There are 82 dental hygiene departments and clinical training institutes across the country with a very wide range of clinical practice content and evaluation methods, making standardization difficult. Therefore, there is a need to establish a standard protocol outlining clinical practice content and evaluation methods for systematic and efficient operation of clinical practice. Thus, this study attempted to propose such a protocol for standardization of dental hygiene clinical practice in dental clinics and hospitals to examine the contents of clinical practice by reviewing relevant literature, and relating it to professional practice within the dental hygienic curriculum to facilitate enhancement of expertise. Clinical practice content was extracted from 74 cases, and was consisted of classifying mandatory and optional clinical practice, training time, and activity methods for each component. To standardize effective clinical practice, it is necessary to organize the components acquired in the course of clinical dentistry training in line with their arrangement on each university's curriculum, in order to learn all components step by step. To do this, it is necessary to present a standardized clinical practice protocol and a organic cooperation between educational institutions and clinical training institutions.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress on Organizational commitment and turnover intent with targets of Employees of Security Industry. A total of 156 answered questionnaires were used as final data. The following conclusions were obtained by conducting correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. First, it is found that Organizational commitment effects some sub-factors of job stress such as inappropriate compensation, insufficient job control and job requirements. Second, it is found that turnover intent affects some sub-factors of job stress such as inappropriate compensation, insufficient job control and job requirements. Third, it is found that turnover intent affects Organizational commitment. Based on the result of the research, job stress seems to affect organizational commitment and people's decisions to change jobs. The two variables job stress and organizational commitment act as key factors in deciding whether to change jobs, while organizational commitment plays as an important parameter. In other words, there should be principles to do work along with channels through which workers communicate with each other. To this end, there need to be programs educating people to work together as well as systematic assistance and support to encourage people to develop their expertise.
The purpose of this study was to investigate secondary students' perception of a good secondary science classes. Subjects were 18 secondary students who enrolled in alternative school located in Korea. The instruments of this study was a questionnaire which consisted of 18 items on 4 domains. Also data were collected from in-deep interviews and students' drawing. The results of the study were summarized as follows; First, students explained that good schools have the characteristics of the interesting and respectful atmosphere. Also there are good relationships between teachers and students. Second, they emphasized that good teachers are humanistic teachers. Third, good science classes are based on the constructivism in terms of the education methods. The results suggest that it may be necessary to remodel the merits of the alternative schools to solve the problem of public school. It is important to develop expertise of the science teachers in alternative school through teacher education programs based on the constructivism. Also it is necessary to provide appropriate learning space and various media for effective science teaching and learning in alternative school.

This study is to objectively deduce components of a public library culture and define a library culture. Thus, the study gathers the opinions and the experiences of the expertise in this specific area of a library culture. Furthermore, the study takes gathered informations and dates into consideration, to derive a measurement of final components, delphi technique. Through usage of Delphi technique, it allowed selected final components to operate a comparative analysis of the elements, which then it helps to measure each element's critical importance, identify priorities of each element by using a hierarchical decision making method. The major conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the study used a two-step delphi survey which was conducted on a panel of experts (Faculty of Library and Information Science (LIS) and the librarians), deduced the components of a library culture. In the primary survey, the study found 29 components (material culture 6, non-material culture 23). In the secondary survey, it deduced 21 components (material culture 3, non-material culture 18). Second, through comparative analysis, the prioritization of the public library culture components presented in following orders, , , and . The Most weighted values of each components were, of 'data usage and its method.'; of 'core values of librarianship'; of 'library ethical consciousness.' appeared as such.

This study aimed to distinguish between predisposing factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions of university and college students who completed an entrepreneurship education course and to empirically determine the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior. Since company foundation involves uncertainty, potential entrepreneurs are known to fear creating a new company. Entrepreneurship has been confirmed in advanced studies to not only reduce this fear but also positively influence one's entrepreneurial intention. This study presents a research model that connects entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial behavior and verifies it via empirical analysis. It was confirmed as a result that entrepreneurial intention is positively influenced by actively engaging with changes of a certain product or service, problem-solving capability, resolving unexpected setbacks during company foundation, and expertise in the business field where the founded company belongs to. It was also confirmed that entrepreneurial intention has a positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior. In the conclusion of this study, importance and necessity of entrepreneurship education are discussed in order to essentially improve entrepreneurial intention and company foundation via entrepreneurship education.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore the introduction and activation of smart training for the effective training of vocational ability development of companies in the 4th industrial revolution era, we analyze the present status of smart training introduction and related difficulties and propose concrete activation plan. Research design, data, and methodology - Through the online survey, we tried to confirm the recognition of corporate about smart training. Questionnaires include what are the benefits, expectations, and difficulties of smart training, etc. The survey was conducted from August 21, 2017 to September 4, 2017. A total of 69 companies participated in the questionnaire. The questionnaire results were analyzed through frequency analysis and contents analysis. Based on the results of the questionnaire, we found out the cause of inhibition of smart training activation and suggested activation strategies. Results - The main reason for the provision of smart training is the expectation of the training performance and the recognition that it is possible to provide training in a flexible manner. The effectiveness of smart training operation was evaluated as a high level of contribution to the development of creative training course and the capacity of training institute. As a result of checking factors that hinders the activation of smart training, the most important reason is that the time and cost burden of the training institutes is excessive. The lack of expertise in the design of smart training courses and the burden of employers and trainees. Conclusions - In order to activate smart training, it is necessary to find solutions to the obstacles at the internal or external level of training institutions. The internal barriers to the training organization are lack of internal competence for preparation and course management. In this regard, we need to consider providing consulting, best practices or guidance in the process of designing and operating smart training. On the other hand, as an external obstacle factor, it is necessary to provide incentives to participate in smart training. In addition, further research is needed on strategies that can lead to participation in smart training from the viewpoint of employers and learners.
