This study analyzed whether the suitability of strategy is playing a regulative role between IT characteristics & user characteristics and non-financial performance empirically. To this end, this study set up IT characteristics and user characteristics as independent variables, and set up non-financial performance as the performance variable of KMS, and also set up the suitability of the management strategy & informatization strategy of a business as moderating variables. This study defined the detailed factors in IT characteristics as IT maturity and IT/IS infrastructure while defining the detailed factors in user characteristics as perceived profit, organizing of learning, and user professionalism. In addition, this study defined non-financial performance as an organization member satisfaction, and KMS availability. As a result of the analysis, IT maturity & IT/IS infrastructure, which are defined as IT characteristics, and perceived profit, organizing of learning and user professionalism, etc., which were defined as user characteristics, were found to be variables playing a regulative role in non-financial performance.

최근 한국과 미국 기업에 있어서 회계법상 가장 큰 이슈 중 하나는 재무보고와 관련된 내부통제제도(ICFR: Internal Control over Financial Reporting)에 관한 것이다. 한국과 미국에서 각각 내부회계관리제도와 SOX(Sarbanes Oxley Act)라고 불려지고 있는 내부통제 법령에 의해 기업들은 자체적으로 내부통제를 구축, 운영하고, 이에 대해 매년 회계법인에 의해 검토 또는 감사를 받게 되었다. IT 부문도 기업 업무 영역에서 중요성을 더해가고 있기 때문에 내부통제 제도의 한 영역을 차지하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 기업 특성과 IT 관리 특성이 기업의 IT 부문 내부통제 구축 시 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실제 기업 IT 내부통제 구축 데이터를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 기업 특성 중 자산, 종업원 수, 업종과 IT 관리 특성 중 IT 기획팀 IT 아웃소싱, 주 시스템 플랫폼을 각각 독립변수로 선정하였고, 이들 6개 독립변수가 내부통제 구축 시 도출된 통제항목(Control Activities) 개수 대비 미비점(Deficiency) 비율, 통제항목 개수, 미비점 개수 각각에 대하여 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 검증하였다.

최근 상품의 특성을 고려하지 않은 박스 크기 선택과 박스 공간 내 비효율적인 상품 배치로 인하여 박스의 파손 문제가 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이는 적재하고자 하는 상품의 특성을 고려하지 않고 상품을 대략적으로 배치하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 면적과 무게와 같은 상품의 특성을 고려한 상품 배치 최적화 알고리즘을 제안하여 공간 배치의 비효율성 문제를 최소화하고자 한다. 제안한 상품 배치 최적화 알고리즘은 검색 트리 (search tree)와 상품 특성 기반 평가 함수(evaluation function)로 구성되어 있다. 상품 특성 기반 평가 함수는 면적, 무게 및 바닥에 닿는 면적을 고려하여 설계되었다.

Organizations are attempting a digital transformation that converts physical business processing into virtual business processing. Through this digital transformation, organizations are overcoming time and space constraints and creating competitiveness. The digital transformation of this work environment has been accelerated as many organizations have implemented remote work due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. This study focused on business process virtualizability, which is the result of the rapid digital transformation of the work environment. Business process virtualizability is the resulting quality, such as the suitability or excellence of business processing in a virtual environment. This research model is the effect of process, IT and organizational characteristics on business process virtualizability. As a result of the verification of people who have experienced remote work in a virtual environment, first, it was confirmed that, in terms of process characteristics, sensory requirements affect business process virtualizability, but relationship requirements, synchronism requirements, and identification and control requirements do not. Second, in terms of IT characteristics, it was confirmed that representation and reach affect business process virtualizability. Third, it was confirmed that, in terms of organizational characteristics, job autonomy affects business process virtualizability, but evaluation unfairness does not. This study found that representation and reach of IT had the most significant influence on business process virtualizability, job autonomy was next, and sensory requirements had the lowest influence. This presents practical implications for organizations to increase the success potential of business process virtualizability.

In this paper, we propose Pseudo-TN IPS mde(Pseudo-Twisted Nematic In-Plane Switching mode) based on IT(In-plane switching Twisted nematic) mode that increase contrast ratio from improving optical characteristics and analyze the characteristics of Pseudo-TN IPS uude. Optical transmittance is 25% higher for the PTN-IPS mode than for the IT mode. Because aperture ratio of the PIN-IPS is increased. And the control of Liquid Crystal for adjusting optical transmittance is more easier than IT mode, because optical transmittance variation is linear with applying voltage. Contrast ratio is 8% lower for the PTN-IPS mode than for the IT mode in the horizontal direction. But, Contrast ratio is 20% higher for the PTN-IPS mode than for the IT mode in the vertical direction. It has also cell gap margin and many benefits of IT mode, this may be used very well in the future LC Cell design.

본 연구에서는 IT인력을 대상으로 개인특성과 조직특성이 경력만족 및 경력전망, 그리고 경력몰입에 미치는 영향과 경력만족 및 경력전망의 매개효과를 연구하였다. 개인특성에는 성장욕구강도, 자아존중감, 경력계획을, 조직특성에는 분배공정성, 성장기회제공, 경력관리를 선정하였으며 매개변수로는 경력만족 및 경력전망을 선정하였다. IT 인력의 경력몰입을 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 국내 IT관련 업체에 종사하고 있는 개발자 및 전산실 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 총 220부를 배포하여 195부를 회수하였으며 회수된 설문지를 토대로 요인분석과 회귀분석을 이용하여 가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력성공 변수인 경력만족과 경력전망은 경력몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인특성 중 자아존중감이 경력만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 조직특성 중 분배공정성 및 성장기회제공 등에 대한 지각 정도가 높을수록 경력전망에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력만족과 경력전망이 경력몰입에 미치는 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 부분적인 매개효과를 나타냈다.

SI 산업의 역사가 20년 이상 되었으나, SI CEO에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 SI CEO의 인적특성에 대한 기초적인 연구를 수행한다. 일반적인 CEO특성 연구를 참조하여 SI 기업 CEO의 나이, 학력, 경력, 기능분야, 근속 등의 인적 특성과 이사회와의 관계 등 구조적 특성을 분석한다. 이 분석은 추후 연구에서 기업성과와의 관계를 규명하기 위한 기초자료로 활용한다.

국내의 정보시스템 감리가 공공기관의 정보시스템에 개발감리 위주로 도입된 지 20 년 가까이 되었으나, 운영부문에 대한 감리는 일부만 시행되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 정보시스템 운영감리의 중요성을 인식하여 운영감리지침 제정 등 운영감리를 위한 준비를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관의 정보시스템 운영감리 시 감리인의 기술적 특성과 관리적 특성이 운영품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공공기관의 정보시스템 담당공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 감리인의 기술적 특성이 감리인의 관리적 특성과 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 감리인의 기술적 특성이 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다.

In this dissertation, in order to analyze the ground plane size which will affect the antenna characteristic, the appropriate antenna was designed and produced in compliance with the needs that the existing antenna should be improved, and then the optimum ground plane size was calculated. It was proved it affected the radiation characteristic greatly but didn't affect the impedance characteristic nearly when ground plane size of the existing folded slot antenna was enlarged with using the copper e cut in some size. Though it require the complicate procedure by the strict design in order to calculate exactly, if it is made of the antenna of the appropriate size that the effect of ground plane can be taken no account, it can be made easily.
