최근 IT(Information Technology)산업의 가장 핵심적 키워드는 산업 내 혹은 산업간의 융합화 즉 컨버전스(Convergence)라 할 수 있다. 즉, IT를 매개로 서로 다른 분야의 기술들이 상호 융합되어 새로운 서비스 또는 기술을 제공하는 융합화 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 융합의 핵심에는 유비쿼터스라는 패러다임이 있으며, 유비쿼터스 패러다임은 도시에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하였다. u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합하여 도시생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시관리에 의한 안전보장과 시민복지 향상, 신산업 창출 등 도시의 제반기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시로 정의된다. 성공적인 u-City 건설을 위해선 기존의 지자체GIS 개념을 확대하여 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념이 필요하며, 지능형 도시공간정보를 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 서비스 표준체계가 필요하다. 즉, u-City의 실질적 구현 및 운영을 위해서는 정보(컨텐츠)가 필요하며. 이를 위해선 도시공간정보의 상호운용성의 확보가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념과 지능형 도시공간정보 서비스 표준체계를 제시하도록 한다.

정보보호 기술은 IT 서비스 및 신성장 동력 산업의 인프라에 해당하는 기술이다. 정보보호 기술을 이용해야 각종 디바이스를 이용한 IT 서비스를 안전하고 편안하게 제공할수 있어서 궁극적으로 안정되고 지속적인 IT 산업 발전을 도모할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 정보보호 보호 핵심 기술분야의 국내외 기술개발 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보며, 이를 통하여 향후 국내 표준화 추진 전략을 제시하는데 있다.

거버넌스가 1990년대 이후 나타난 새로운 국정운영의 방식이라면, 디지털 행정은 21세기 지식기반행정의 핵심 수단이고 오늘날 정부개혁의 지향점이다. IT의 발달은 네트워크, DB등에 의해 정보수집, 이용, 관리, 배분 비용을 최소화하고 행정기관은 동일 정보를 각 기관마다 다시 반복 입력하는 불필요한 시간, 인력, 장비 이용을 줄임으로써, 또 고객은 그 대가로 대기시간, 행정의 생산성, 서비스의 질, 만족을 얻을 수 있어 공유에 따른 문제를 일시에 해결한다. 본 연구는 거버넌스 관점을 중심으로 행정정보공유의 의미와 행정서비스 제고방안을 분석한다.

성숙된 IT는 BT, NT 등 타 기술과의 융합을 통해 생산성을 극대화하고 미래 신산업 창출의 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 융합 기술 측면에서 미래 IT의 역할을 조명할 필요가 있으며 이를 기반으로 미래의 IT 기술 및 서비스를 발굴.육성하기 위한 정책개발이 시급하다. 그러나 이와 같은 전략을 보다 구체적이고 실천적으로 만들기 위해서는 기술-서비스-기기의 연계구도를 파악하여 IT 기반 융합 기술이 기술.경제적으로 발전해가는 방향을 분석할 필요성이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 요구사항에 대응하기 위해 국내외의 미래 연구에 대한 문헌을 통해 미래 융합 서비스 및 기기를 도출하고, 기술-서비스-기기 간의 연계구도를 분석함으로써 IT 기반 유망산업 도출을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

According to the existing studies, the yearly IT budget on Korean financial industry has the same pattern with the GDP Change trend. We analyzed the correlation between GDP and the IT budget of financial industry for the 20 years since 1993. According to the results, as time went by the IT budget of bank, life insurance and securities has been consistently maintained a downward trend. On the other hand, it was confirmed to be maintained a upward trend of the non-life insurance's IT budget. As a result, we analyzed the impacts of IT regurations in the financial industry, then proposed the policy directions of the financial IT services industry.

'오늘보다 더 나은 내일' 새해를 맞는 모든 이들의 바람이다. IT업계의 바람도 이와 크게 다르지 않다. 다행스러운 것은 올해가 작년보다 조금 나을 것 같다는 예측들이 많다는 것이다. '정보화사회'가 신년을 맞아 산업 부문별로 경기를 전망한 결과, 유선전화 시장을 제외하고는 대부분의 산업이 역동적으로 움직일 것으로 예상됐다. 모바일 서비스 시장은 3G중심으로 급속히 재편될 것으로 예상됐으며, 휴대폰 시장은 전년 대비 13% 성장할 것으로 전망됐다. IT서비스관리 시장도 작년 대비 50% 이상 급성장 할 것으로 전망됐으며, SI 시장도 비교적 호재가 많을 것으로 예상됐다. 유선, 초고속 인터넷, 모바일, SI, 네트워크, 보안, HW, SW 등 11개 산업분야의 2007년 시장전망을 분석 정리했다.

It is the recent trend that the valuation criteria on product quality depends on the customer satisfaction instead of conformance to specifications. It also applies to the service quality. This study deals with an empirical study on the relationship between service quality and value and customer behaviour in the medical service industry. This study also investigates the effect of service-related quality on the service quality/value and customer behaviour. A statistical research reveals that 1)the service quality and value each has a positive relationship with customer behaviour, 2)the service-related quality strongly influence the service quality/value and customer behaviour.

This study aims to propose for the K-beauty industry by analyzing the consumption situation. The data used the household trend survey and GDP from 06' to 16' provided by the National Statistical Office. The analysis results of the influencing factors of expenditure on the K-beauty service industry per household resulted in the increase of expenditure on hair and beauty services and their goods when ordinary income decreased, it was possible to understand the similarities between the change of Engel's coefficient. It was difference in the proportion of consumption of beauty services account by income quintiles.The increase of the GNI had an effect on that of the consumption of K-beauty. The above results show that beauty service industry is relevant to the items of households' income and expenditure. Plans are needed to take into account national economic trends and consumption patterns.

이제 기업에서는 정보화 없이는 하루도 운영이 안 될 정도로 정보화의 역할과 중요도가 커지고, IT를 사용하는 이용자는 확대되고 있다. 그러나 실제 IT 서비스를 이용하는 수혜자 입장에서의 만족도는 높지 않은 것으로 나와 있다. IT 서비스산업의 시스템 운영부문에서 고객만족도를 위한 서비스 품질변수 결정에 대한 연구를 통해 고객만족도를 높일 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다
