The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction of globalization and commercialization of Korean foods by investigating the performance(satisfaction) and importance of food-coordinators' role. The results of the survey are summarized as follows: The most influential improvement variable of Korean food for globalization was 'hygiene'(23.6%) followed by 'taste', 'price', and 'shape and color'. Interest degree about food-coordinators showed 3.68 points in 5 points, and necessity of food-coordinators' job and education was 4.15 points. Food-coordinators' quality for globalization of Korean food was "a skill should be excellent"(4.51 points), "it must be original troubleshooting ability."(4.43 points) and "It must be professional ethics consciousness."(3.99 points) in the order. They were highly important of "freshness of food"(4.75 points) and "cleanliness of food and tableware" (4.65 points) in terms of the quality of korean food for globalization. The role importance of food-coordinators for globalization of Korean food was 'ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu'(4.22 points), 'coordinate ability for various Korean special diet'(4.14 points) and 'knowledge for wann welcome service that consider table manners, service method and other person(4.12 points) in the order. The most influential unsatisfied variable of food coordinators' role was 'consulting ability connected with management of Korean restaurant' followed by 'ability of presenting concept connected with restaurant development of Korean style' and 'production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style'. In terms of IPA analysis on food-coordinators' role for globalization of korean food, it was noteworthy that items with high importance but low performance included "ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu", "event coordinate ability connected with a Korean-style dish", and "production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style".

As we took a look at above, this researcher suggest following device to extend Korea's private security industry's area. First, it is necessary to extend private investigation law's area grafting private security together. Second, it is necessary it is necessary to think of private security's role related key figure law, corresponding terror law, Presidential Security Service Guard law. Third, as a draft of a proposed law related prevention flowing out of industry techniques among industry security related law, passed, it is necessary private security's diversity, subdivision, composition through an enterprise security, and private security industry area's grafting together. Fourth, a research about private security company's investment and professional area's bringing up as well as business's extension device should be groped for the security consulting though total system management service. Fifth, there are no big difference education course and purpose, duty about a security police man law and security law's unification, so it is necessary to drive forward actively unification through government organization's cooperation. Sixth, a paradigm shift should be occured about private security service among policeman, citizen, and private security guards. Seventh, it is considered the role of security association is important. Lastly about a matter communication between the National Police Agency, and Security Association, not only look at from an authority's angle, collecting information, corresponding ability but now it is considered to grope each other cooperation device together among organizations not only the National Police Agency but also, National Organization, National Intelligence Service, the prosecution, Presidential Security Service Guard, Army etc.

Presently in 2018, the security market is requiring progressive development and innovation in the area of security on account of new changes and technologies. This means the rapid and prompt development of the service platforms and service-based information systems. Here, this study is going to examine the process of operating a number of services and obtaining security, not the criteria for selecting particular service in online environment where the various services exist. Within a series of flows to protect the manager's authority about the platforms operated by information systems, and to provide and destroy services, this author limits the entire service platforms of the optimized balance module into four categories maximum for the security of the area apt for illegal invasion and access, and the proper area. Also, about the area with limited security, this researcher again applies subordinate security policy and technology respectively. This author here will suggest a method to provide and to extend safety and security for the information system and also propose the process of applying it as well.

This paper aims to investigate the moderating effects of relationship quality between support services of food service franchisor and performance(re-contract intention) in food service franchise. For analyzing the relationship of them, the support services of food service franchisor categorized with initial service and continuous service. Also, the factors of relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment) classified into detailed subfactor by confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, we found some statistically significant effects between the support services of food service franchisor and factors of relationship quality, and they sequentially affects to re-contract intention. Also, it's analyzed that factors of relationship quality have a role as a moderating variables by research model. That is, as a presented with previous research, there is verified that relationship quality is caused by support services of food service franchisor. Also, relationship quality factors significantly affect to performance(re-contract intention). Some guidelines for practicing potential food service franchise as a result of this would include; first of all, it is important to support the potential food service franchise consulting approach for some competitive advantage; secondly, effective governmental support programs for food service franchise should be developed for positive impacts of according to these results.

