With the development of next IT convergence technology and the construction of infrastructure for personalized services, the importance of services based on user's sensibility status and vital signal is being spotlighted. It is the most crucial factor for the strategy of sensibility engineering to investigate student's vital signal according to the sensibility. In this paper, we proposed the vital signal monitoring simulation system by the various visual stimulus. The proposed method obtained the student's vital signal by the various visual stimulus. And the power spectrum analysis using the fast fourier transform is evaluated the activity level between the sympathetic and the parasympathetic. The analyzed result is monitoring the sensibility by displaying the heath signal light. To evaluate the sensibility between the high school's students and the university's students, we conducted SD profile and paired T-tests so as to verify usefulness. This evaluation found that the difference of sensibility activity by positive and negative stimulus was statistically meaningful. Ultimately, this paper suggests empirical application to verify the adequacy and the validity.
Epoxy-coated reinforcing bars are widely used to protect the corrosion of the reinforcing bars in the RC elements under their in-service environments and external loads. In most field surveys, it was reported that the corrosion resistance of the epoxy-coated reinforcing bars is typically better than the uncoated bars. However, from the experimental tests conducted in the labs, it was reported that, under the same loads, the RC elements with epoxy-coated reinforcing bars had wider cracks than the elements reinforced with the ordinary bars. Although this conclusion may be true considering the bond reduction of the reinforcing bar due to the epoxy coating, the maximum service loads used in the experimental research may be a main reason. To answer these two phenomena, service performance of 15 RC beam specimens with uncoated and epoxy-coated reinforcements under different fatigue loads was experimentally studied. Influences of different coating thicknesses of the reinforcing bars, the fatigue load range and load upper limit as well as fatigue load cycles on the mechanical performance of RC test specimens are discussed. It is concluded that, for the test specimens subjected to the comparatively lower load range and load upper limit, adverse effect on the service performance of test specimens with thicker epoxy-coated reinforcing bars is negligible. With the increments of the coating thickness and the in-service loading level, i.e., fatigue load range, load upper limit and fatigue cycles, the adverse factor resulting from the thicker coating becomes noticeable.

The ubiquitous transportation system environments make it possible to collect each vehicle's position and velocity data and to perform more sophisticated traffic flow management at the individual vehicle or platoon level through vehicle to vehicle (V2V) and vehicle to infrastructure (V2I) communication. It is necessary to develop a traffic flow management scheme to take advantage of the ubiquitous transportation system environments. This paper proposes an algorithm to advise the optimal speed for each vehicle according to the traffic flow condition. The algorithm aims to stabilize the traffic flow by advising the equilibrium speed to the vehicles speeding or crawling under freely flowing condition. And it aims to prevent or at least alleviate the shockwave propagation by advising the optimal speed that should dampen the speed drop under critical flow conditions. This paper builds a simulation testbed and performs some simulation experiments for the proposed algorithm. The proposed algorithm shows the expected results in terms of travel time reduction and congestion alleviation.

Recently, the demand of ultra high-rise building is on the increase in korea due to the rapidly changing movement in economic growth and the expansion of national infrastructure. At the same time, the tendency toward the amount used of concrete has greatly increased every year. In addition, as the seriousness of quantity demanded of aggregate is gathering strength, the active areas of research proceeds to do actively in every place in order to review the usability of crushed sand as a part of the countermeasures. And, it needs to establish the quality standard and service guide, etc. for the practical use. Accordingly, this study was to establish the ratio of water-binder materials as three levels like 23.5, 27.5, and 31.5%, and the replacement ratio as three levels like 0, 50, and 100% in order to define the engineering properties of ultra high-strength concrete using the crushed sand. This study was to examine it after establishing the combined condition by the substitute of the fine aggregate percentage and admixture. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. 1) The more the replacement ratio of crushed sand and the ratio of water-binder materials increased, the mon the fluidity decreased due to the decrease of irregular grain shape of sand and unit combined discretion. 2) This study found out that 100% of replacement ratio of crushed sand was almost similar level to the compressive strength of concrete using the natural sand.

