The study on the hybrid power source for the IMT2000 application has been presented. The hybrid power source is composed of solar cell, super-capacitor and battery. To compensate for the pulse loader of the IMT2000 application, the super-capacitor is connected through the Lithium-ion battery to absorb the pulse current. The solar cell provides the additional current to compensate for the depleted current. The controller design for the hybrid source has been presented and verified through experiment.

This paper is case study for ISO 9001/2000 quality management system certification of social welfare. We constructed quality management system for efficient operation for service quality improvement of welfare hall which is society welfare facilities. This paper evaluated operation actual conditions of "G" welfare hall which introduce and operates quality management system according to index of evaluate for society welfare hall and present improvement plan about effect and problem.

In this paper, we have implemented the DVR system which is controlled far away, and added a function of TCP/IP Network for image data and control signal transmission, the DVR system has the advantage of easy to search and of no loss in stored quality. The continuously declining price of the hard drive presents the opportunity for the DVR system to displace the analog system. Also, with spread of the internet the needs of PC based the DVR system increase. Therefore, we have implemented DVR system within a function of network. When obtained image through the PTZ camera is transmitted to digital form, very large space of storage is required, hence image compression is essential. We use JPEG2000 for compression of image. JPEG2000 adopt DWT by means of transform. DWT concentrates important information of image on subband and has feature of multi-resolution. It is effective in order to express image. Thus JPEG2000 is suitable for image compression in DVR system. The significance of this paper is to design the DVR system which is controlled through TCP/IP network and to implement transmission of image compression using JPEG2000.

NMEA(National Marine Electronic Association) 2000은 선박에서 사용되는 다양한 데이터(위치정보, 엔진 상태 등)들을 다른 전자장비에 통신하기 위한 규격으로, 이 선박 네트워크를 기반으로 한 범용 게이트웨이를 구현하였다. 이를 위해 NMEA 2000 Stack(ssJ1939) source와 CAN device driver source를 다양한 통신프로토콜을 사용할 수 있는 보드에 포팅하고 CAN, RS232, USB, Ethernet port를 갖추고 있는 이 보드에 연결하였다. 개발한 게이트웨이에서 변환된 선박 데이터의 검증을 위해, PC 기반의 시뮬레이터 프로그램과 모니터링 프로그램을 이 보드에 연결하여 NMEA 2000 network를 통해 선박의 데이터를 볼 수 있게끔 구성하였다. PC의 시뮬레이터 프로그램에서 생성된 선박 데이터정보를 게이트웨이와 NMEA 2000 network를 통해 모니터링 프로그램에서 분석하고 게이트웨이의 성능을 검증하였다. 기존의 게이트웨이가 주로 단일의 특정한 통신 프로토콜을 지원하는 것에 대비하여 Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB, RS232 등 다양한 통신 프로토콜을 지원함으로써 사용자가 원하는 통신방식을 이용하여 원격에서 데이터를 모니터링 하도록 설계하고 구현하였다.

IEC61162-3 known as NMEA2000 protocol is approved as a standard network of SOLAS ship by ISO and used for the instrument network which exchanges data in real-time. For easy the development of ship network equipments, this study is focused on the development of SoC which can convert to NMEA2000 protocol from various kind of protocols such as TCP/IP, NMEA0183, RS422 and others using FPGA and u-Blaze. In this paper, we composed NMEA2000 protocol stack on FPGA and verified NMEA2000 network communication of FPGA system by connecting with commercialized devices through PC Hyper-terminal and network monitoring program.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the meanings of delivery of each trade term in INCOTERMS 2000, to investigate various kinds of transport document as a proof of delivery, and finally to find their problems. As a result of examination, following problems are considered to happen practically. First, a multimodal transport document referred in FOB term seems to be unappropriate because FOB term can be used in sea or inland waterway transport. Second, Assuming resale in transit in CFR or CIF term, non-negotiable Sea Waybill seems to be inappropriate. Third, As Sea Waybill is not a document of title, it can not be a security when the bank negotiate seller's draft. Fourth, INCOTERMS 2000 deleted the reference to charter party in CFR or CIF term. This deletion may raise any legal problems for the liabilities of carrier when the contradictions happen between the charter party B/L and charter party. Finally, if CFR or CIF means symbolic delivery, other documents besides B/L can not be a symbols of goods.

