This research has its objective in searching for a management plan that is stronger than existing plan for the regional development project in time for the execution of "Regulations on Regional Development and Support". Accordingly, the following plans for improvement are suggested to make improvements in lack of regional development projects management awareness; absence of integrated management system; and lack of reliability in project management information. Firstly, the management of regional development project needs to be operated as a system for project evaluation management based on related legislations. Secondly, various information of regional development project should construct a database, which becomes an information system that can be utilized by the central government and regional governing organizations. Third, to promote efficiency in regional development project management and expertise, it is necessary to prepare a project management system utilizing professional outsourcing organizations and such. Lastly, it is necessary to improve the work environment to enhance the expertise and the responsibilities of those government officials in charge of the project.
In this research, we analyzed empirically whether the valuation and compensation factor being moderating variable played the role of adjuster between KMS adoption factor(organizational factor, knowledge Informational factor, user factor) and business performance. The results of this research are as follows. First, The valuation and compensation factor affects the usage of KMS in case of organization's flexibility, trust, suitability of knowledge, degree of functional provision and perceived benefit. But it does not affect the usage of KMS in case of easiness of usage and user expertise. Second, The valuation and compensation factor affects the user's satisfaction of KMS in case of organization's flexibility, trust, degree of functional provision and user expertise. But it does not affect the user's satisfaction of KMS in case of suitability of knowledge, easiness of usage and perceived benefit.
Objectives: This study aims to establish the concept of "dental assistance" within the dental field and to identify the scope of dental assistance, which can be utilized in order to distinguish the scope of work between jobs. Methods: The literature on dental hygienist work and dental assistance was reviewed, and the laws and precedents related to dental assistance were examined. Results: The criteria for judging the legitimacy of dental assistance included the following: whether the performance was conducted under the guidance and supervision of a doctor; whether there was a possibility of an aftereffect or side effects of the procedure; whether education was conducted within the curriculum; and whether it was evaluated in the national licensing examination. In addition, the work of the assistant in dental surgery and treatment is judged comprehensively by considering the type of dental surgery and treatment, invasive degree, necessity of expertise, and work proficiency of the dental hygienist. Therefore, it is suggested that dental hygienists may be of assistance for dental treatment/surgery because they meet the requirements of dental professionals, such as dental hygiene curriculum, national licensing examination, duties in the field of dentistry, and work proficiency. Conclusions: Dental assistance (including assistance in dental surgery) for dental treatment, dental/medical history taking, taking vital signs, and blood glucose monitoring should be permitted within the realm of dental hygienist work. Therefore, the actual expertise of dental hygienists should be reflected legally and the work of dental hygienists should be realized.
Recently, the Chinese government has appointed the 'Centers for Faculty Development' (CFD) in 30 universities as the nationally-levelled model center for faculty development in October 2012, and its policy for the quality of college education and teaching expertise has begun. Therefore, this study is aimed at grasping the current situation and problems of Chinese universities' CFDs, and suggesting future development directions. Especially, it attempted to analyze the operational condition of 'the Center for Faculty Development' of H University located in Hebei Province, China. The following research questions were constructed; 1) At the national level, it quantitatively analyzed the China's developmental steps of higher education by using the data of China's Ministry of Education, and along with this national background, this study tried to grasp teachers' perceptions of teaching activities and their demands toward CFD programs, through a questionnaire survey of faculty members of H University. The data analysis indicated that those centers for faculty development in China were established quickly, and has evolved into specialized organizations for enhancing teaching expertise. This study can contribute to promoting productive exchanges of higher education between Korea and China in the future.

This research extends a general theory of human cognition to an applied domain of piloting skills. We examined how fast and accurately pilots achieve and maintain situation awareness in flight by measuring their consistency judgment between a written statement describing a flight situation and a cockpit display showing a current state of an aircraft. The goal of this research is to determine whether situation awareness is influenced by expertise level as a Auction of two different kinds of flight situation variables. It was revealed that flight situation variables representing relations between flight elements had an effect on situation awareness. Working memory was found to play a critical role in integrating a variety of flight information form multiple sources. It was also revealed that flight situation variables representing the contents of flight elements had influence on situation awareness in flight. These results were explained in a theoretical framework of a construction-integration model to reveal the cognitive processes underlying situation awareness in flight.

Objectives: It helps dental clinic to work 1:1 consulting and select the properties of the Kakao Talk message. The study was designed to determine the influence of users cognitive and emotional responses by message attribute that affect intention of use of dental clinic. Methods: This study targeted 297 peple Kakao Talk users aged 20-50 s, in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon from, February 6 to April 7, 2017. We analyzed the data with frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS ver 24.0(SPSS Inc, Chicago, USA). The significance level for significance was set at 0.05. Results: Among the user's responses about the event type Kakao talk message, the ease(${\beta}=0.121$, p<0.01), usefulness(${\beta}=0.148$, p<0.001), affinity(${\beta}=0.471$, p<0.001), satisfaction(${\beta}=0.249$, p<0.001). affected intention of use of dental clinic. Among the user's responses about the dental information type, the ease(${\beta}=0.150$, p<0.05), expertise(${\beta}=0.151$, p<0.05), satisfaction(${\beta}=0.237$, p<0.001) affected intention of use of dental clinic(p<0.05). Among the user's responses about the general public relations type, the expertise(${\beta}=0.254$), affinity(${\beta}=0.193$), satisfaction(${\beta}=0.474$) affected intention of use of dental clinic(p<0.001). Conclusion: It is necessary to elicit a positive intention of use of dental clinic through a highly emotional response from the users to improve the image of the dental clinic and to attract patients.

