This study aimed to analyze a relationship between a cognitive level of multicultural acceptability and multicultural attitude of Multicultural Family Support Center workers. As a result of the research with regard to this study purpose, there was a difference between variables after analyzing whether it is different between multicultural acceptability depending on social statistics characteristic of Multicultural Family Support Center workers, and multicultural attitude. In addition, it was shown that there was a significant relationship between variables in the result of analyzing the effect of Multicultural Family Support Center workers' multicultural perception, ability to form multicultural relationship, and factors of multicultural sympathy on openness, receptiveness, and flexibility of multicultural attitude. From the result, this research has significance that it suggests a politic alternative to improve the level of multicultural attitude of Multicultural Family Support Center workers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of various government support policy for IoT sector and survey the level of satisfaction and relative importance among policies. In order to achieve the goal, this study surveyed experts in the field of IoT, utilizing Hierarchy Process Analysis methods. Major findings are as follows; first, despite of wide range of IoT-related policies, experts in the industry and academy are very limited, ; second, the order of policy satisfaction is primarily on Oversea Marketing, followed by R&D support, Venture support, Human resource education.; third, the order of importance is primarily Venture support, followed by R&D support, Human resource education. Also, it has been given the higher importance to the role of leader as R&D support, Oversea market pioneering, and industry university network, rather than the role of coordinator and supporter. However, expert group does not recognize the importance of policies related to the role of coordinator because these policies always have been conducted in major government projects.

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee's gratitude disposition affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) and empirically validating multiple mediation effect of perceived organizational support(POS) and job satisfaction. For this study, an online survey has been conducted on office workers to analyze 380 sets of answers, reviewed reliability and validity through CFA and used SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, Macro Process 3.0, a bootstrap method to test hypothesis. As a result, it is verified that an employee's gratitude disposition positively affects OCB, POS and job satisfaction and that there exists a multiple mediation effect of POS and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that an employee's gratitude disposition has a positive influence on OCB and an employee's gratitude disposition, an individual trait, is a related antecedent variable of POS. The result of this study is meaningful that it suggests boosting gratitude disposition, a positive psychological factor, in an organization can positively affect employees' job attitude and organization effectiveness.

The failure of network and/or node on which server object is executed is a single point of system failure in the CORBA application. One of the possible ways to overcome such problem is to replicate server objects to several independent nodes. The replicated objects executing same tasks are called object group. In order to provide fault tolerance of server object, this paper proposes and implements new CORBA model that supports the object group based on active replication. The proposed model not only provides interoperability with existing CORBA application but also minimizes additional application interface required to support object group because it uses nop to exchange messages between client and server. And this paper extends IDL structure. Depending to application logic, it makes possible to prevent performance degradation caused by consistency maintenance. At present, this paper supports only active replication. But it can be easily extended to provide warm ancVor cold passive replication without modification of architecture required for active replication.

TCP/IP is the most commonly used protocol to communicate among servers, and is used in a wide range of applications. Unfortunately, Data transmission through TCP/IP places a very heavy burden on host CPUs. And it hardly makes another job to be processed. So, TOE(TCP/IP Offload Engine) is considered in many servers. But, most of TOE modules tends to not support binary compatibility for standard socket interfaces. So, it has problems that existing applications should be modified and recompiled to get advantage of TOE device. In this paper, to resolve upper problems, we suppose design and implementation of TOE module supporting binary compatibility for standard socket interfaces. Also, it can make a usage of multiple TOEs and NICs simultaneously.

In this study, an empirical analysis using Difference-in-Difference(DID) methods was conducted based on the data of domestic defense companies to look at the impact of government support on the performance of these defense industries. As a result, we found that the volume of sales and assets of defense enterprises does not increase or decrease solely on the benefit of government support. In addition, government support for net profit to total sales ratio and net profit to total assets ratio improved significantly, but the effect was only seen in the short term. Unlike previous studies that focused on identifying the existence of differences between industries, our research is different in that it is the first to analyze empirically within the Korean defense industry. It is also theoretically meaningful in that it looked at the effects of government support, especially in industries with unique characteristics that have yet to be known.

The goal of this study is to find ways to improve the open access publication support service platform through the usability evaluation of the publishing manager interface among the AccessON journal repository interfaces, which is an open access publication support service platform. Various documents and cases related to open access publishing and usability evaluation in order to answer three research questions: collection of user experience responses of interface, extraction of issues and improvement points, and analysis and derivation of suggestions for other open access publication support service platforms. Responses to the experience of using the publishing manager interface were collected through surveys and focus group interviews. Combining this, it was possible to present the results of the usability evaluation of the AccessON journal repository interface through various numerical information. The results of the usability evaluation made it possible to propose issues and improvements to the AccessON journal repository manager interface, and finally, it was possible to derive suggestions for the open access academic publishing support service platform to be developed later.

A convergence software development methodology based on product line engineering provides an architecture model for application development and it also provides workflow as a behavior specification of control component development to develop transaction centric application. To effect a change on software development based on product line engineering it has to be supported by a tool. But almost workflow modeling tools dose not support product line engineering concept. So we need new workflow modeling tool to support the convergence software development methodology. In this paper, we introduce a toolset for workflow modeling that consists of eclipse plug-in applications and open source tool and describe the relationships of tools through example.

Realization of e-Navigation for maritime safety has become a hot research topic of these years. There has been lots of requirements of the convergence of VTS and new IT technology for prevent maritime accident caused huge mount of damage such as environmental damage of oil spill, human life and property. This paper aims to design of an intelligent VTS system based on context awareness and aids to navigation structure. The proposed system provides timely decision supporting mechanism using by situation awareness, reasoning, risk management technology and also provides information of aids to navigation for secure navigation.

The purpose of this study is to design the On-line Insurance Sales Support System using Case-Based Reasoning(CBR). In on-line insurance subscription process, this system provides the personalized insurance payment cases and insurance statistics for customers to entice an insurance subscription. By measuring, specifically, similarities between the user profile and insurance payment cases, it suggests the best insurance payment case which has the highest similarity and reflects the latest in the insurance payment cases. In addition, it serves the insurance statistical information that matches with the attributes of the finally-selected case. These functions can be useful in on-line insurance sales.
