The purpose of this study was to present a new direction for sports talent cultivation, determine the sports talent cultivation status in various types of sports and relevant areas, and present specific plans for activating practical sports talent cultivation in the elderly population in an effort to cope with the rapid changes of times. For this purpose, literature review was performed to analyze the elderly sports and sports talent cultivation status, analyze the problems with elderly sports and sports talent cultivation and development tasks, and present the following comprehensive plan for cultivating elderly sports talent cultivation in pursuit of elderly sports promotion: First, it is necessary to become more competitive in education by developing various programs for convergent and combined elderly sports talent cultivation as well as by changing into a convergent and combined way of thinking in the organizational culture environment of sports. Second, it is necessary to build more career education infrastructures for elderly sports talent cultivation in the elderly sports and relevant departments. Career education may become an issue in every area, which means building comprehensive DBs for undergraduates and graduates. Third, it is necessary to give greater support to research and development in the entire area of elderly sports. This means implementing relevant projects efficiently through governance with the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in charge of elderly sports policies, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and professionals in the private sectors. Fourth, it is necessary to make comprehensive, systematic, and mid- and long-term strategies for cultivating sports talent at the governmental level. This means sports talent cultivation and search, career and employment, reeducation (competence reinforcement training), and job and employment stability in the areas of education, health, and welfare as well as sports. Fifth, it is necessary to operate a tentatively-called elderly health agency under the influence of the Office of the Prime Minister. This requires expansion and qualitative improvement of education on the basis of greater efficiency in preventing any overlapped task from wasting the budget through inter-department cooperation and positive partnership.
Organizational change is an important organizational phenomenon that can determine the survival and failure of an organization. Organizational effort to respond actively to the pressures surrounding an organization is regarded as a core decision-making area of the organization. Indeed, a variety of efforts have been made to achieve organizational change, with separate academic disciplines such as organizational development and organizational change being established and presented in various organizational change phase models. However, despite these efforts to lead organizational change, success rate of it is only 20% to 25% and most of it fails. One of the key issues pointed out in the various studies that have identified the causes of organizational change failures is the degree of readiness for organizational change. In this regard, readiness for organizational change is regarded to be essential to ensure achievement of organizational change. Prior to increase readiness for organizational change, precise measure the organizational readiness of the current organization is required. By measuring it, organization can identify the areas that need to be supplemented and fulfilled to introduce and implement organizational change. The goal of this research is to review the developed scales for measuring organizational change readiness and to grasp the overall characteristics of them, by dividing into technical characteristics and psychometric properties. To review the scales, a systematic literature review on the studies was conducted.Review indicated that the existing scales were limited to the specific dimension in the conceptual realm of organizational change readiness. In addition, psychometric properties also showed low reliability and validity. Therefore, when measuring the organizational readiness level for domestic organizations, it is necessary to use a scale with a relatively high psychometric basis while pre-specifying the measurement domain (psychological dimension/structure dimension) in advance. In addition, it is required to develop a scale of organizational change readiness in the context of domestic organization with high reliability and validity basis, while taking into consideration the comprehensive concept of organizational change readiness which is being discussed recently.