Focusing on the emerging influencer market of SNS (Social Network Service), This study attempts to clarify the priority of Influencer characteristics when the customer decided to purchase products through the promotion of influencers. Since the influencer marketing differs from the Online information source marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the Online information sources and the characteristics of SNS contents. For this purpose, through the literature research on Information sources and Influencers, the characteristics of influencers were reconstructed and priorities were derived using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. The upper layer of the AHP structure was set to expertise, trustworthiness, social attractiveness, and content attractiveness, and the lower layer structured the model with 13 subfactors. The results are summarized as follows. First, in the result of combining the importance of the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ classes, the detailed factors of expertise and trustworthiness, ranked from the top to six, are largely influenced in purchasing decisions in influencer marketing. Second, content attractiveness is the third rank in the $1^{st}$ layer. Influencer marketing shows that content is more important than social attractiveness. Besides, the $7^{th}$ to $9^{th}$ positions of the overall rankings accounted for visual information, storytelling, and external attractiveness, which are the details of content attractiveness, and it is confirmed that it is more effective for influencer marketing to emphasize content attractiveness than social attractiveness. Although the influencer marketing differs from the existing information marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the source and the characteristics of the contents.
The ultimate goal of the quality control program for special periodic health examination agencies is to diagnose the health condition of a worker correctly, based on accurate examination and analysis skills, leading to protect the worker's health. The quality control program on three areas, chemical analysis for biological monitoring since 1995, and pneumoconiosis, audiometric testing since 1996, has contributed to improve the reliability of occupational health screenings by improving the issues including standardization of testing methods, tools, diagnostic opinions, and reliability of analysis for biological monitoring. It has contributed to improving the reliability of occupational health monitoring by rectifying the following issues associated with previous monitoring: absence of standardized testing methods, testing tools that are not upgraded, mismatching diagnostic opinions, and unreliable results of biological specimen analysis. Nevertheless, there are issues in need of further improvement such as lack of expertise or the use of inappropriate method for health examination, and passive and unwilling participation in the quality control. We suggested solutions to these problems for each area of quality control program. Above all, it is essential to provide active support for health examiners to develop their expertise, while encouraging all the health screening agencies, employers, and workers to develop the desire to improve the system and to maintain the relevance.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to structurally verify how the competency of consulting company affects the business performance of consulting client firms through consulting achievement and consulting utilization. It aims to provide information for successful consulting and suggest strategic measures to improve consulting performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between competency of consulting company, consulting performance, and performance of consulting client firms. In this model, competency of consulting company consists of three sub-dimensions such as reputation, ability to perform business, and expertise. For these purposes, research model and hypotheses were developed. This survey was conduct ed for employees of companies that have experienced consulting in the past year. A total of 195 were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and SEM with SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 statistical program. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, reputation, ability to perform business and expertise, which are sub-dimensions of consulting competence, was found to have positive effect on consulting achievements and also found to have a positive effect on utilization. Second, consulting performance was found to have positive effects on business performance of consulting client firms. It means that the management's willingness to utilize consulting results and the achievements of consulting performance have a positive effect on the company's management performance. Conclusions - Consulting firms need to perform customer-oriented consulting by accurately recognizing what management consulting is required by the client firms. The academic significance of this study was that the research was conducted through structural empirical analysis, not only from the relationship of competency of consulting company to consulting performance, but also to the relationship of business performance of client firms. In addition, the practical implication of this study is that clients can actively utilize the results of consulting to lead business performance.
Accounts from therapeutic culture seem often to associate the selfish, or at least self-centered quest for self-fulfillment with individual choice or satisfaction, self-expression, expressive individualism, and emotionalism. These associations point to the downside of therapy as they present it as constituting a culture of narcissism, selfishness, or irresponsibility. While some of these characterizations contain useful insights, they overlook what are maybe some of the most important features of a therapeutic outlook. This paper aims to reveal that the therapeutic imperative is not so much geared towards the realization of self-fulfillment, as it is the promotion of self-limitation. Therapeutic culture tends to posit the self in a fragile and feeble form and insist that the management of life requires the continuous intervention of therapeutic expertise. Because of this, the elevated concern with the self is underpinned by anxiety, pain, suffering, and survival, rather than seen as a positive vision of realizing the human potential. Therapeutic culture has in this way helped to construct a diminished sense of self by which one is seen as suffering from an emotional deficit and vulnerability. This paper demonstrates this downside of therapeutic culture concerning self-limitation and the sense of a diminished self by examining popular "misery memoirs." Misery memoirs are widely consumed by the general public, therefore tend to be treated by contemporary therapeutic culture as a gospel on the therapeutic ideal for self-fulfillment and self-discovery. This is, despite the existence of hidden evidence to the contrary, because of their redemptive, happy endings that show individuals overcoming difficult trials such as child abuse, incestuous rape, and domestic violence. Individual self-fulfillment and self-discovery in such stories are not achieved through the active agency of the subject but through the passive endurance of pathological symptoms and with the aid of expertise and outside support. Therefore, such stories put victims in the limited position.