Large access providers (ISPs) are seeking for new types of business agreements and pricing models to manage network costs and monetize better the provision of last-mile services. A typical paradigm of such new pricing norms is the proliferation of paid peering deals between ISPs and content providers (CPs), while on top of this, some ISPs are already experimenting with usage-based tariffs, usually through data-plans, instead of the typical fixed-based charging. In this work we define as common platform, the infrastructure in which a single ISP transacts with several CPs through peering agreements. In this context, we examine whether, and under which market conditions, the profitability of the involved stakeholders improves when the establishment of this platform is accompanied by a monetary compensation from the CPs to the ISP (paid peering), v.s. a scenario where their deal is a typical settlement-free one. In both cases, we assume that the ISP implements a usage-based access pricing scheme, implying that end-users will pay more for higher transaction rates with the CPs. Our framework captures some of the most important details of the current market, such as the various business models adopted by the CPs, the end-users' evaluation towards the ISP's and CPs' level of investments and the traffic rates per transaction for the offered services. By analysing the equilibrium derived by a leader-follower game, it turns out (among other practical takeaways) that whether or not the profitability of a CP improves, it highly depends on whether its business model is to sell content, or if it obtains its revenue from advertisements. Finally, we extract that consumer surplus is considerably higher under paid peering, which in turn implies improved levels of social welfare.

We present the concept of applying Wireless Mesh Networking (WMN) technology into Smart Grid, which is recently rising as a potential technology in various areas thanks to its advantages such as low installation costs, high scalability, and high flexibility. Smart Grid is an intelligent, next-generation electrical power network that can maximize energy efficiency by monitoring utility information in real-time and controlling the flow of electricity with IT communications technology converged to the existing power grid. WMNs must be designed for Smart Grid communication systems considering not only the high level of reliability, QoS support and mass-data treatment but also the properties of the traditional power grid. In addition, it is essential to design techniques based on international standards to support interoperability and scalability. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of IEEE 802.11s based Smart Grid Mesh Networks by conducting preliminary simulation studies with the ns-3 simulator. We also outline some challenging issues that should be reviewed when considering WMNs as the candidate for Smart Grid communication infrastructure.

This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the dilemma and improvement strategies for the integrated management of extracurricular education programs at Duksung Women's University. The research method was finally composed of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of collecting and analyzing the previous research literature. As for the contents of the study, the dilemma of the integrated management of the extracurricular education program at Duksung Women's University was presented first. Examples of dilemmas include difficulties in organizing and operating programs from the perspective of a roadmap customized for each grade level, difficulties in establishing a foundation for balanced mapping of core competencies and cultivating programs, difficulties in managing the performance of regular program monitoring and feedback improvement, and activating the linkage system between subjects and extracurricular education programs difficulties and difficulties in establishing a support system for the operation of the extracurricular education integrated management system were reflected. In addition, a strategy to complement and improve this dilemma was presented in a linkage. As a result of the study, the integrated management dilemma of Duksung Women's University's extracurricular education programs needs to be resolved in the long term through formal infrastructure such as external expert advice and expert exchange, and the development and use of related manuals should be considered aspects were analyzed. In addition, the content of this study was analyzed not only in the educational case of Duksung Women's University, but also in that it deals with cases that can be usefully referenced in most universities that develop and operate extracurricular education programs. Finally, this study presents an evidence-based practices that can be referenced in promoting the integrated management of extracurricular education programs in university sites, and the position and identity of extracurricular education throughout the university curriculum. It is judged that the significance and expected effect of the study can be obtained in that it provides an opportunity to improve from the management point of view.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has been promoting the 'Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project' to pursue sustainable development of villages such as income generation by using local tangible and intangible resources led by local residents at the village level since 2013. For the fishing village-Specialization capacity enhancement project, six training sessions (mainly in the village unit) are selected by the public offering method, and the project (income generating business, village development project, etc.) is developed for the selected village residents. It has a process of establishing a village project plan (a preliminary plan for village development or a sixth preliminary industrialization plan) based on the training of experts 5 times, practice or excursion 1 time). In this study, four villages in Gangwon-do fishing villages (two coastal villages and two inland water villages) were surveyed on the perception and satisfaction of fishing village development projects before and after training. The survey analysis was conducted by dividing the analysis of resident capacity and satisfaction into personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions. The survey was conducted by distributing a survey before and after training, and a 1:1 survey was conducted according to the residents' cognitive status. Based on the survey, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and analysis using the corresponding sample t-test showed an increase of 0.02 for Yangyang Mulchi fishing village, 0.11 for Samcheok Jangho fishing village, and 0.36 for Hongcheon River fishing industry, but Yanggu Jinmok fishing industry was -0.29, unlike other regions. As a result of this analysis, it has been empirically proven that provision of training projects through resident participation is a very important factor for the success of the fishing village project. Therefore, rather than fostering local leaders, training and community activities to strengthen personal capacities of residents participating in the project, it is necessary to operate the software business with a focus.