This study was performed to provide efficient fund managing plans for hospitals by looking into the management of medical fees for accident insurance. Car insurance, industrial accident insurance and seamen's insurance at a general hospital which is located in Busan during 29 months from January 1, 2009 to May 31, 2011 were assessed. The research data is the total number of 6,293 cases, including 2,251 car insurance cases, 2,350 industrial accident insurance cases, and 1,692 seamen's insurance cases. There were some significant differences found, as car insurance and seamen's insurance, including accident insurance, are types of insurance for which employers or traffic accidents offenders shall be the final premium payer. In addition, medical examination fees or premium payers are applied under their respective related laws. The findings suggest that it is necessary for managers of hospitals to prepare differentiated management schemes based on the characteristics of each insurer and schemes to ensure proper recovery strategies of uncollected medical account receivables.

This study presents the growth strategy of outsourcing service by finding out the differences of importance between user firms and system integration(SI) firms in Korean outsourcing business, The result of data analysis reveals that there are siginificant differences between user firms and SI firms in some components of information systems(IS) outsourcing services. User firms regarded integation of distributea data centers as the prominent issue of IS environment changes. Meanwhile, SI firms chose management of IS/VAN center, office automation(OA), and management of global network, as the more important issues in the application area of outsourcing. Among the merits of outsourcing, both of them considered cost reduction and IS flexibility as the most important factors, However, they chose the difficulty of management control and the lack of operation knowledge among the demerits of outsourcing, Also, they commonly selected overall IS consulting among the components of outsourcing diffusion. In the question of future outsourcing services, user firms chose the adoption of client/server architecture, while SI firms selected the application of multimedia. These results show that there are some differences of preference between user firms and SI firms. Most of user firms consider the outsourcing to maximize information utilization, while the service suppliers focus on new IT adoption and its application to organization. For the strategic use of outsourcing services, SI firms are required to establish the diffusion strategy to meet the outsourcing needs of user firms.

In 1976, privative security law in Korea was enacted. Through the law has been revised 23 times, and it reflected changing security environment. Since the private security is now in charge of the daily safety as well as the police, private security law should be revised in overall dimension. First, the name of private security service and terms should be reorganized with applying the current environment of security. For instance, there should be an appropriate range of security service which could contain security consulting, planner, private investigator, and convergence security. Second, the errors of private security law should be corrected and applied to the revised law. Third, some inappropriate contents in the private security law should be revised. Forth, revising the private security law should consider to solve problems in selection, education, and election of security instructor.

To devise a plan to efficiently control and cope with musculoskeletal disorders, this study conducted a self-administered survey among dental hygienists working at dental clinics in Daegu. The data were collected from December 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014, and drew the following conclusions. For body posture for medical procedures, at lower levels in their careers, the hygienists' head and back were more bent; at higher levels in their careers, the their shoulders, body and hips were more bent; and at higher levels in their careers, their assistance posture in general was more bent. Hygienists with longer years of experience had more pain in the neck and the arms/elbows. Respondents engaged in medical treatment services were more likely to have pain in their arms/elbows, and those engaged in assisting in medical treatment and consulting and insurance services were more likely to have pain in their necks. It is necessary to recognize the seriousness of musculoskeletal disorders, provide specific education through supplementary training and relevant seminars, and avoid repetitive use of the same muscle or joint through environmental improvement of dental clinics, and personal efforts should be made to maintain good posture.

Emergency room process is very important in the whole hospital processes because it is first diagnosis for patient. Above all, triage is important activity which quickly diagnose the status of emergency patient and sets the priority for treatment. This paper analyzes the treatment process pattern by triage type. The results show that the treatment process after triage such as residence time, diagnosis and checkup type, and joint treatment are dependent on triage types. We can use these analysis results for improving the current triage system and developing the new triage system considering a domestic emergency medical service environment.

Enhancing the performance of maritime wireless communication has been highlighted by the issue of cell planning in the sea area because of lack of an appropriate Propagation Loss Model (PLM). To resolve the cell planning issue in vast sea areas, it was essential to develop the (PLM) matching the intended sea area. However, there were considerable gaps between the prediction of legacy PLMs and field measurement in propagation loss and there was a need to develop the adjusted PLM (A-PLM). Therefore, cell planning was performed on this adjusted model, including modification of the base station's location, altitude, and antenna azimuth to meet the quality objectives. Furthermore, in order to verify the availability of the cell planning, Communication Service Quality Monitoring System (CS-QMS) was developed in the LTE-Maritime project to collect LTE signal quality information from the onboard equipment at regular intervals and to ensure that the service quality was high enough to satisfy the goals in each designated grid. As a result of verification, the success rate of RSRP was 95.7% for the intensive management zone (IMZ) and 96.4% for the interested zone (IZ), respectively.
