With the increasing use of mobile phones, mobile game is emerging as an entertainment for move. Furthermore, smart phone is widely spread, so mobile game market is rapidly growing. According to "Republic of Korea 2010 Games White Paper" mobile game market is growing annual average 10% or more, and is expected to reach $ 9.8 billion in 2011. It is almost doubled compared to 2007. It became possible to realize complicated high-capacity game with mobile phone developed to smart phone. And at the same time, mobile game is associated with Social Network Services (SNS) and is worldwide growing as a part of 'mobile life'. Apple launched an application open market, App Store, in 2008, and mobile game industry welcomed an innovative turning point. Global smart phone application market (App Store) is opened, so Gameday is able to launch mobile games easily to the global market getting out of the domestic market. In addition, Apple App Store has the structure of sharing their revenue with the developer with 7 to 3 which is more favorable terms for the developer compared to supply mobile contents to the mobile carrier who monopolized the market in the past. The largest proportion of the current App Store application is game, and Gameday has the opportunity to make a significant leap forward by keeping pace with the new environment changes.

This study is to determine the key factors of internal situational characteristics, affecting the motivation and performance for overseas expansion of Korean venture business in global markets and to investigate the moderating effect of them on the relationship between entrepreneurship and overseas expansion. To meet the research purpose, by reviewing previous researches, we categorized internal factors into four situational factors of firm size with sales growth, firm age with main product's life cycle, overseas experience and organizational structure and into three entrepreneurship sub-categories of innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk-taking. As result of the statistical analysis of 289 small and medium-sized enterprises with Korean Venture Certificate, it is verified that the motivation for globalization has been influenced by firm size, entrepreneurship, and overseas experience. On the other hand, all factors excepting firm size have positive effects on globalization performance overseas. And, it also verified that there are positive moderating effects of internal situational factors on the relationship of entrepreneurship and the performance of globalization, wheres overseas experience only plays positive moderating effects on the relationship between entrepreneurship and the motivation of globalization. On the basis of these results, we discussed and suggested practical and political issues and implications in order to vitalize globalization of Korean SMEs in the conclusion.
The objective of this study was to develop a user-friendly computer model for economic analysis on the commercial egg production that could help the egg farmer make managerial diagnosis and rational decision in the changing environment. To raise the adequacy of the model, the program was run for every sample and adjusted to fit the data. The model, programmed with Microsoft QuickBASIC, was a user-friendly computer program in supporting the Korean language. The basic analytical tool used in the study was an engineering-type computerized simulation model which incorporates a cost-benefit analysis of a full-time egg farmer. The computer model developed in this study may be the powerful analytical tool used to evaluate both a managerial decision whether to alter the production system and its impact on production, costs, revenue, and profits. Ultimately, the program is expected to enable the egg farmer to make managerial planning and diagnosis. The program can also calculate the values of economic variables at user-chosen incremental values of market eggs and feed prices. It provides the information on the profit and cost. This may lead the egg farmer, by allowing to establish the best managerial strategy, to increase the profit aor to lessen the cost. The results of this study could be utilized in the evaluation and improvement of the management. It also may be utilized for the researchers and guiding farmers in collecting and analyzing the data on the laying hen. In particular, such a program would be potentially useful to researchers who wish to quickly estimate profits associated with various laying hen treatments. The program could also benefit the egg farmer interested in making managerial decisions based on either current or predicted market conditions. The model would make the egg farmer respond actively to the information-oriented society by promoting to use personal computer.