인쇄 광고는 이미지 기호와 언어 기호로 구성된 상업적 정보전달 텍스트의 집합체이다. 이는 그림을 통한 시각적 자극과 글자를 통한 언어적 소구가 복합되어 정보를 전달하게 됨을 의미한다. 타이포그래피는 인쇄 광고에서 언어적 소구를 시각화하는 과정이다. 따라서 인쇄 광고에서 시각적 표현 요소로서 타이포그래피에 대한 연구는 중요하다. 한국 인쇄 광고의 타이포그래피 표현은 1990년대를 거치면서 2000년 이후 급속한 질적 성장을 이루었다. 이 연구에서는 2000년 이후의 한국 인쇄 광고 타이포그래피의 표현 경향을 표현 구조의 변화, 표현 규칙의 변화, 표현 방법의 변화 등으로 밝혀 내었고, 그 분류에 따라서 각각 3가지 방향으로 특징적 분석 기준을 도출하였다. 그리고 이에 따른 사례연구를 통해 인쇄 광고 타이포그래피 표현의 발전적 방향을 제시하고 있다.

This paper presents the remote measurement of the ECU signals adopted with KWP 2000 protocol using the wireless communication technique of bluetooth. The bluetooth technology will be the most promising network paradigm which can open the new area in the information technology. Especially, bluetooth module is able to link all the electrical products and personal computers to cellular phone or PDA. This research has a try to design a wireless measurement model of ECU signal based on the car telemery system using bluetooth device. In order to measure the ECU signals, we designed the interface circuits which is able to communicate between the ECU system and the terminal circuits according to the ISO, SAE regulation of communication protocol standard. A microprocessor S3c341 OX is used for the system control and communication of ECU signals. The embedded system software is programmed to measure the ECU signals using the ARM compiler and ANCI C based on Micro/OS-II kernel to communicate between two bluetooth modules using bluetooth stack. The remote measurement of ECU signals using the bluetooth was designed and implemented to evaluate the performance of wireless network to the transmit measurement data. The possibility for the remote measurement of the self diagnosis signals of ECU adopted with KWP2000 protocol verified through the developed systems and algorithms in embedded system.

Image distortions, such as quantization errors, can have a severe negative impact on the performance of computer vision algorithms, and, more specifically, on object detection algorithms. State-of-the-art implementations of the JPEG-2000 image coder commonly allocate the available bits to minimize the Mean-Squared-Error (MSE) distortion between the original image and the resulting compressed image. However, considering that some state-of-the-art object detection methods use the gradient information as the main image feature, an improved object detection performance is expected for JPEG-2000 image coders that allocate the available bits to minimize the distortions on the gradient content. Accordingly, in this work, the Gradient Mean-Squared-Error (GMSE) based JPEG-2000 coder presents an improved object detection performance over the MSE based JPEG-2000 image coder when the object of interest is located at the same spatial location of the image regions with the strongest gradients and also for high bit-rates. For low bit-rates (e.g. 0.07bpp), the GMSE based JPEG-2000 image coder becomes overly selective in choosing the gradients to preserve, and, as a result, there is a greater chance of mismatch between the spatial locations of the gradients that the coder is trying to preserve and the spatial locations of the objects of interest.

2002년 7월부터 시행될 한국의 제조물책임법은 제조물의 결함으로 인한 소비자의 피해구제가 목적으로 이에 따라 기업으로서는 제품의 품질과 안전에 대한 부담은 더욱 증가하게 되었다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항은 고객만족 지향에 대한 프로세스의 지속적인 개선을 강조하여 개정되었고, 고객의 요구는 제품의 안전을 더욱 중요시하는 추세로서 이러한 대응방안을 ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항에서 고찰·제시하고자 한다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템은 경영에 대한 프로세스 접근방식의 도입으로 프로세스의 입력사항으로 고객이 중요한 역할을 하며, 고객의 요구사항이 충족되었는지를 검토하며, 지속적인 고객만족을 위해 프로세스를 관리한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 제조물책임법의 도입배경과 Is09001:2000 품질경영시스템의 특징을 고찰한다. 그리고, ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템과 PL과의 관련성을 제고하여 제조물의 결함 유형별, 경영관리지침 항목, 소송상의 항목으로 분류하여 제조물책임 대응방안으로 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 제시하고자 한다.