In general, testing DB applications is much more difficult than testing other types of software. The fact that the DB states as much as the input data influence and determine the procedures and results of program testing is one of the decisive reasons for the difficulties. In order to create and maintain proper DB states for testing, it not only takes a lot of time and efforts, but also requires extensive IT expertise and business knowledge. Despite the difficulties, there are not enough research and tools for the needed help. This article reports the result of research on automatic creation and maintenance of DB states for testing DB applications. As its core, this investigation develops an automation tool which collects relevant information from a variety of sources such as log, schema, tables and messages, combines collected information intelligently, and creates pre- and post-Images of database tables proper for application tests. The proposed procedures and tool are expected to be greatly helpful for overcoming inefficiencies and difficulties in not just unit and integration tests but including regression tests. Practically, the tool and procedures proposed in this research allows developers to improve their productivity by reducing time and effort required for creating and maintaining appropriate DB sates, and enhances the quality of DB applications since they are conducive to a wider variety of test cases and support regression tests. Academically, this research deepens our understanding and introduces new approach to testing enterprise systems by analyzing patterns of SQL usages and defining a grammar to express and process the patterns.
PURPOSES : The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of panels that affect the evaluating results of riding quality and to evaluate the appropriateness of roughness management criteria based on ride comfort satisfaction. METHODS : In order to analyze the influence of panel characteristics of riding quality, 33 panels, consisting of civilians and experts, were selected. Also, considering the roughness distribution of the expressway, 35 sections with MRI ranging from 1.17 m/km to 4.65 m/km were selected. Each panel boarded a passenger car and evaluated the riding quality with grades from 0 to 10, and assessed whether it was satisfied or not. After removing outlier results using a box plot technique, 964 results were analyzed. An ANOVA was conducted to evaluate the effects of panel expertise, age, driving experience, vehicle ownership, and gender on the evaluation results. In addition, by using the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve, the MRI value, which can most accurately evaluate the satisfaction with riding quality, was derived. Then, the compatibility of MRI was evaluated using AUC as a criterion to assess whether the riding quality was satisfactory. RESULTS : Only the age of the panel participants were found to have an effect on the riding quality satisfaction. It was found that satisfaction with riding quality and MRI are strongly correlated. The satisfaction rate of roughness management criteria on new (MRI 1.6 m/km) and maintenance (MRI 3.0 m/km) expressways were 95% and 53%, respectively. As a result of evaluating the roughness management criteria by using the ROC curve, it was found that the accuracy of satisfaction was the highest at MRI 3.1-3.2 m/km. In addition, the AUC of the MRI was about 0.8, indicating that the MRI was an appropriate index for evaluating the riding quality satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the results, the distribution of the panels' age should be considered when panel rating is conducted. From the results of the ROC curve, MRI of 3.0 m/km, which is a criterion of roughness management on maintenance expressways, is considered as appropriate.
The purpose of this paper is to suggest to tackle the problem of poor cooperation in space activities, by re-examining the nature of the competitive political environment, and by building up a normative overarching framework, One of the most acute problems that hampers regional cooperation is the U.S. influence as represented in the MTCR, a supplier's cartel, as was evidenced in the ill-fate of the 2001 launch contract between China and Korea the next year. Notably China, the third space power in the world, has not been allowed to join the MTCR despite her application in June 2004. A possible reconciliation between China and the MTCR over her application for a partnership would set a cornerstone in building up a cooperative environment in the Northeast Asia. Just as the Helsinki process was an overarching norm building framework, comprising human rights, security and environmental issues, it would be desirable that a future peace framework in Northeast Asia dealing with the pending issues of Korean peninsula should also comprise of such broad issues as one relating to cooperation in space activities in the region. South Korea could tap expertise from her neighbor China. When South Korea become an independent space power either with her own technology or otherwise, she would be in a better position to play a role as a balancer in coordinating between the two neighboring space giants. This study aims to review the standard operation status on wood, pulp and paper industry in Korea according to the industry standardization law which has been revised for strengthening expertise of relevant department and to propose a management strategy of Korean Standards (KS) in figure. Korea Forest Service (KFS) is the responsible department of managing KS on the wood, pulp and paper industry from 2015, and currently opertates three expert committees (wood and wooden construction, wood-based materials, pulp and paper) and wood and paper industry council to review 426 standards. To support an improvement of technical competency and securement of marketability of Korean wood industry, it is about time to review the standards and to develop practical standards since it is managed by specialized department. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish a systematic approach on the management of KS, based on thorough analysis of current KS. To remove possible technical barrier on trade due to the differences of standards between countries, the conformity with international standards is necessary. Also, for sustainability of standard management system, training specialists and building their capability is essential.
