Third, Small Inquiry Method, Call it accomplishes the call grade of the students among ourselves 4~8 people degree where only the quest learning capability is similar within class. Also interaction and coordinated function of the members between it leads and the subject which is given in the group it cooperates and it solves with it is a quest method which arrives to aim of commonness. This method divides on a large scale in three parts, it becomes accomplished in programming phase, quest accomplishment and resultant announcement. Fourth, Science Notebooks learns a scientific contents and a scientific quest function and the possibility of decreasing in order to be, from the fact that the help which it understands. This planing, data searching, it searches, becomes accomplished with resultant arrangement, announcement and evaluation. Fifth, The Project Learning Method the studying person oneself studying contents, it establishes a plan and it collects it accomplishes process of etc. it evaluates it leads and a subject and information and with real life it is a method which it studies naturally from the learning environment inside which is similar. • The development of IT has led to increase the business's dependence on IT and the interests of enterprises on IT governance. Also, more enterprises have adopted managed services to save operating costs in IT departments and to maximize their business efficiency. However, until recently, there are very few academic as well as practical researches regarding managed services, IT service effectiveness, IT governance and their interrelations. This study analyzes the effects of managed services on IT governance based on the IT-BSC (Balanced Scorecard) model. Using the expert FGI (Focus Group Interview) and survey, the research results present that managed services have the most significant effect on the user-oriented and the operational efficiency in enterprises. Also, managed services through the business process standardization can improve the IT governance more effectively. This study will be a relevant guideline for enterprises that will adopt managed services.

  • The current study initiated from an action-plan level perspective of revitalizing Green IT (Information Technology) in Korea by building a standardized national Green IT brand. In order to setting up a national level brand, there should be a big quantitative survey for identifying Green IT brand concepts. For this, the current study provides exploratory research results based on preliminary interviews and literature survey before the quantitative survey. The present article suggests a research framework and describes important factors for setting up a national level Green IT brand. In-depth interviews with panels were executed and existing Green IT brands in other countries are summarized and asked for evaluation to a small number of panels. The research results show that (1) National level Green IT brand should include wider concepts of IT, (2) Green IT brand will be more appealed by the public when it is simple, straightforward, and intuitive, (3) Earth, Tree, and/or Water show higher correlation with Green IT concepts. Green IT brand will offer marketing promotion effects to companies who adopt national level Green IT brand as well as increase public use of Green IT in daily life. For this reason, Green IT brand will be a win-win strategy and this should be cared and executed by the related government agencies with long term perspective.

  • In a dynamic IT environment, employees often utilize external IT resources to work more efficiently and flexibly. However, the use of external IT resources beyond its control may cause difficulties in the company. This is known as "Shadow IT." In spite of efficiency gains or cost savings, Shadow IT presents problems for companies such as the outflow of enterprise data. To address these problems, appropriate measures are required to maintain a balance between flexibility and control. Therefore, in this study, we developed a new information security management system called AIIMS (Advanced IT service & Information security Management System) and the Shadow IT Evaluation Model. The proposed model reflects a Shadow IT's attributes such as innovativeness, effectiveness, and ripple effect. AIIMS consists of five fields: current analysis; Shadow IT management plans; management process; education and training; and internal audit. There are additional management items and sub-items within these five fields. Using AIIMS, we expect to not only mitigate the potential risks of Shadow IT but also create successful business outcomes. Now is the time to draw to the Light in the Shadow IT.

  • IT governance is an integral part of enterprise governance and consists of the leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure organization's IT decision making for achieving organizational goal. Most firms have failed to resolve the balance in building IT governance. The challenge is to align IT strategy with business strategy in establishing and implementing effective IT governance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, and the moderating effect of strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy on IS effectiveness. IT governance implementation factors consist of IT vendor management, IT human resource management, and IT infrastructure. Strategic alignment was measured as the alignment between business strategic orientation and IS strategic orientation that used in the research of Chan et al.(1997). In the relationship between three IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, the results of multiple regression analyses showed that IT human resource management is an important determinant to influence IS effectiveness. The additional analysis using multiple regression showed that strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy has moderated the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness.

  • The strategic usages of IT(Information Technology) can convey important competitive advantages with an operational productivity. For this reason, many firms have heavily invested in IT and computing power. However, many companies were getting expected results by IT investment, but some companies had to be satisfied with a poor results. The question of whether or not benefit lead to expected performance is not easy to answer. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among IT strategy, IT investment, and IT performance to resolve this problem. The 147 questionnaire responses completed by IS managers in manufacturing sector was conducted for a test of research hypothesis. ANOVA was used to investigate the relationship among three constructs and six factors. An operational performince of fitted group between IT strategy and IT investment was higher than not fitted group(H1). And also an competitive performance of fitted group between IT strategy and IT investment was higher than not fitted group(H2). The study shows a positive relationship between IT strategic orientation, IT investment direction, and performance of IT. The research results provide empirical evidence that supports the research hypothesis that closer fit between IT strategies and IT investment directions does lead to increase operational and competitive performance of IT.
