Development of Human Resource Management Program for Protected Horticulture (시설재배 인력관리 프로그램 개발)

  • This study aimed to develop and verify the smart human resource management (HRM) program in a large scale greenhouse. HRM program delivers detailed work orders to workers and gathers work results by mobile phone application. Greenhouse managers can monitor the workload, work speed, quality of employee by HRM program and can analyse performance easily. Greenhouse Managers can set the work speed including 'twisting', 'trimming' and 'harvesting' in a greenhouse. It makes planning work schedule and assigns resources to each specific job easier. Therefore, the manager can arrange the number of employees to promote work performance and also easy to estimate the labor shortage. Greenhouse managers can evaluate the adequacy of the number of employees through job performance analysis by period and adjusts the supply/demand ratio of regular and non-regular employees. The HRM program can improve work efficiency by announcing the real-time work performance of all employees on a monitor screen to induce competition among workers and re-educate unripe employees who accomplish behind average to improving work skills.

The Mobile Composting Device Development of Organic Wastes (유기성 폐기물의 이동용 퇴비화 장치개발에 관한 연구)

  • Organic wastes are not disposing object but renewable resources. One of those ways of rendering to resources, composting is environmentally friendly way as to aspect of recycling of resources. Regardless of ways, composting goes through the main processes which are fermentation process and curing process. In the study, mobile composting device was developed with the experiments which were performed to solve the problems of fermentation and curing process. Since reaction vessel is rotated, it does not cease in the middle of agitation because of foreign. In addition, it mixed as well. With maintaining uniform temperature of reaction vessel by controlling amount of air, fermentation and curing are easy to use. Its economic feasibility is better than the existing fermentation equipments. Furthermore, it benefits to reduce the personnel and materiel maintenance cost, and mass produce composting product which use organic waste. Especially, although it needs less space, it has effect to provide transferable composting device with available area to increase by contacting organic waste to air.

The Influence of Organizational Communication Recognized by Irregular Workers on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (비정규직이 인식한 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • Irregular workers, which have recently caused various socio-economic issues and conflicts, generally have low loyalty to the organization and job satisfaction due to anxiety about employment. As a way to improve this, this study attempted to analyze the effect of organizational communication satisfaction of irregular workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the 7th Human Capital Companies panel survey data, irregular workers survey data were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: First, it was analyzed that organizational communication recognized by irregular workers had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it was analyzed that job satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was analyzed that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is significant in that it expanded the research subject to irregular workers from the existing service industry-oriented research, and that it included more diverse industries. The results of this study suggest that mission and vision sharing and communication activation system are needed to improve organizational effectiveness of irregular workers.

  • There are a variety of structures below the surface are buried. In particular, if It is experiencing problems in the city gas pipe or electrical wire, our safety would be greatly jeopardized. Therefore, the underground structures which encounter a variety of pollutants are highly sensitive to corrosion. So if you are not identify the degree of corrosion, it can lead to large accidents such as gas leakage. Until now, person visit directly every underground structure to measure and record manually, but This approach requires a lot of human and material resources and the continuity of management. Therefore, the research to find out the risk factors quickly via the continuous management is needed, and in this paper the structures management systems in the vehicle being moved by combining ICT underground structures for state information wirelessly collects and analyzes system is proposed.