This study evaluated the contribution of carbon neutrality by calculating the carbon reduction amount and reduction intensity targeting the hydrogen pilot city and applying it to the carbon neutral reduction target. In the building sector, the reduction amount for 2030 was 10.8% on average. In addition, by 2050, the contribution to carbon neutrality of plan A was 14.1% on average, and the contribution to carbon neutrality of plan B was 15.1% on average. In the 2030 reduction amount of the transportation sector, the contribution to carbon neutrality was 138.4% on average. In addition, by 2050, the contribution to carbon neutrality in plan A was 82.5% on average, and the contribution to carbon neutrality in plan B was 74.9%. From the above research results, additional carbon reduction is possible when creating a hydrogen city, so it will be used as a basis of city-level carbon neutral model. It will also be used as a basis for technology development and investment promotion for various hydrogen supply methods in the future.
The purpose of this study is to introduce the concept of community resilience to rural society and build an index suitable for the reality of rural areas. Furthermore, by calculating the importance of evaluation factors, it was attempted to present priorities and alternatives for each evaluation factor. By stratifying the derived indicators, a survey was conducted targeting 20 researchers, practitioners, and public officials, three groups of experts working in rural areas who were well aware of the realities and problems of rural areas. In the survey, a pairwise comparison was performed to compare factors 1:1 to calculate the importance, and for rational and consistent decision-making, decisions were made in the 9-grade section. Using the collected data, consistency analysis that can evaluate reliability in the decision-making process and the relative weight of evaluation factors were calculated through AHP analysis. As a result of the analysis, as a result of examining the priority of final importance by summarizing the importance of all evaluation factors, 'Income creation using resources' > 'Population Characteristics' > 'Tolerance' > 'External Support' > 'Social Accessibility' > 'Physical Accessibility' > 'Community Competence' > 'Infrastructure' > 'Leader Competence' > 'Natural Environment' was derived in the order. In the study dealing with urban community resilience indicators, social aspects such as citizen participation, public-private cooperation, and governance were presented as the most important requirements, but this study differs in that the 'income creation' factor is derived as the most important factor. This can be seen through the change in the income difference between rural and urban areas. The income structure of rural areas has changed rapidly, and it is now reaching a very poor level, so it is necessary to prepare alternatives to 'income creation' in the case of rural areas. Unlike urban indicators, 'population characteristics' and 'tolerance' were also derived as important indicators of rural society. However, there are currently no alternatives to supplement the vulnerability by strengthening the resilience of rural communities. Based on the priority indicators derived from the study, we tried to suggest alternatives necessary for rural continuity in the future so that they can be supplemented step by step.
