Industrial structure is more developed, the economical value of human resources and the cases which risks worker's Health & Safety is expended. The Safety & Health issues are focused on elements of control for management activity simultaneously with work environment as well as the risk elements which risks worker's life and body. The activity for combination of basic management System and Safety & Health management is progressing with active discussion in ILO, BS 8800 is specified the guidance of Occupational Safety & Health Management System in UK. 1996. This research refers to BS 8800:1996, specification as a basic model, and introduce of the result of certification development result in Occupational Safety & Health management System with in ISO 14001 Environmental System Standards & ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards and Systemic Factors. Through this applicability and efficiency evaluation, we make an effort to support and to improve the specification. Also applicability evaluation of Occupational Safety & Health management System and the specification developed for the purpose of the third party certification is applied with expending in industry, and the method is presented through the case which is required to support for method review and activities.

We analyze IS0 9001 audit data and add-on requirements data collected by leader assessors from three leading Korean furniture companies for around three years. We plot a Pareto chart and test the homogeneities for the number of non-compliances and improvement notes across companies. We also fit the data to a loglinear model. Some recommendations with regard to add-on requirements are suggested. The recommendations should be added to IS0 9001 requirements to specifically implement an efficient QMS in Korean furniture industry.

ISO 9001이나 QS 9000의 인증획득이 제품안전을 위한 최소한의 예방이나 방어시스템은 되지만, 제조물책임에 대한 배상청구소송의 완전만 방어대책은 아니다. 품질시스템은 제품과 서비스의 품질에 관한 것이며, 이 기준이 제품안전에 대한 상세한 기준이나 규범 또는 법규를 대체하기에는 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 제품개발프로세스에 있어서 제품안전과 관련한 문제점을 분석하고, 제조물책임대응을 위해 품질시스템의 인증 획득만으로는 충분하지 않은 부분에 대한 개선점을 제시하는데 있다. 이는 제품의 안전성을 높이고 제조물책임의 문제에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

The AS9100 aerospace standard has become the aerospace quality management system standard instead of ISO9001 and MIL-Q-9858A by international aerospace manufacturing companies. The organization which adopts AS9100 standard is to be certified by an independent third party certification body as IAQG requests. The quality management system certification assessor shall utilize the AS9101 standard prepared by IAQG to assess AS9100 organization. In this paper, AS9101 quality system questionnaire is analyzed and scoring method which characterizes AS9101 is reviewed. Score attained can be utilized as an organizational quality index. Practical data gathered by certified assessors from 2002 to 2007 are analyzed and suggested to improve the organization's system operational efficiency based on the analysis results. Suggestions can be utilized by any organization to prepare assessment or to enhance the level of quality system maturity. This study is applicable to the future as well as present aerospace manufacturing activities throughout the world.

본 연구의 목적은 품질경영시스템의 ISO 9000:2000/KS A 9000:2001 개정 규격 내용 및 요구사항을 살펴보는 한편, 우리나라 중소기업이 전환규격을 적용하는데 있어서 ERP PACKAGE를 이용하여 효과적인 품질경영시스템 구축 방안을 제시하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 업무 PROCESS와 품질 기록을 중심으로 ISO 9000:2000/KS A 9000:2001 개정 규격을 ERP PACKAGE에 접목하는 방법을 도출하였으며, 적용 사례로서 기계 제조업체의 구매업무를 중심으로 품질경영시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정형화된 업무 체계를 갖추어 업무 담당자간 혹은 부서간의 업무 마찰을 줄이고 여러부서에서 발생하는 업부 DATA를 중앙집중식으로 공유하여 동일한 DATA의 수집과 작성에 중복성을 최소화하는 등에서 업무의 효과가 있는 것을 볼 수 있다. 둘째, ERP PACKAGE를 이용한 품질경영시스템(ISO 9000:2000/KS A 9000:2001)의 효과적인 추진 방안은 다음과 같다 1) 전환 규격의 충분한 이해가 요구된다. 2) 현재의 업무 프로세스를 파악한 후 ERP PACKAGE에서 제공하는 개선된 업무프로세스를 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 3) 개선된 업무 프로세스의 실행 결과를 ERP PACKAGE 모듈에서 품질기록으로 유지한다. 4) 새로운 품질경영 정보 시스템을 업무 전반에 적용하기 위한 기업인프라 구축과 프로세스에 대한 지속적인 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 ISO 9000:2000/KS A 9000:2001 개정 규격요구사항을 이해하고 ERP PACKAGE를 이용하여 최초로 개정규격을 적용하거나, 전환규격으로 품질경영시스템을 구축 시 좀더 효과적이고 효율적인 품질경영시스템을 구축하는데 업무지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.의 수와 생존율면에서 볼 때 가장 적합한 것으로 사료되었다./TEX>개월 투여하게 되면 HDL 콜레스테롤 양이 현저히 증가하였으며, 총 콜레스테롤 양, 동맥경화지표, 중성지방, 유리지방산, 과산화지방은 현 저히 감소하였다.- 결론 - 홍삼과 진세노사이드는 사람과 흰쥐에 있어 과지혈증을 호전시켰다. 실험적으로 과지혈증을 유발시킨 흰쥐에서, 혈중 아포단백질, 지방단백질 및 프로스타글란딘 상호성을 개선시켰다.었다.xA_{2}$ synthetase 억제제인 imidazole의 효과와 유사하였다. 4. G-Re는 $1{\times}10^{-5}g/ml$ 이하의 농도에서는 효과가 없으나 $1{\times}10^{-4}g/ml$ 이상의 농도에서 농도의존적으로 유의성 있는 $PGE_{2},\;PGF_{2}{\alpha},\;TXB_{2}$의 생성억제와 함께 6-keto-$PGF_{1}{\alpha}$ 증가를 보였다. 이는 prostacyclin synthetase를 자극하는 serotonin의 효과와 같은 작용으로서 prostacyclin synthetase 억제제인 tranylcypromine에 대하여 길항효과를 보였다. 5. $TxB_{2}$생성억제 작용을 나타내는 ginsenoside들의 효과를 뒷받침하기 위하여 인삼 saponin 성분을 전처치한 patelet rich plasma에서 혈소판 응집시험 결과, ADP로 유도된 혈소판 응집반응에는 모든 인삼 saponin 성분들이 효과가 없었으나 arachidonic acid로 유도된 혈소판 응집반응에는 $G-Rb_{2}$, G-Rc, G-Re의 순으로 농도 의존적인 억제현상을 보였다. 이상의 결과와 같이 인삼 saponin 성분들은