  • Managing and preserving parliamentary archives are significant national tasks. However, in South Korea significance of these tasks have not been recognized. The first exclusive organization for parliamentary archives management was established in 2000, It took about 50 years after the first South Korean government was established in 1948. The first legislation which regulated parliamentary archives management was enacted in 2001. There were no significant improvement on the regulation for the last decade. In April 2011 it was newly revised according to the amendment of the Act on Public Records Management. In this context this study critically analyzes the regulation and discusses various issues concerning the parliamentary archives management system. It divides the history of parliamentary archives management into four periods. It also explores four contentious issues ranging from parliamentary archive designation to archivists assignment. As a result, the study presents four different aspects for developing parliamentary archives management Each aspect proposes three different phased problems respectively.   • The future industry, intangible assets, like expertise, customer satisfaction, and employee's volition and capability, create more company value than any other components. The company's outcome mostly depends on managing these intangible knowledge assets. Construction industry is trying to adapt knowledge management system to manage their knowledge assets, but Hey do not build up knowledge assets definition and knowledge assets classification as much as other industries do. Most researches related knowledge assets classification are not concentrated on construction industry so it is need to define knowledge assets and establish knowledge assets classification of construction based on construction characteristics and informations. With this research result, construction knowledge assets classification can be the basis of knowledge asscts evaluation and knowledge map for knowledge management system.

Comparison of Web Crawler Performance for Web Record Management (원격수집 방식의 웹기록물 관리를 위한 웹수집기 성능 비교 연구)

  • As of 2022, the number of Internet sites for public institutions registered on the 'Government 24' website (www.gov.kr) of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety is 17,000. The direct transfer takes a lot of human and material resources and time between the records-producing institution and the records-management institution that manages websites as records. In addition, it is practically difficult for records management institutions to migrate and operate various software and application technologies required to run each website. A method of automatically collecting websites from a remote location using web crawler software is used domestically and abroad to overcome these practical limitations. This study compared the performance of the web crawler required to collect and manage public Internet websites as records remotely. The most suitable web crawler was selected through a step-by-step review of several web crawlers from previous studies and other literature. Several public agency websites were applied to compare the actual performance of the crawlers in the evaluation process. The study provides empirical and specific performance comparison information for organizations that need to choose a web crawler.

  • As modern people's needs to be healthy and beautiful are increasing, medical skin care industry is growing both in quantity and quality. Therefore, this study investigated job demand and the moderating effect of job resource in employees who provided medical skin care services and the effects of job demand and job specialty on job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were medical estheticians in Gwangju City and Jeonnam Province and were interviewed with the use of a questionnaire. The data was analysed using SPSS 21.0 and a frequency analysis, a factor analysis, a reliability analysis, a correlation analysis were conducted and the results are presented as follows: The results are presented as follows: First, as for job demand, only cooperation had the moderating effect of job resource. Second, when the effect of job resources on medical skin care specialty was inspected, it was discovered that cooperation and equipment application had a positive effect on the specialty. Third, when the effect of job demand and specialty on job satisfaction was inspected, it was discovered that job tension had a negative effect on satisfaction and workload and specialty had a positive effect on satisfaction.

  • Since the interest in big data is growing exponentially, various types of research and development in the field of big data have been conducted in the construction industry. Among various application areas, cost estimating can be a topic where the use of big data provides positive benefits. In order for firms to make efficient use of big data for estimating tasks, they need to establish a strategy based on the multifaceted analysis of internal and external environments. The objective of the study is to develop and propose a strategy of the use of big data for construction management(CM) firms' cost estimating tasks based on the SWOT analysis. Through the combined efforts of literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews and the SWOT analysis, the study suggests that CM firms need to maintain the current level of the receptive culture for the use of big data and expand incrementally information resources. It also proposes that they need to reinforce the weak areas including big data experts and practice infrastructure for improving the big data-based cost estimating.

A Study of Estimation for Web Application Complexity (웹 어플리케이션의 복잡도 예측에 관한 연구)

  • As software developing paradigm has been changing to complicate Web environment, study of complexity becomes vigorous. Yet still it seems that general agreement has not to be reached to architecture or complexity measure of Web application. And so traditional complexity metrics - program size(LOC) and Cyclomatic Complexity can be derived from the source code after implementation. it is not helpful to the early phase of software development life cycle - analysis and design phase. In this study 6 Web projects has been used for deriving applications with possible errors suited by Complexity Indicator. Using 61 programs derived, linear correlation between complexity, number of classes and number of methods has been proposed. As Web application complexity could be estimated before implementation, effort and cost management will be processed more effectively.
