The purpose of this study is to present technical elements to improve the data utilization of the ISNI Korea Consortium, which is operated by the National Library of Korea, which is responsible for the registration of Korean names. The ISNI Korea Consortium aims to register various creation-related information in addition to bibliographic-related individual and organization name information. To this end, this study examines the ISNI Korea consortium, which is a data provider's consultative body, among other things, the metadata status of copyright organizations and the linked data specification of ISNI. As a result, data acquisition, refining, storage, identifier management, consortium metadata management, five in total, and RDF data management (repository) in terms of linked data, RDF data issuance, RDF data retrieval, RDF data inquiry, RDF data Eight technical elements, including download, ontology inquiry, standard term inquiry and mapping information management, were derived.

This study was to investigate the concept of ISNI and to find its availability in authority control, realizing importance of ISNI as the bridge identifier including all the information media content industries. ISNI is needed for global and comprehensive name authority control as the bridge identifier for the identification of public identities of parties involved throughout the information media content industries in the creation, production, management and content distribution chains. First of all, it was to inquire ISNI concept, goal, terms and definitions, structure and syntax, allocation of ISNI, administration of the ISNI system, and metadata. Next, it was to suggest the applicability of ISNI in authority control. First, it should be needed to consider in applying ISNI for cooperative authority control. It is possible to interactively use the authority data created in library and other information industries area by constructing KISNI system. Second, it is possible to construct linked data by linking various identifier through ISNI identifier as bridge identifier. Third, it is needed to develop KORMARC for describing ISNI identifier in KORMARC bibliographic and authority record.

This study proposed an integrated management system model of researcher identifiers using the ISNI(International Standard Name Identifier) that can prevent duplicate issuance of identifiers and can be used to reorganize the authors' information. We looked at the metadata structure and management system of the ISNI that can be applied in various fields among identifiers. And we have designed the integrated ID system and system model that can manage the identifiers issued by each institute based on the ISNI. This model consists of data structure layer, platform layer, application layer, management and security layer (4 layers) and we have presented some of the key features and issues to consider when managing the integrations.
