최근에 우리 사회에서 관심을 끌고 있는 키워드는 친환경 혹은 그린이라는 단어일 것이다. 오늘날 우리사회는 산업화에 따른 무분별한 자원의 개발등으로 환경오염에 대한 우려가 가속화되고 있는 상황이다. 그린 IT는 환경을 비롯한 에너지 관련 문제들을 해결하고 기업의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방법으로 미래 산업 발전에 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그린 IT와 관련된 내용을 연구하였다. 그린 IT는 변천과정을 통해 IT에 대한 그린화를 시작으로 현재는 IT를 이용한 타 산업에서의 그린화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그린 IT에 대한 변천과정 및 각 과정에서의 특성, 대표적 사례들에 대해 기술하였다. 마지막으로 그린 IT에 대한 대표적 융합사례인 스마트워크(smart work)에 대해 조사, 분석하였다.

IT는 한국의 경제성장에 큰 기여를 해왔으며 사회전반의 패러다임 혁신을 통해 생산성, 효율성, 편의성, 소통성을 증진시키고 삶의 양식에 전면적 변화를 가져왔다. 국민경제와 사회문화에서 지대한 의미를 지나는 IT는 다른 기술 또는 산업과의 융합이라는 새로운 변화와 혁신의 중심에 위치하고 있다. IT융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업을 창출하는 것으로 우리나라를 비롯하며 주요국에서는 자원과 역량을 선택적으로 집중하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 IT 융합과 관련된 주요국의 산업 전략 및 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 전문가 설문조사결과를 바탕으로 한국의 IT 융합역량의 수준을 평가하고 결론적으로 IT융합신산업육성 및 선도방안에 관한 전략적 제언을 하고자 한다.

With the development of information technology, IT-based services in public administration has become more indispensable. As a result, the importance of IT maintenance projects to improve the efficiency of IT services and secure service levels is growing. Due to the nature of IT maintenance projects on local government, which mainly involve small and medium-sized IT companies in the region, business participating companies often do not have an appropriate methodology for service quality management. To solve this situation, the government has prepared a service level agreements (SLAs) that can be applied to IT maintenance projects. However, most local governments do not use SLAs for IT maintenance projects. As a result, various problems such as failure of the IT maintenance project or deterioration of quality are occurring Thus, this paper suggested major indexes to evaluate which service factors affect the efficient operation of information systems and the improvement of service quality in IT maintenance projects of local governments and analyzed the importance of indexes based on AHP method. Using this research method, this study found the theoretical implications on the outsourcing service of IT maintenance.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a model of firm's IT capability based on IT resources such as IT infrastructure, IT personnel, and IT routine. To do this, the study defined IT capability as a third-order factor model and identified three conceptual dimensions of IT capability: IT infrastructure flexibility, IT personnel expertise, IT resource management capability, IT resource management capability indicates a capacity generated by IT routines, a new IT resource type identified in this study. The validity of the proposed model is evaluated with 243 firm level data using LISREL. The results of confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) demonstrated that the model is highly reliable and valid. Additionally, it was found that IT routines have a high potential as a new IT resource category.

최근 글로벌 IT시장에서 꾸준한 성장을 하고 있는 대만 IT산업에 대한 연구는 성장세에 비해서 학계에서의 관심이 많이 부족하고 필요한 상황이다. 특히 최근에 들어 중국 IT산업의 성장 배후에는 대만의 IT기업들이 있다는 점에서 대만 IT산업에 대한 이해는 피할 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 지난 30여 년간 급성장해 온 대만 IT산업이 정부, 산업, 기업 차원에서 다각도로 협력하여 성장하게 된 배경을 분석하고 여기에 따르는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 대기업들의 IT 인프라 통합 사례를 분석하여 IT 통합의 결정 요인과 과정, 효과, 통합의 성공 요소, 그리고 IT 서비스 기업들의 비전 변화를 살펴보았다. 국내 대기업들의 IT 통합 결정 요인으로는 경제적, 기술적, 조직적, 환경적, 전략적 요인들이 파악되었고, 대기업들의 IT 통합 정도는 조직 통합, 물리적 통합, 논리적 통합을 지나 가상화를 준비하는 단계로 이행되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, IT 통합을 성공시키기 위해서는 통합에 대한 명확한 비전 제시와 최고 경영진의 강력한 리더십 이 필수적임을 알 수 있었다 국내 대기업들의 IT 인프라 통합으로 설립된 IT 서비스 기업들은 설립 초기 "안정적 IT서비스 제공"이라는 단기적 목표로부터 "새로운 이익 창출"이라는 장기적 목표로 비전을 전환하고, IT 서비스 시장 선점을 위해 노력하고 있었다. 이러한 국내 대기업들의 IT 통합 사례 분석 결과는 IT 통합 요인과 과정의 이론적 모형화에 실증적 기초를 제공하고, 향후 IT 통합을 추진하려고 하는 기업들과 정부 기관들에게 유용한 벤치마킹 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

정보통신부가 주최하고 정보통신연구진흥원, IT-SoC협회, 한국전자통신연구원이 주관하는 ‘IT-SoC Fair 2006’이 지난 11월 1일~2일 양일간 COEX 인도양홀에서 개최되었다. 이 행사는 Fabless 반도체업체들이 중심이 되는 SoC(System on Chip)/IP(Silicon Intellectual Property)전문 전시회로 IT 핵심부품산업을 진흥하고자 하는 취지로 매년 개최되는 행사이다.

