses. With regard to job satisfaction for nurses, it is imperative to improve the work environment of long-term care hospitals.

Purpose: The new infectious disease, COVID-19, is not over yet. The study aimed to identify the correlation between fatigue and professional quality of life among nurses in general wards during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used targeting 138 nurses in a tertiary general hospital located in Chungcheongnam-do from November 1 to 3, 2020. Results: The average age of the participants was 30.64 and the score of fatigue was 3.27. For the scores of subscales of professional life quality were 31.41 for compassion satisfaction, 27.12 for compassion fatigue, and 29.43 for burnout. The scores of fatigue were significantly correlated with compassion fatigue and burnout. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to expand the region and sample to investigate COVID-19 related fatigue and quality of professional life in nurses. In addition, it is necessary to seek interventions that can improve the quality of professional life for nurses.

Objective: This research aims to examine whether the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights, and whether the teacher-parent cooperative relationship mediates this association. Methods: The participants in this research were 220 teachers in Daejeon who assessed the performance of respecting young children's right, the perception of professional competence, and teacher-parent cooperative relationships through an online self-report questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Firstly, the results of examining the impact of the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers and the teacher-parent cooperation relationship on childcare that respects the rights of young children showed that each variable has a statistically significant influence. Secondly, it was found that the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers directly impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights and, indirectly, through the mediating role of teacher-parent cooperative relationships. Conclusion/Implications: To ensure high-quality childcare for young children, it is essential to consider not only professional perception but also the cooperative relationship between teacher and parent.

Within 10years, it will be possible to integrate 10B transistors on a single chip microprocessor which wilt operate far beyond GHZ, and it will execute about 20-200 instructions per clock cycle from widely variable instruction streams leveraging SMT(Simultaneous Multithreading) technology . Also it will decouple the current legacy X86 binary compatibility by translation layer such as code morphing technology.

Uncertainty and insecurity is a serious issue in all aspects of our society today as the change in environmental and societal conditions became more apparent than ever before through various disasters. Thus, it is now an important point in time for the government and responsible firms to implement an innovative scientific disaster management method that can lead to establishing a more secure and stable future. Therefore, authors have developed ubiquitous- based disaster prevention automation system(DPAS). The system would follow up after sensors detecting fires, thefts, torrents, floods, and infrastructural leaks. It prevents disasters in advance by utilizing a wireless communications net or ethernet to conduct real-time monitoring from a remote place. The system also has an advantage as it is designed in a compact size that applies a precision-focused programmable logic controller(PLC) of one-chip type.

In modern society, doctors are a representative example of professionals-that is, doctors are members of an occupation with high barriers to entry. For doctors, long-term education, training, and licensing are factors that make it difficult to enter medical practice. These external characteristics, which have mainly arisen in the modern era, play an important part in the professional identity of doctors. Nonetheless, the core of the doctor's identity is the identity of the healer. In today's Korean society, the universal identity of doctors as healers results from a combination of the special historical identity of professionals with high entry barriers. Korean society currently demands a high level of ethical awareness from doctors. These demands are partly derived from the nature of the practice of medical care, but they also reflect demands for strong social responsibility as professionals. It is difficult to cultivate professional ethics simply by imposing legitimate virtues, presenting an ideal model, or emphasizing moral education that is not fully realistic. A deep-rooted sense of professional ethics stems from a clear awareness of professional identity. Education plays an important role in the formation and awareness of doctors' professional identity, and various types of content and methods can be used in education. However, since the identity of an entity is formed through the process of historical experience, it is thought that the historical process of the formation of doctors as a profession should be included as an important part of education.

산업보안은 융·복합 기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 그 중요성이 지속적으로 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 산업보안 전문인력의 수급 차이도 매년 커질 것으로 전망하고 있다. 산업보안 전문인력 수급 차이를 줄이기 위해서는 전문인력 양성뿐만 아니라 전문자격 취득자도 동시에 확보해 나가는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 우리나라는 2010년부터 민간자격으로 산업보안관리사를 도입하였고, 2017년부터는 국가공인자격으로 승격시켜 산업보안 현장에서 전문가로 활동할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그러나 산업보안관리사 자격은 아직 산업현장에서 전문자격으로 인정받지 못하고, 활용도 측면에서도 낮은 것으로 나타나며 학문적 연구도 정체된 시점이다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경 하에 산업보안 전문자격 중 산업보안관리사 자격을 중심으로 활성화 방안을 도출하는 것에 목표를 두었다. 세부적으로 산업보안관리사 자격의 운영실태와 관련 선행연구를 분석하여 조직적 측면, 자격증 제도개선 및 운영측면, 자격증 취득자 활용측면, 전문성 제고측면 등 4가지 분야의 활성화 방안을 마련하였다.

The adducts of lipid peroxidation and related aldehydic end are mediators of chronic poisoning and affect the development of chronic liver damage leading to fibrosis and cirrhosis. Substances delayed or suppresed lipid peroxidation could have an antioxidant and protective effect in liver disease. In this study, it was attempted to find out above mentioned effect of Solanum lycopersicum investigated in CCl4 induce liver fibrosis model. (omitted)

Purpose: The existing web sites for premature babies are operated by non professionals and thus do not provide any medical or professional information necessary for rearing premature babies. The purpose is to construct a new website with lots of medical and professional tips for premature babies. Methods: First, topics of discussions are collected from the bulletin boards of three websites, operated by non professionals, for premature babies. And new website for premature babies is constructed based on the identified topics and also based on professional consultation with six professors. Results: The newly constructed website provides professional tips for the above topics as well as introduction of it's object, general medical information and baby rearing information and the bulletin board for parents of premature babies. Conclusion: By providing professional tips for mothers of premature babies, the new website is expected to provide detailed, accurate and professional information on issues most parents of premature babies concern.
