본 연구는 우리나라의 재난관리체계를 고찰하고 국제 재난관리표준화 동향, 선진국의 재난관리표준화 활동 및 국내 재난관리표준화의 현황을 분석하였다 국제표준화기구(ISO)는 ISO/TC 223 Societal Security을 통하여 국제 재난관리규격을 개발하고 있으며, 미국, 영국 및 일본과 같은 선진국들은 자국의 재난관리표준을 국제 표준화 하기위해 경쟁하고 있다. 우리나라는 국가 재난관리표준이 제정되지 않아 재난관리 책임 기관별로 별도의 표준화를 추진하고 이에 따른 재난관리 활동을 수행하고 있다. 재난관리의 효율성을 높이고 국제적인 재난관리표준화에 적극 대용하기 위해서 우리나라에서도 국가재난관리표준의 제정과 재난관리시스템의 표준화가 구축되어야 한다.

인터넷의 발달로 기존의 많은 오프라인 서비스가 온라인 서비스로 확장되면서 금융 거래 서비스 역시 편리성을 이유로 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템을 통해 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 하지만 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템 개발 과정에서 보안성에 대한 고려가 부족하여 여러 보안 문제점을 갖고 있고 실제로 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템에 보안 사건들이 빈번하게 일어나고 있는 실정이다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 금융기관은 ISO 20022, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 9789, ISO/IEC 9796 등의 국외 표준과 웹 환경 구축 및 운영을 위한 보안관리 지침, 전자상거래 표준화 로드맵 등 국내 표준을 적용하고 있지만 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템에 관한 보안요구사항 등이 제대로 고려되지 않아 여전히 취약성이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 표준들에 대해서 설명하고 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템에 단일 표준 적용시 보안을 보증하지 못하는 이유에 대해서 살펴본다. 또한 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템의 취약성을 설명하고 보안기능을 분석해 그 특징에 맞는 보안기능 요구사항을 도출하고 이를 통해 공통평가기준 V3.1을 참고로 하여 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템의 보안을 강화하기 위해 특화된 보호프로파일을 제안한다.

Recently, a hydrogen charging station-related memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between Korea Transport Institute and United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Transport in Abu Dhabi, creating a foundation for exporting green hydrogen charging stations and hydrogen powered public transit buses developed with Korean technology to Abu Dhabi. Reliable construction and operation of the charging stations require a thorough review on associated standards and legal requirements. In particular, it is essential to analyze currently effective standards related to hydrogen production, hydrogen vehicle charging, and hydrogen charging stations. This paper specifically focuses on comparative analysis of hydrogen-related standards in the UAE and the Republic of Korea. Similar to UAE, Korean hydrogen charging station-related standards follow International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. From real-life experiences in developing and operating charging stations, even more essence of ISO standards have been adopted in Korean standards than UAE. In particular, ISO standards related to fire prevention are additionally included in Korea. This paper also suggests procedural and administrative strategies for enabling application of Korean hydrogen charging station-related standards in UAE.

이 연구는 국내 기록관리표준의 연구동향을 분석한 것으로 이를 위해 기록관리표준 관련 논문의 표제-주제어-초록의 키워드를 추출하여 상위빈도 키워드의 분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 대상 기간은 2000년부터 현재까지이며 RISS와 ScienceON 등의 국내 학술논문 검색사이트에서 총 212편의 논문을 수집하여 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 2000~2010년까지는 아카이브 설계를 위한 OAIS의 연구, OAIS를 통한 디지털 기록 보존연구 ISO 표준의 분석 연구 등이 주로 진행되었고, 2011년 이후부터 지금까지는 기록경영인증, ISAD(G)의 RiC 전환 등의 연구가 진행되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구는 기록관리표준 연구의 국내 연구동향을 분석함으로써 연구 흐름을 파악하는 기초자료로 활용되며, 기존 기록관리표준을 연구할 때 참고자료로 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

ISO 9000 quality standards families were established in 1987 and have been started to implement Korean industry since early 1990s. ISO 9000 standards families of 1987 were revised in 1994 and 2000, respectively, by request of world wide certification bodies and industry quality experts. This article reviews the necessity of ISO 9001 :2000 revision, quality management principles behind it, and benefits that ISO 9001: 2000 could bring. We summarize responses of foreign industry that ISO 9001: 2000 has been implemented. Survey questionnaire for 23 requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 from manufacturing companies of Busan and Kyungnam provinces are collected. Research hypotheses that there is any difference in quality management system practical application due to company size and implementation motivation are tested using SPSS. Finally, recommendations are provided for operating successful quality management system.

The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

This paper introduces the mechanical vibration-measurements of vibration on ships(ISO 20283). Regulations and guidelines for vibration of hull structures, propulsion machinery and onboard equipments on ship were established mainly by classification societies or International Association of Classification Societies(IACS). The initial draft of ISO 20283 was proposed by USA and based on US military standards. Though these are not suitable to passenger and merchant ships, many experts have felt the need of the ISO regulation for the vibration measurement on ship. Hence, these standards are re-drafted and reviewed by particulate ISO members. In this paper, authors introduce the important agendas and the controversial items during setup of ISO 20283.

In this work, standardization trends related carbon nanotubes and international standardization activities in the ISO/TC229 and IEC/TC113 were introduced. The movement toward development of carbon nanotube standard began in the nanotechnology council under the IEEE in 2005. KATS has also run the carbon nanotube standardization committee to support commercialization of product containing carbon nanotube through standards since 2004. The Korean Standards such as KSD2711, 2712, 2717 were established.

본 연구는 교통정보센터와 노변장치간 국제표준 규격인 ISO 15784를 적용하여 국내 환경에 맞는 노변장치와 교통정보센터간 정보교환 표준 개발을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 ISO 14817과 ISO 14827 Part 1을 참조하여 메시지 교환 시나리오 개념의 메시지 기본 개념과 시스템 구축 호환성 확보를 위해 명확히 정의가 필요한 필수 메시지 정의 항목을 정의하였다. AVI와 교통정보센터간 교환되는 실제 메시지 표준 개발을 위해 ITS 표준 기술위원회에 표준실무팀을 구성하여, ITS 아키텍쳐 정보흐름 분석, 국내 기 표준 분석, 현재 시내부와 국도상에 실제 설치되어 운영되고 있는 AVI 장비 메시지 프로토콜을 비교분석하여 총 14개의 기능 메시지를 정의하고, 이에 대해 DATEX 응용 프로토콜의 메시지 교환 시나리오에 따라 총 28개 메시지를 정의하였다. 데이터 교환을 위한 응용프로토콜은 ISO 15784의 참조표준을 분석하여 국내 현장장비와 교통정보센터간 데이터교환 환경을 고려한 상호운영성 및 상호호환성 확보를 위한 요구사항을 정의하였다.
