컨설팅 서비스 품질이 컨설팅 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effect of Consulting Service Quality on Consulting Repurchase Intention)

  • 컨설팅사는 컨설팅 재구매를 목적으로 컨설팅을 수행하고, 컨설팅 수진 중소기업에서는 컨설팅 품질에 따라 재구매 의도가 발생하는데, 본 연구는 컨설팅서비스품질에 따른 대응정도에 어떤 차이를 보이는지에 대하여 연구 하였다. 컨설팅 수진 중소기업 대상으로 설문 및 통계분석을 실시한 결과 컨설팅 서비스품질이 컨설팅 재 구매 의도에 영향을 미치고, 컨설팅 서비스대응성도 높아야 재 구매 의도가 발생을 확인하였다. 연구결과 컨설팅 서비스 품질이 높다 하더라도 환경변화에 따라 시의 적절하게 대응하지 않는다면 재 구매 발생이 어려움을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 컨설팅사는 서비스대응성 강화를 위해 서비스 품질과 함께 변화하는 시장정보를 모니터링과 신속 대응시스템을 구축하여야 함을 확인할 수 있었으나, 이를 일반화 하기 에는 데이터 및 시간의 제약으로 연구의 부족함이 있으며, 컨설팅 재구매의도 증가위한 컨설팅서비스품질과 연계된 컨설팅 서비스 대응성 요인을 보완하는 연구가 필요하다.

  • A business consulting service combines company's knowledge and information with external's ones systematically. This combination achieve knowledge synergy and make added value for the business as a whole. Therefore, a business consulting service has been called Knowledge Ware Industry. Consulting corporations and consultants must provide valuable services for running and growing their business successfully. A value of business consulting service could be identified offset quality and benefits from costs. This study conducted survey about business consulting service quality by SERVPERF model and benefit, customer commitment. The research result showed that the quality of business consulting service effects on the benefit positively and benefit increased customer commitment. Finally, there is positive relationship between customer commitment and intention of continuing of the business consulting service.

  • The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

IT컨설팅에서 인지적 신뢰와 정서적 신뢰에 관한 연구 (Cognitive and Affective Trust in IT Consulting Service)

  • IT consulting is becoming a norm rather than exception in this age of smart work and information revolution. As IT consulting is one of the knowledge intensive services requiring high credence on both sides, maintaining a good trustful relationship is critical in sustenance of strategic partnership between business firms and IT service firms. Trust is known to be one of the salient constructs in service relationships. In this study, building from the social psychology literature, trust is conceptualized as two dimensions : cognitive and affective trust. Using two dimensions of trust as mediators, a research model is constructed for IT consulting specific context : relationship continuance intention as the dependent construct while expertise, service performance, reputation, relationship satisfaction and value similarity as antecedents of cognitive and affective trust. 145 data points were collected through a survey of IT service client project managers retrospectively asking their experience with IT consultants. Findings suggest that cognitive trust is associated with perceived level of expertise and service performance while affective trust with relationship satisfaction and value similarity, respectively. Interestingly, the paths from reputation are found to be statistically insignificant towards both dimensions of trust, indicating IT service context would be more practically outcome oriented than any other professional service context. Also, cognitive trust seems to maintain stronger influence on relationship continuance intention as anticipated. Implications and limitations are discussed at the end.

Effect of Consulting on Microcredit Repayment in Korea

  • This study examines the effect of a one-on-one outsourced pre-lending consulting service on the repayment behavior of microcredit borrowers in Korea with administrative data from the Smile Microcredit Bank. A random change in the cut-off loan amount for mandatory consulting is utilized as an identification strategy. This three-day pre-lending business consulting service is effective in encouraging repayment behavior of existing businesses but it has no significant effect on start-up loans. The effectiveness of the consulting service in deterring delinquency with regard to existing loans is greater among male borrowers than among females.

  • This study investigated the influence of the quality of a business management consulting service and the mediating effect of utilizing a business management consulting service. For this purpose, data was collected from 200 self-employed workers of the Moonchang market in Dasejun, the Yongdap market in Seoul and the Jatgeoeul market in Gapyeong. The result of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the quality of interaction, the quality of the result and the quality of the physical environment have significant influences over peoples' financial aptitude. Second, it was found that the quality of the interaction, the quality of the result and the quality of the physical environment have significant influences over peoples' non-financial aptitudes. Thirds, the evaluation of a mediating effect of utilization of a business management consulting service on the relationship between the quality of a business management consulting service and business performance showed that it has a significant influence in all ways and so this, proved its mediating effect. Therefor, as one of the means to activate traditional markets in Korea, it would be beneficial to actively introduce a business management consulting service and this would achieve a better performance through efforts to change the perception of employees and consultants about post-management of business management consulting services.

  • 본 연구에서는 컨설팅 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있는 컨설턴트의 역량을 능력, 지식, 태도로 구성하고, 서비스품질과 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 추후에 이뤄질 컨설턴트 역량개발 및 서비스 품질 개선 방안을 찾는 연구들에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 컨설턴트가 지닌 역량이 컨설팅 서비스 품질에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 둘째, 서비스 품질은 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 셋째, 컨설턴트가 지닌 역량은 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다.

  • 최근 IT서비스 산업은 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 IT서비스 제조 (manufacturing)산업으로 활발히 확장되고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화 (product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화 (service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해 지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 이론들 (NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process template를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 template는 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 컨설팅 수진기업을 대상으로 컨설팅사 전문성이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 컨설팅 서비스 품질이 매개하는지와 수진 기업의 컨설팅 참여도가 영향을 주어 차별화된 컨설팅 경영성과를 보이는지에 대하여 규명하여 추후에 이뤄질 컨설팅사 서비스 품질 및 참여도 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾는 연구들에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약해보면 컨설팅사 전문성이 서비스 품질을 매개하여 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에 대해 대응성, 공감성, 유형성, 확신성, 신뢰성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 수진기업의 참여도가 높을수록 경영성과가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 컨설팅에 따른 경영성과를 더 높이기 위해서는 수진기업의 적극적인 참여도 노력이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 향후 참여도를 높일 수 있는 특성을 연구해 보는 것이 의미 있는 시사점 도출을 이끌 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

수해양계 예비교사의 수업시연을 위한 수업컨설팅 수업모형 개발 (Development of Teaching Model for Teaching Demonstration of Pre-service Fisheries and Marine School Teachers through Class Consulting)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching model to improve teaching demonstration competence of pre-service Fisheries and Marine teachers through class consulting. The results were as follows: First, the results of a survey on perception of 19 pre-service teachers showed that most of them did not know exactly about the teaching demonstration. Second, a teaching model through class consulting was developed in four stages: Preparation for class, doing lesson, watching lesson, reflecting class. Third, the developed lessons model was applied for 6 weeks, but it was hard to expect much change just for 6 weeks. If discussions about the content of the lesson plan are haven during prior class consulting, this will be helpful for pre-service teachers in making the real teaching plan. The class performer have to write a report on class analysis because it is necessary to try systematic analysis on teaching demonstration.