Purpose - The movie market has the characteristics of being a perfectly competitive market as well as a pure monopolistic market at the same time. This is because there are competitors in the industry but prices, although not fixed, have not changed a lot. Price competition may not have spread, but the competition is focused on artistic value, and the degree of box office success is most important. The artistic value is determined in the course of the production process. However, the degree of box office success is dependent upon the marketing manager. The marketing strategy represents the difference in the standard or quality of the movie. Inherently, the marketing manager adopts the entertainment strategy based on the quality of the foundation of the completed movie. At this time, the marketing manager knows the pertinent information (high quality/low quality) regarding the movie. This research study tries to reveal what should be the reasonable movie marketing expense, dependent on the quality of the movie. Research design, data, and methodology - Using a game scenario with different market players, the goal of the research analysis is to find out the following. First, the marketing expense is determined to maximize the profits after film production. Second, after the production costs are already committed, the manufacturer gets to choose the marketing level. At this time, there will be a profit maximization point, considering the competition. The premise of the research is as follows: if it is a good movie of quality, positive word of mouth increasing the audience continuously slows down the speed of the demand curve. If the movie quality is bad, the negative word of mouth decreasing the audience gradually hastens the speed of the demand curve. On the marketing side, when the manufacturer invests heavily in the marketing expense of the movie, consumer expectations increase to drive up the audience numbers. On the other hand, it is difficult to improve the profits excessively. When the manufacturer invests in marketing a little bit, the marketing expense is only relatively committed, therefore a lot of demand cannot be gained. Results - If a fixed market share is in a competitive situation, a low quality manufacturer expends relatively more marketing expense. If the situation assumes two manufacturers spend the same for the cost of production, the high quality manufacturer takes more profit. If the manufacturer expends less marketing budget to save costs, the optimum profit cannot be achieved since the other party (opponent) grabs the initial market share. Conclusions - In conclusion, investment is essential for market share to increase. We must refrain from a zero-sum game and have models where the game participants pursue the creative profits together. In the current film industry, there is the dominating logic of winner and loser but we have to create a film industry environment where the participants can be altogether satisfied and live together.

Recently, with the conversion towards knowledge-based economy era, the importance of the evaluation for patent valuation has been growing rapidly because technology transactions are increasing with the purpose of practically utilizing R&D outcomes such as technology commercialization and technology transfer. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research on determinants of patent valuation by analyzing technology transactions due to the difficulty of collecting data in practice. Hence, to suggest quantitative determinants for the patent valuation which could be applied to scoring methods, 15 patent valuation models domestically and overseas are analysed in order to assure the objectiveness for subjective results from qualitative methods such as expert surveys, comparison assessment, etc. Through this analysis, the important 6 common determinants are drawn and patent information is matched which can be used as proxy variables of individual determinant factors by advanced researches. In addition, to validate whether the model proposed has a statistically meaningful effect, total 517 technology transactions are collected from both public and private technology transaction offices and analysed by multiple regression analysis, which led to significant patent determinant factors in deciding its value. As a result, it is herein presented that patent connectivity(number of literature cited) and commercialization stage in market influence significantly on patent valuation. The meaning of this study is in that it suggests the significant quantitative determinants of patent valuation based on the technology transactions data in practice, and if research results by industry are systematically verified through seamless collection of transaction data and their monitoring, we would propose the customized patent valuation model by industry which is applicable for both strategic planning of patent registration and achievement assessment of research projects (with representative patents).

The Financial Cost in construction industry today is tend to increasing the burden of business management on account of lowered profit due to the mege-competition and decreasing investment of construction, multi-interfacing. system in it's attribute and various unreasonable governeing enactments. It is becoming the most important aspects for the management of construction business on how to preserve the profit from the various risks. The ultimate aims of this study is to pursue the contractual equity between the parties by establishing the fundamentals of framework for the compensation of Financial Charges through the review of the precedent studies and analysis of inquiries. As a result of the study, improvable measures for any practical inequality and/or institutional defects of current public contract system in recovering the Financial Cost incurred to Contractor are delivered as below; (1) $\lceil$Working Rules for Construction Industry Accounting Standards$\rfloor$ shall be amended and supplemented so as the incurred interest to be recognized as an operative cost by live return over the collection period. (2) The long-term phase contract system of which is enforcing contractor to bear the certain losses shall be diminished and/or abolished gradually. (3) The unreasonable legislations on compensation for financial cost in contract conditions shall be improved in response to practical circumstances. (4) The use of Critical-Path Method for Time Management shall be activated together with EVMS. (5) Independent application of Contract Enactments for construction industry shall be adopted.
