The wireless sensor network technology becomes one of core technologies to make it possible to implement various e-business applications. Energy efficiency is an important issue in wireless sensor networks. IEEE 802.15.4, a representative international standard for wireless sensor networks, provides the beacon enabled mode for energy-efficient communication. However, the beacons may conflict each other when the network is of multi-hop topology such as mesh or cluster-tree topology with beacon-enabled mode. The beacon conflict causes the failure of synchronization between sensor nodes, and affects other nodes in the network in that unsynchronized nodes cannot participate in communication. In this paper, we suggest an energy-efficient beacon scheduling for the wireless sensor networks. Nodes can save their energy duringperiod and prevent beacon conflict using beacon scheduling. We implement the scheduling using QualNet, and evaluate the performance under mesh topology networks. It turns out that the proposed scheduling may improve the energy efficiency in the networks.

This study developed a method for selection of available human resources for incomingjob allocation that considers factors affecting resource performance in the business process management (BPM) environment. For many years, resource selection has been treated as a very important issue in scheduling due to its direct influence on the speed and quality of task accomplishment. Even though traditional resource selection can work well in many situations, it might not be the best choice when dealing with human resources. Humanresource performance is easily affected by several factors such as workload, queue, working hours, inter-arrival time, and others. The resource-selection rule developed in the present study considers factors that affect human resource performance. We used a Bayesian Network (BN) to incorporate those factors into a single model, which we have called the Bayesian Selection Rule (BSR). Our simulation results show that the BSR can reduce waiting time, completion time and cycle time.

The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.

전력 규제완화, 지구환경문제 등의 사회환경 변화와 IT화를 비롯한 기술혁신으로 전력시스템을 둘러싼 환경이 크게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 동향을 두 개의 축으로 구분하여 분석해 보고자 한다. 하나의 축은 사회제도의 변화축이고 또 하나의 축은 전력의 공급측과 수용가측으로의 분류이다. 이 두 개의 축으로 나눌 수 있는 4개의 분야별로 새로운 비즈니스 동향과 그에 맞는 기술개발의 방향을 소개한다. 전력거래를 위한 시스템 개발, 수용가토털서비스의 인프라 만들기, ESCO 등의 에너지절약 비즈니스. 기설기기의 라이프사이클을 통한 코스트다운 등이 각 분야에 대응한 니즈라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 가운데 전력시스템을 구성하는 네트워크 중 노드에 해당하는 변전소의 역할에 대한 변혁이 요구되고 있으며, 사회적 니즈인 라이프사이클을 통한 코스트다운을 지향한 변전소의 설계를 실시하기로 하였다. 기기의 코스트는 주어진 기능수에 대하여 비선형 특성을 갖고 있다. 그 때문에 기능 삭감에 의한 코스트다운은 참뜻의 코스트저감으로 이어지는 것은 아니다. 필요한 기능만을 쌓아올리는 설계가 필요하다. 이제까지, 하드웨어만으로 구성되어 있던 변전소에 소프트웨어를 도입하여 시스템으로서의 인텔리전스를 부가하도록 요망되고 있다. 어디까지 소프트웨어를 늘릴 수 있는지 그 최적화도 검토하고 있다. 변전소의 인텔리전트화의 니즈를 살펴보았다.

IT 와 비즈니스가 융합화 되고 정보가 디지털화 됨에 따라 그에 대한 저장매체도 점점 더 다양해지고 있다. 그 중 이동성이 편리하고 휴대하기 간편한 스마트폰을 활용하여 개인 정보를 주고 받고 이를 이용한 비즈니스가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용이 급격히 증가함에 따라 개인 정보 보안에 대한 중요성은 점점 더 강조 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 디지털 포렌식 분석 방법을 이용하면 스마트폰에서 지원하는 서비스 형태에 따라 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상 등의 개인 정보를 수집 및 분석이 가능하다. 또한 디지털 포렌식의 관점에 따라 스마트폰 에서 사용되고 있는 애플리케이션의 로그 정보를 수집 및 분석함으로써 스마트폰의 저장 장치에 남겨진 기록들을 훼손 없이 그대로 보존시키고 디지털 증거 자료로 활용이 가능해 사이버 범죄에 대한 신속한 해결이 가능하다.

