  • As the number of people with chronic diseases increases due to an aging society, it is urgent to prevent and manage their diseases. Although biometric authentication methods and Telemedicine Systems have been introduced to solve these problems, it is difficult to solve the security problem of medical information and personal authentication. Since smart healthcare includes personal medical information of subjects, the security of personal information is the most important field. Therefore, in this paper, we tried to propose a Telemedicine System using a smart wearable device ECG in the form of a wristband and face personal authentication in a private blockchain environment. This system targets various medical personnel and patients with chronic diseases in all regions, and uses a private blockchain that can increase data integrity and transparency, ECG and face authentication that are difficult to forge and alter and have high personal identification to provide a system with high security and reliability. composed. Through this, it is intended to contribute to increasing the efficiency of chronic disease management by focusing on disease prevention and health management for patients with chronic diseases at home.

  • As most G-20 countries expect medical spending to grow rapidly over the next few decades, the burden of healthcare costs continues to grow globally due to an increase in the elderly population and chronic illnesses, and the ongoing quality improvement of health care services. However, under the rapidly changing technological environment of healthcare and IT convergence, the problem may become even bigger if not properly recognized and not properly prepared. In the context of the paradigm shift and the increasing problem of the medical field, complex responses in technical, institutional and business aspects are urgently needed. The key is to derive a business model that is appropriate for businesses that integrate IT in the medical field. With the arrival of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, new technologies such as Internet of Things have been applied to eHealthcare, and the need for new business models has emerged. In the e-healthcare of the Internet era, it became a traditional firm-based business model. However, due to the characteristics of dynamics and complexity of things Internet in the Internet of things, A business ecosystem-based approach is needed. In this paper, we present and analyze the major success factors of the ecosystem based on the 3 - layer structure of the e - healthcare business ecosystem as a result of research on e - healthcare business ecosystem based on emerging technology such as Internet of things. The three-layer business ecosystem was defined as (1) Infrastructure Layer, (2) Character Layer, and (3) Stakeholder Layer. As the key success factors for the eHealthCare business ecosystem, the following four factors are suggested: (1) introduction of the iHealthcare concept, (2) expansion of the business ecosystem, (3) business ecosystem change process innovation, and (4) business ecosystem leadership innovation.

  • TMA(Tissue Mineral Analysis) is very popular method in hair mineral analysis for health care professionals in over 48 countries medical center. Assesment of nutritional minerals and toxic elements in the hair is very important not only for determining adequacy, deficiencies and unbalance, but also for assessing their relative relationships in a body. In Korea, there are some problems in TMA method. Because of not haying a medical information database which is suitable for korean to do analyze, the requested TMA has to send to TEI-USA. However, as the TMA results from TEI-USA is composed of English documents and graphic files prohibited to open, its usability is very low and a lot of dollars has to be payed. Also, it can make some problems in the reliability of the TMA results, since the TMA results are based on the database of western health and mineral standards, To solve these problems, I developed the first Medical Information System of TMA in Korea here. The system can analyze the complex tissue mineral data with multiple stage decision tree classifier. It is also constructed with multiple fuzzy database and hence analyze the TMA data by fuzzy inference methods. The effectiveness test of this systems can be shown the increased business efficiency and satisfaction rate 86% and 92% respectively.

  • In this paper, we propose heterogeneous lifelog mining model in health big-data platform. It is an ontology-based mining model for collecting user's lifelog in real-time and providing healthcare services. The proposed method distributes heterogeneous lifelog data and processes it in real time in a cloud computing environment. The knowledge base is reconstructed by an upper ontology method suitable for the environment constructed based on the heterogeneous ontology. The restructured knowledge base generates inference rules using Jena 4.0 inference engines, and provides real-time healthcare services by rule-based inference methods. Lifelog mining constructs an analysis of hidden relationships and a predictive model for time-series bio-signal. This enables real-time healthcare services that realize preventive health services to detect changes in the users' bio-signal by exploring negative or positive correlations that are not included in the relationships or inference rules. The performance evaluation shows that the proposed heterogeneous lifelog mining model method is superior to other models with an accuracy of 0.734, a precision of 0.752.