The relationship quality and recovery of service failures perceived by consumers play an essential role in affecting the service provider's image and sales in terms of the highly involved service industry. In particular, implementation of successful relationship marketing strategies and effective recovery of service failures provide greater satisfaction for customers expecting customized services and reinforce the relationships between the companies and consumers. Based on these previous studies, this research conducted to find out the causal relationship between the variables influencing service recovery expectations and word of mouth(WOM) by approaching the severity of service failures from the perspective of relationship marketing and attribution theory. For the empirical analysis of this research, we conducted a questionnaire surveys of 360 service users of beauty salons, who have experienced in high-involvement services, and utilized 333 questionnaires for the final analysis. The hypothesis was experimented using the Structural Equation Model(SEM), and the results are as follows. First, we identified that the higher the customer perceived the severity of the service failure, the lower the quality of the relationship. Second, we verified that service users observed service failure as a temporary and uncontrollable factor as they distinguished service quality as higher. Third, the hypothesis that customers recognize service failures as a temporary one has a positive impact on service recovery expectation level is determined through empirical analysis. Forth, it was figured out that the higher the perceived quality of the relationship with the service provider, the higher the service recovery level expected by the consumers. At the same time, the hypothesis that optimism for service recovery expectation affects positive word of mouth has been verified. The results of this study help develop the customer-oriented business model of the service companies. Furthermore, the academic significance in that it suggested a new direction for the research of high-involvement service marketing.
Recently not only industry but also academy have shown an intense interest in social networking service. However, reckless imitation will not guarantee the successful eco-system of social networking service without rich understanding of growth driver and business model. Hence, this study aims at analyzing open platform strategy and business model conducted by a representative social networking service provider in order to provide platform operator, network operator, and portal provider with meaningful implications. Advertisers may pay great attention to social networking service because it has strong ability to provide users with spontaneous motivation to manage and update their profile, and these valuable information can be utilized for providing personalized advertisement on social networking service. As a result, one side of consumers in two side market, advertisers, tend to pay more expenditure to place advertisements. In addition, the open platform adopted by social networking service providers causes pro-sumers to participate in the eco-system, and thereby the explosive quantitative growth is realized. The fact of that this open social networking service can invade other web service area via an unified platform indicates that it may expand its service scope into a wide variety of web service areas. Hence, domestic portal services providers and network providers should consider social networking service not as one of new web services but as an disruptive service platform. Corresponding to the emergence of social networking service, especially if their business area is related to display advertising market, they should seek a way to provide social networking service access users's newly updated information and develop innovative media technologies to enter context awareness ads market.
This study aims to understand the using characteristics of TV animation and web-based animation of children and investigate the effects of change in viewing process on the purchase of character goods. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for parents who have children as animation viewers. The results show that there was no difference by age or gender in using both TV and web animation. When parents get animation information on TV, they had their children watch animation through the same TV channel, but the web has no significant relationship between information acquisition path and main service they use. In addition, it is found that parent' perception of TV animation superiority is influenced by respondents' income and children's watching time of animation has no effect on it. Finally, monthly income of households, payment amount of web animation, watching time of TV animation, and perception of quality of TV animation have a significant effect on parents' active purchase of character goods. On the other hand, the purchase intention of the recommended goods is influenced by children's age, the parent's perception about the web animation quality, and the payments of the web animation.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the efficiency of on-off-line integrated operations of listed retailers, propose ways to identify and improve the problems of inefficient enterprises, and accelerate the integration of on-off-line. The 28 listed retail companies selected total capital, management expenses, number of employees and wage rates as input factors as of 2018 and total operating income and operating profit were selected as output indicators to analyze efficiency using DEA. The results show that the integrated enterprise has a higher overall level of operational efficiency, but it is still in a state of stagnation. The pure technical efficiency of the integrated enterprise is generally higher, and the scale efficiency is the main reason that the overall efficiency of the enterprise is not improved. This study can help retail companies adjust their development strategies of online and offline integration according to their own degree of online and offline integration. This study has limitations in explaining the change in efficiency of retailers by conducting a cross-sectional analysis using data limited to 2018. It is necessary to utilize data over the next several years to conduct a longitudinal analysis.