IT 아웃소싱은 서로 다른 두 기업의 자원들이 계약이라는 관계를 통해 결합되는 특수한 상황이다. 자원기반 관점(Resource-Based View)에서는 IT 아웃소싱 제공 기업의 자원, 고객 기업의 IT 자원, 그리고 제공 기업과 고객 기업간의 관계 자원이 동시에 IT 아웃소싱 성공에 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 한다. 그러나 선행 연구들 중 이 세 IT 자원들의 영향력을 동시에 비교 분석한 연구가 드물다. 또한 IT 자원은 유형적 IT 자산과 무형적 IT 역량으로 구분되는데, IT 역량만이 IT 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 Bharadwaj(2000) 등의 주장을 IT 아웃소싱 배경에서 실증 분석한 연구도 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 1) 세 IT 자원이 IT 아웃소싱 성공에 미치는 영향을 동시에 비교검증하고, 2) 특히 고객 기업의 IT 자원을 IT 자산과 IT 역량으로 구분하여 IT 아웃소싱 성공에 대한 영향력을 검증하였다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 최근 3년간 국내 순위 100위권 내에 속한 기업 138개 중 45개 기업의 62개 IT 아웃소싱 프로젝트를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 수집한 자료를 PLS를 사용한 경로분석으로 분석하였다. 경로분석결과, IT 아웃소싱 제공 기업의 자원은 높은 신뢰관계가 있을 때만 IT 아웃소싱 성공에 영향을 미치고, 고객 기업이 높은 IT 역량을 확보할 때만 IT 아웃소싱이 성공할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 IT 아웃소싱 상황에서도 자원기반 관점을 다시 한번 확증하였다는 점에 그 의의를 둘 수 있다. 즉 Bharadwaj(2000)의 연구결과와 마찬가지로 기업의 IT 자산이 아닌 IT 역량이 IT 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 IT 아웃소싱 상황에서 실증적으로 보여주었고, 관계 자원의 중요성도 본 연구의 결과를 통해 제시하였다.

Corporate managers look at IT outsourcing as long-term strategic choices not as short-term tactical ones, and maximizing the effect that IT outsourcing brings about is the main concern to them. Emerging different types of IT outsourcing and their effects on the corporate business decisions necessitate the research on this subject. According to previous researches, the Intent for IT outsourcing is categorized as IS Improvement, Business Impact, and Commercial Exploitation. The decison factors for these IT outsourcing include corporate strategy types, IT role, and interaction between these two. Firm size and IT maturity are selected as moderating factors to add the credibility to the research of the effect of IT outsourcing decision making. Analyzing IT outsourcing data collected from 61 large-size and mid-size domestic firms revealed that corporate strategy rather than IT role is more significant factor affecting the intent for IT outsourcing decision. That means the decision of outsourcing intent is affected by corporate strategy types. Defenders(as in corporate strategy types) tend to use IT outsourcing more as a means to improve information systems, compared to analyzers and reactors. Prospectors tend to use IT outsourcing more as a commercial exploitation, compared to analyzers and reactors. These outcomes prove that corporate strategy characteristics reflect outsourcing intent. There were previous researches that showed outsourcing decision depends on IT role however the hypothesis was rejected that IT role determines outsourcing intent. It was also rejected that the interaction between corporate strategy types and IT role determines outsourcing intent. Corporate decision makers should first analyze corporate strategy, and reflect it on the outsourcing intent when they make IT outsourcing decisions. Only the precise defining of IT outsourcing intent will lower the risk and increase the possibility of success.

본 연구는 정보 통신과 스마트 기기의 발달로 그 어떤 분야보다 빠르게 성장하고 있는 IT 환경 속에서 전문대학 IT 디자인 관련 학과의 교육과정을 실태 중심으로 조사하여 교육의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고, 조사된 IT 분야 산업수요에 대비하여 전문대학교 IT 디자인 교육과정의 개선방안을 제시함을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 IT 산업 트렌드를 분석하고, IT 산업 직무 조사를 통해 산업현장에서 IT 디자이너의 업무가 기술 변화에 따라 어떻게 변화하고 있는지를 확인해 보았다. 그 결과 웹 디자인을 하던 IT 디자이너의 업무가 모바일 디자인으로 확장되었고, 학교 교육 또한 이러한 시대적 변화에 따라 모바일 교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 여기서 웹 디자인과 모바일 디자인은 근본적으로 전혀 다른 디자인이 아닌 기존의 교육과정에 모바일에 대한 환경 및 조건을 이해하고 교육받는다면 충분히 가능한 범위라는 것을 업무 분석을 통해 알 수 있었다.
