본 연구 성과는 국내토목구조물의 유지관리 업무를 지원하는 분야에 해당한다. 현재 우리나라 토목시설물은 법정비를 통해, 유지관리업무를 체계화시켜나가고 있는 상태이지만, 아직 그 결과물에 대한 DB 시스템이 일반화 되어 있지 못하며, 일부 개발된 툴들도 서로간의 유기적인 연결은 부족하다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 지하구조물 유지관리 DB시스템을 이용해서 시설물 관리주체, 진단업체, 유지관리업체들이 상호간에 유기적으로 연결되고 효율적으로 데이터들을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하여, 국내 기간산업의 유지관리 업무 효율성을 높이는데 이바지 하고자 한다.

Introduction of new information systems due to continuous progress of ICT has made the enterprise IT environment into a mixed pot of various IT resources. Rapidly changing business situation has emphasized the integration of organizational IT resources as one of key competitive advantages. Those distributed IT resources are now demanding to solve the problems not only on their own effective management but also on security and control issues against unauthorized infiltration and information leakages. Under the situation that the number of IT resources is constantly increasing, it is needed to study a management model and its implementation that integrally solves above all problems. In this paper, it is revealed that a directory service can be used to integrally manage distributed IT resources and a directory service based system model for distributed IT resource management is suggested. By implementing an HR solution over active directory service, it is demonstrated that our integrated management model for distributed resources is applicable to real business cases. It is expected that for small and medium sized enterprises with limited IT investments, directory service based IT resource management system can be a cost-effective solution for increasing security threats and lack of governance.

최근 한국과 미국 기업에 있어서 회계법상 가장 큰 이슈 중 하나는 재무보고와 관련된 내부통제제도(ICFR: Internal Control over Financial Reporting)에 관한 것이다. 한국과 미국에서 각각 내부회계관리제도와 SOX(Sarbanes Oxley Act)라고 불려지고 있는 내부통제 법령에 의해 기업들은 자체적으로 내부통제를 구축, 운영하고, 이에 대해 매년 회계법인에 의해 검토 또는 감사를 받게 되었다. IT 부문도 기업 업무 영역에서 중요성을 더해가고 있기 때문에 내부통제 제도의 한 영역을 차지하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 기업 특성과 IT 관리 특성이 기업의 IT 부문 내부통제 구축 시 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실제 기업 IT 내부통제 구축 데이터를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 기업 특성 중 자산, 종업원 수, 업종과 IT 관리 특성 중 IT 기획팀 IT 아웃소싱, 주 시스템 플랫폼을 각각 독립변수로 선정하였고, 이들 6개 독립변수가 내부통제 구축 시 도출된 통제항목(Control Activities) 개수 대비 미비점(Deficiency) 비율, 통제항목 개수, 미비점 개수 각각에 대하여 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 검증하였다.

Technology developments accelerate the change of the society and companies with unparalleled pace, so large scaled projects are in progress urgently. Large scaled projects deal with high technologies and massive tasks, and these need enormous labor force and costs, it is necessary to manage strategic conflicts based on human psychology and complex system theory. However, traditional management plan fails to suggest practical mechanism for successful projects. We study failure cases and key elements, leadership for projects, and suggest project management plan with psychological and behavioral economy approach by focusing on complexity and conflict structure on large scaled projects. Project behavior management plan, suggested in this study, is designed with phased strategy and practice to solve the failure of large scaled IT projects originally and preemptively. We verified the effectiveness of behavior management plan suggested by investigating experts and working groups, and stable projects are to be progressed with introducing this plan on large-scaled projects.

By the development of IT, most business has been processed on the IT solution-based servers has increased Therefore, the importance of security of the server is highlighted. And the need for password management server efficient and safe is raised. There is a need to change at least 8 characters to mix the numbers and letters and password change passwords on a regular basis, you need a password for each system account is set in a different way, but the continuation of the system there is a tendency to password problems occur problems caused by the limits of the introduction of human resources and introduction basis occurs. The password management feature, though it is expensive is partially providing integrated access control solutions at home and abroad, there is a drawback that stresses the traffic on the server. Future, we conducted a study of password management solutions for the server of the server is determined IT transformation trend of non-IT field to accelerate, is continuously increasing it accordingly.

본 논문에서는 사용자의 스마트폰을 개인을 식별하는 인증장치(Handle)로 사용하고 이 장치를 통해 체지방 분석, 건강관리 전문가의 처방기록을 받고 받은 기록을 바탕으로 운동기구들과 Wi-Fi 통신을 통하여 운동량을 측정 및 관리하는 구현을 하였다. 건강관리 전문가의 처방을 통해 사용자의 최적화된 운동량을 체크하여 효율적인 운동을 한다. 본 시스템은 체지방 측정기계와 전문가의 측정 결과를 수치화 하고 운동기구들의 이용 횟수를 데이터베이스에 구축하고 자동 스케줄 관리를 한다.

This study aims to examine Life Managers for Elderly People Living Alone (LMEPLAs) in Seoul regarding their traumatic experience and the status of their posttraumatic stress disorder and also how they are coping with it in order to find out ways to improve it. As a study method, we investigated LMEPLAs in Seoul through a self-administered survey regarding whether they had faced any traumatic experience, types of their traumatic experience, diagnosis on posttraumatic stress, and the status of their coping with traumatic experience. According to the study results, 186 respondents (37.57%) have been found to indicate either partial or complete posttraumatic stress symptoms, but the status of their coping with it is very poor. The followings are the results of our discussion. First, it is needed to find out life managers suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder and build up a system to manage them consistently. Second, it is necessary to vitalize education about traumatic experience and posttraumatic stress management. Third, it is urgently needed to build up a system to support life managers who have faced any traumatic experience or been diagnosed to have posttraumatic stress disorder. Fourth, it is demanded to cultivate and arrange experts equipped with specialized knowledge and technique. Fifth, it is needed for them to build a network with medical institutes to receive a prompt diagnosis and specialized treatment.

IT investment is continuously increasing. Its outcome, however, is not accomplished as easily as originally expected. There have a variety of efforts to overcome this dilemma. In public sector, information resource management (IRM) was suggested as one of the most effective approach for information & IT management. Accordingly, United States has been incorporating the IRM principles into information-related laws since 1980s. However, such efforts were insufficient in Korea. In this study we attempt to compare our information-related laws with United States laws with respect to major components of IRM. Based on this finding, we go one-step further to suggest ways to arrange a new legislation where the IRM would be a foundation for information & IT management.

To develop computer and communication in the information society, difficulties exist in managing the enormous data manually. Also, loss of data due to natural disasters or hacker attacks, generate a variety of disasters in the IT securities. Hence, there is an urgent need for an information protection management system in order to mitigate these incidents. Information Security Management System has various existing frameworks for IT disaster management. These include Cyber Security Framework, Risk Management Framework, ISO / IEC 27001: 2013, and COBIT 5.0. Each framework analyses and compares the entry for IT disaster recovery from among the various available data. In this paper, we describe a single integrated management scheme for fast resolution of IT disasters.

Recently, the demand against the system risk analysis and security management from the enterprises or the agencies which operate a information system is increasing even from domestic. The international against the standardization trend of information protection management system it investigates from the dissertation which it sees. It analyzed and against information property information protection management system integrated it will be able to manage a danger modeling it did it proposed. Having analyzed as well as compared the matureness of security-measurement models in regard to the global standard of proposal system, the administrative presentation for various IT technology resources. which have been managed singly so far, is now well applied under the united control of the company itself, and enabled the automated management of authentication support and renewal for ISO 27001, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, resulting in much advanced operation for both material and human resources.