Recently the assurance of railroad safety is very important issue in KOREA because there are lots of changes in the railroad industries. The Railway Safety Act was established in order to cope with these changes effectively and prevent the railroad transportation accidents. According to this law, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA)' and has implemented the safety audit to the railroad operation agencies such as Korea Railroad (KORAIL) and the railroad facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the railroad operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system. To study the efficiency of IRSA, we investigated the rail safety audit systems of EU system specially France, England where the big changes have happened for the rail operation concepts and Japan where government entity control the railroad safety. The international standards of Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001), Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing (ISO 19011) are investigated.

The aim of this study is to improve quality system through mutual understanding for the opinion gap among interested parties such as owner, designer, constructor and supervisor in construction industry. The survey to the owners, designers, constructors, and supervisors who are in charge of quality of the 183 architectural projects being constructed has been performed for investigating the importance and actual level of quality and quality factors. Questionnaires are based on the quality factors shown in ISO 9001:2000 international quality management system requirements. There are distinct opinion gaps for quality among owner, designer, constructor, and supervisor who working for the same architectural projects.

2000년에 2차 개정된 품질경영시스템(ISO 9001:2000)과 2004년에 개정된 환경경영시스템(ISO 14001:2004)은 국제표준화기구(ISO)에서 요구사항들이 제정되었으나 안전보건경영시스템은 현재 ISO에서 국제표준이 제정되지 않아 각각 자국에 맞도록 개발되고 있다. 대기업에서는 최근 여러 경영시스템을 통합하여 도입, 운용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세계 제 1의 조선 수주국으로 성장한 한국 조선업계 내의 조선 기자재업체들이 현재 운용중인 여러 가지 경영시스템과 통합경영시스템에 대한 현황 및 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 조선기자재 산업은 선박에 탑재되는 주 기관을 포함한 $450{\sim}500$여종의 다양한 선박용 제품을 공급하는 산업으로서 대형 조선소의 수주를 받아 제품생산이 이루어진다. 부산 경남 일원에 위치한 조선기자재 업체들을 대상으로 우편과 웹 기반 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 근거로 하여 조선기자재 업체들과 여러 경영시스템들에 대한 인식도, 실행정도와의 관련성을 살펴보고, 업체들과 통합경영시스템의 필요성에 대한 인식, 통합경영시스템 추진단계, 통합경영시스템의 장점에 대한 통계적 분석을 실행하고 그 결과를 정리한다.

The customer requirements are constantly changing in the hyper-competition and competition is becoming increasingly intensified. In order to ensure the competitive advantage in the industry should focus on the management activities to enhance customer satisfaction. High quality means pleasing customers, not just protecting them from annoyances. It is due to continuous and requires the establishment of a quality management system that meets the characteristics and systematization need to manage a stable quality and productivity, which should be done in a company-wide quality management activities. The purpose of this study is to identify a suitable organizational diagnostic model for considering to adopt ISO 9001 quality management systems. We used the three-round delphi techniques on a panel of 30 experts. A total of 26 assessment indicators were developed through this panel. First, it is important to evaluate the strategy about quality. Second, it is important to evaluate the systems about periodically communicating quality agenda. Third, it is important to evaluate the responsibility of overall business process. In conclusion, this study empirically shows how firms can develop an organizational diagnostic model to increase their quality management systems.

고객이 요구하는 품질수준을 만족하는 제품 및 서비스를 생산하고 지속적인 품질문제를 개선하여 기업경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 품질관리의 체계적 수행이 필요하다. 이에 KISTI는 국내 최초로 정보유통 분야에서 ISO 체제를 도입하여 콘텐트 유통(수집-분석-가공-입력-구축-서비스) 업무에 표준화된 포맷으로 업무 프로세스 표준화를 통하여 업무를 명확히 할 수 있었으며, 업무 수행과정에서 발생할 수 있는 위험 요소들을 분석하고 도출함으로서 위험관리도 가능하게 되었다.