본 논문은 기업의 중요 정보를 내부에 저장하면서도 스토리지, 컴퓨팅 및 네트워크를 단일 시스템으로 통합한 HCI(Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) 기반의 On-premises 가상화 인프라를 기업에 도입했을 때의 효과를 검증한다. 150여 대의 물리 서버를 운영하는 기업에서 신규 시스템에 대해서 HCI 가상화 기반의 인프라를 도입하여 물리 서버 대비 약 35%의 구축비용을 절감하고, 기본 사용 연수인 5년간의 유지보수 비용은 약 59%의 절감효과를 예상할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 HCI 가상화 기술을 통해 정보기술이 기업 비즈니스 성패에 큰 영향을 주는 4차산업 혁명 시대에 기업의 총 IT 소유비용(TCO)을 절감할 수 있음은 물론, 빠른 비즈니스 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 인프라를 구성할 수 있음을 시사했다. 또한 가상화로 전환을 망설이는 기업에는 실질적인 효과를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

With the spread of social networks, platform-based social commerce has grown rapidly with the use of multiple smart devices. Given the rapid growth of social commerce sites such as Coupang and Ticket Monster, it is very important to understand the user's purchase decision-making process in a social commerce environment. The purpose of this study is to develop a richer understanding of the goals of users using social commerce. Second, a methodological alternative for analyzing the user's goals is introduced. In this study, laddering interview and means-end chain analysis were used. As a result of interview conducted on 40 users who have more than 6 months of purchasing experience using social commerce, a hierarchical goal map showing the user's goal structure was derived. This map contains 22 ultimate goals of social commerce, including warm relationships with others, fun and enjoyment of shopping, accomplishment, satisfaction, financial saving, and convenience. In addition, there are various paths from activities to ultimate goals, so investigating the goals pursued by users can give us insight into understanding user.

Present communication and network environment have been moving rapidly toward wireless and mobile base from existing wired internet base. This change of trend influences greatly on business methods accordingly. Therefore many enterprises are trying hard to adopt mobile business in order to gain competitive edge of their products and they are in need of more effective and stable mobile solutions. However, the method of establishing optimal mobile computing environment and how to handle existing business process and use vast amount of database are still needed. Therefore this paper tries to realize a mobile middleware system as a mobile business establishment supporting tool that could link various computational resource on wired internet with wireless LAN, mobile phone network, and mobile devices. To accomplish that specific goal, this paper provides a powerful tool of mobile and wireless application data access that could expand the line of business already set up in general enterprises easily and rapidly into mobile environment. When this suggested solution is applied in the field of industry, it can economically change legacy business process into mobile environment without having to change existing logic and resources at all.

In the network economy, the informatization of Small and Medium enterprises(SME) plays an important role in determining productivity while being competitive in the businesses. Informatization of SME has become important along with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the IT Business Value Model, this study analyzes the key factors of information service of SME with the structure model. In addition, multi-level model was conducted by dividing the layers according to the size of the SME. The analysis confirmed that complementary organizational resources are a key factor in determining the informatization of SME. In addition, the effect of informatization of SME on the scale of SME varies depending on the type of entry into the industrial complex.

This study explores that how the logic of network power in the existing digital content distribution structure works against local media. The limitless citation of local media content, in particular, is becoming more common in order to profit from network traffic while not giving appropriate remuneration for local media content. This study tried to demonstrate how network media dominance alienates local media material by using YouTube network analysis of TV Maile Shinmun. According to the research result, it was found that major news media tends to take profits from the local media interview by not properly indicating the source video, or reporting the core content of the local media interview, making it unnecessary to look for the original video source. Despite the viewpoint that the digital environment presents opportunities for local media, the current network logic would not benefit local media, which calls for the need that the digital content distribution strategy of local media develops a new order such as NFT, one of blockchain-based monetary system.h the help of information technology.