As the development of service marketing, research on service failure has gained more and more attention. This research aims to explore factors influencing the service failure severity perception, focus on consumers' internal propensity, ZOT(zone of tolerance) about service and comparison with other consumers in service failure situation. According to study results, it revealed that past experience satisfaction has negative effect on the zone of tolerance about service failure. Company image also has negative effect on the ZOT about service failure. While service importance has negative effect on the ZOT about service failure, it has positive effect on the perceive service failure severity. The ZOT about service failure has negative effect on perceived serviced failure severity. In contrast, social comparison perception level has no effect on perceived service failure severity, and negative affectivity also has no effect on that. In Conclusion, five hypothesis are accepted among seven hypothesis. This study gives important point to researchers and service providers in the service industry. For researchers, the result will be helpful them to further develop service failure and recovery framework. For service providers, the results will suggest specific guidelines for recovering the service failure. They can place emphasis on the serious point, so they can get a effective performance from the recovery strategy.
As the world is in the age of globalization and information, we observe diverse changes in the market environment. Since wide-spread internet services and global networks made ubiquitous learning and business possible, equalizing consumers' ideology and preference, new trend and life style could be introduced easily. This study stipulates on the theoretical concept of the wellbeing consumer and LOHAS consumer. Consumers of LOHAS could be sampled out through pre-questionnaire targeting at selected food, clothing, and shelter based on companies of both wellbeing and general brands. Through this it is attempted to measure wellbeing emotion, recognition quotient of emotion and reason, affirmation and negation, mental emotion quotient, and preference in order to find out their value and to ultimately come up with what web design should be aiming at. Conclusions are as follows: Firstly, consumers easily recognize emotional identification from the web pages of wellbeing brand, rather than that of general brands. Secondly, what web pages of wellbeing brand recognize is reason, not emotion. Thirdly, the design of wellbeing brands scored higher than those of general brands in terms of positive aspects such as hospitality and familiarity, and high mental emotion quotient could not affect the consumers' preference toward web design. Fourthly, wellbeing brands win more preference than general brands do, and preference becomes higher after customers' visit to web pages basically. Lastly, sampled emotional adjectives toward the web designs of wellbeing brands marked a aesthetic graph figure, without leaning toward an active or stable one. It is expected that this study can serve as a groundwork to create proper strategies to actively involve consumers in industrial sphere.
The purpose of this study is a convergence study to find out the relationship between store image, price, human service, and trust on customer satisfaction among the shop selection attributes of customers using hair beauty salons. This study analyzed the data of 500 copies of questionnaires for women who used hair beauty salons within the last 6 months using the SPSS v.22 statistical package program. As a result, store image (B= 1.321, p= .004), price (B= 1.189, p= .032), human service (B= 1.013, p= .000), trust (B= .782, p = .000) was found to have a meaningful positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction, and the ranking of influence was store image (β= .445), human service (β= .377), and price (β= .252). ), And trust (β= .167). Therefore, through this study, it was found that the higher the store image, personal service, price, and trust of the customer's hair salon, the higher the customer satisfaction. We confirmed the detailed influence of the effect of customer's shop selection attributes on customer satisfaction. Among them, store image and human service were found to be factors influencing customer satisfaction. It is necessary to find an economical and efficient way to improve store image, and to cultivate competency to strengthen human service. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for establishing a differentiated marketing strategy of cosmetic services industry.
One of the words that describe unique features of human beings is "Homo Ludens (Playing Man)". As humans enjoy abundant and prosperous lives and the quality of life is further improved, play is increasingly becoming a central value of human life. As part of play, ocean leisure is getting popular these days, and in turn demands for ocean leisure-related products in Korea, most of which are dependent on foreign markets, are growing. Therefore, it is required that local companies are quick to turn their eyes on the fast developing market. This research aims to help develop a design concept for bodyboard, more suitable for the domestic market, by analyzing products and reflecting customers' needs. The findings of this study are as follows: first, it is desirable that the target of bodyboard in domestic market is young people aged between 14 and 29 and its price ranges from 40,000 to 100,000 won; second, a tube-type bodyboard is appropriate for beaches in Korea mostly with small and gentle waves, as also shown in a survey that over 65% of those surveyed prefer a tube-type bodyboard, and lastly, the CMFF (Color, Material, Form, and Function) strategy was newly developed in this study in order to create new concept bodyboards.
We investigate the two recent simulations of the proto-type domestic carbon emission trading system in Korea and draw some policy implications. The first simulation includes the 5 electric power companies based on baseline and credit. But the second one is with the 7 energy-intensive companies based on cap and trade. The voluntary approaches in this paper revealed the instability of market equilibrium, i.e., price volatility or distortion, excess supply or demand. These phenomena stems from excess incentives to the players, asymmetric information, players' irresponsible strategic behaviors, and non acquaintance of trading system. This paper suggests the basic design for domestic carbon trading system in future and a stepwise introduction strategy for it including the incentive auction scheme, the total quantity of incentive needed, and how to finance it. Meantime, the further simulations on the various sectors based on voluntary participation must be essential for learning experiences and better policy design.

In this paper, we present, an indstrial RFID layered microstrip patch antenna is designed using an inset feed method in order to improve recognition rates in a long distance as tags are attached to metal object by improving a problem of feeding power in fabricating metal tags and reducing effects of metallic object. The inset feed shows a distinctive characteristic that has no separation between emitters and feed lines differing from a structure with the conventional inductive coupling feed. This structure makes possible to produce a type that presents a low antenna height and enables impedance coupling for tag chips. Although it shows a difficulty in the impedance coupling due to increases in the parasite capacitance between a ground plane and an emitter in an antenna according to decreases in the height of a tag antenna, it may become a merit in designing the tag antenna because the antenna impedance can be determined as an inductive manner if a shorted structure is used for feeding power. Therefore, in this paper the microstrip patch antenna is designed as a modified type and applies the inset feed in order to reduce effects of metallic objects where the antenna is be attached. Also, the antenna uses a multi-layer structure that includes a metal plate between radiator and ground instead of using a single layer.

In order to achieve effective human resource development in LIS fields, it is essential to have strategies to nurture and utilize those human resources, in relation to supply and demand as well a sound legal foundation supporting those strategies. Such strategies and legal foundation can only be developed from a complete knowledge of the current status of human resources in the LIS and related industries. This study, therefore, conducted research on the basic employment status, employment environment, and an overall analysis of related issues, in order to address policy implications on the effectiveness of human resource development in the LIS field. This research included the current status of policy environments that involve social environment, and related institutions and laws, and human resources developments as well as the current requirements of librarians in the field, based on a demand survey of LIS employment. It was found that first, there are three distinguishable factors in LIS employment: a feminization of librarianship, an increase in temporary posts, and a high entering ratio into the library workplace. Second, while there were only little differences in the given tasks between full-time and temporary employees, the differences in salary and welfare were considerably larger. Third, field requirements for librarian education included a mentoring system with field experts, short-term internships, and librarian apprenticeships, while job requirements included internship or apprenticeship, language skills, various license acquisition, and career management. Fourth, librarians with licenses for related organizations held 20% more librarian licenses overall.

This study aims to analyze the number and trend of news media news through timely analysis of how the articles about airlines and employees show changes before and after Corona19 in the situation where the world economy faces various problems due to the global pandemic of Corona19. For this purpose, the number of articles and trends related to airlines and employees were analyzed and visualized before and after Corona19 using the Korea Press Foundation Bigkinds news analysis service. For this purpose, the Bigkinds service system was extracted from January 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019 and from January 1, 2020 to May 31, 2020. The results of the analysis showed that the number of articles before and after Corona 19 exploded when aviation related events occurred. And it was confirmed that the trend is changing due to the restructuring news. Government and airlines will need to make active efforts to overcome the crisis in the aviation industry due to the impact of Corona 19. The results of this study are significant in that it analyzed the number and trends related to news articles before and after Corona 19, and suggested practical implications for establishing strategies for the future impacts on airlines and employees.
