This paper aims to extract an ObjectProperty-UsageMethod relation, in particular the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation of the herb-plant object, as a semantic relation between two related sets, a herbal-medicinal-property concept set and a usage-method concept set from several web documents. This HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation benefits people by providing an alternative treatment/solution knowledge to health problems. The research includes three main problems: how to determine EDU (where EDU is an elementary discourse unit or a simple sentence/clause) with a medicinal-property/usage-method concept; how to determine the usage-method boundary; and how to determine the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation between the two related sets. We propose using N-Word-Co on the verb phrase with the medicinal-property/usage-method concept to solve the first and second problems where the N-Word-Co size is determined by the learning of maximum entropy, support vector machine, and naïve Bayes. We also apply naïve Bayes to solve the third problem of determining the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation with N-Word-Co elements as features. The research results can provide high precision in the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation extraction.

This paper confirms the risk of using smartphone through the analysis of collected usage pattern and proposes the smartphone intervention system in risk situations. In order to check the risk of smartphone usage, we made information collecting application and collected smartphone usage pattern from 11 experiment participants for two months. By analyzing smartphone usage pattern, we confirmed that about 12% of smartphone usage is being used in driving, walking, and on the street. In addition, we analyzed the response rate of smartphone notification in risk situations and confirmed that user responds the smartphone notifications in real-time even in risk situations. Therefore, it is required to present a system that intervenes the use of smartphone in order to protect smartphone users in risk situations. In this paper, we classify risk situations of using smartphone. Also, the proposed smartphone intervention system is designed to periodically detect risk situations. In risk situations, smartphone function can be restricted according to user setting of smartphone. And smartphone can be used normally when safe situation is restored.

The application of mindfulness is increasing in corporation for business innovation. However, the influence of mindfulness has not been confirmed for employee in detail. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention in the present. We often experience uncertainty abounds about what the information technology is, how well it works in the process of using information technology. According to the definition of mindfulness, mindfulness can deepen employee's thoughts and understanding of information technology and will provide a clue to the solution of the issue. This study focusses on impact of mindfulness on IT usage behavior, particularly on IT continuance usage. Research question of this study is whether mindfulness impact perceived factors related to IT continuance usage. The study of relationship between IT and mindfulness will have meaningful results because both IT and Mindfulness are aimed at corporate innovation. Based on most recent theory in IT continuance usage, called by Decomposed Expectation-Disconfirmation Model, we established hypotheses and examined the impact of mindfulness on perceived factors in process of IT continuance usage. For empirical analysis, we collected 303 employee samples and conducted Structural Equation Modeling for path analysis. We showed that mindfulness has a positive impact on perceived usefulness, usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation. We also confirmed that antecedent of satisfaction is perceived usefulness, perceived usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation, and satisfaction is the cause of IT continuance usage. We suggested academic and practical implication based on empirical analysis results. In academic perspective, we found the role of mindfulness in process of IT continuance usage. From practical point of view, we suggest to use of mindfulness program for IT continuance usage in corporation.

Purpose: To find out the appropriate probability distribution of credit card usage behavior by considering the relationship among income, expenditure and credit card usage amount. Such relationship is enabled by Korea's especially high penetration of credit card. Method: Goodness-of-fit test and effect size statistic W were used to identify the distribution of income and credit card usage amount. A simulation model is introduced to generate the credit card transactions on individual user level. Result: The three data sets for testing had either passed the chi-square test or showed low W values, meaning they follow the exponential distribution. And the exponential distribution turned out to fit the data sets well. The r values were very high. Conclusion: The credit card usage behavior, denoted as the counts of users by usage amount band, follows the exponential distribution. This distribution is easy to manipulate, has a variety of applications and generates important business implications.

The purpose of this article is to consider the usage of 'mosu' and 'haberi' in "Shasekishu" written in middle Japanese. In old Japanese, 'mosu' and 'haberi' was used as a modest usage. In middle Japanese, however, the term came to be used in the way to pay respect to the hearer with the shift of its usage, further, in 'jinobun', the writer is using it in the stylistic usage which plays a significant role in providing aesthetic effect for many unspecified readers. As a device to express the honorific forms in middle Japanese, the stylistic usage is claimed to be found with other literary works as well as "Shasekishu".

This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the usage characteristics of children's parks according to location in Gangneung-si. Weekday and weekend, gender, time of stay, and usage behavior according to age group were analyzed and a video analysis of unmanned camera data for park management was conducted. On the average, the use of children's parks during spring and autumn was more than twice that during summer, and the use rate of children's parks located in old central districts by elderly people was relatively higher than the use rate of those located in housing development district. Overall, the usage ratio (24.6%) by elderly people was high, and their usage ratio (31.3%) in the morning period from dawn was significantly high. Among the usage behaviors, the rate at which dogs walk was analyzed to be somewhat high. As the usage ratio by elderly people is high with diverse usage behavior, it is necessary to provide complex functions to children's parks in the future.

Although many organizations have implemented and used ERP systems for years, industry reports point out that the usage level does not reach their expectation. As a result, they do not enjoy the benefits from the investment into ERP systems. This study attempts to develop a research model and test the model empirically for identifying factors that affect the usage of an ERP system at a public organization. This study has classified potential factors into three groups of technical system characteristics (usability, usefulness), organizational support characteristics (operational support, education and training, evaluation and measurement), and user characteristics (organizational citizenship, self-efficacy). Then, a structural equation model has been established on the basis of previous literature and tested with empirical data. In summary, this study has found that self-efficacy, usefulness, and operational support have an effect on the ERP usage. Self-efficacy is the strongest factor; Usefulness is the second; and the third is operational support. On the contrary to the previous literature, this study has not found a significant effect of organizational citizenship on the usage. The result confirms that an organization can increase the ERP usage by improving the usefulness of an ERP system to some extent. However, to boost the usage further, the result implies that organizations need to strengthen the self-efficacy of their members by reinforcing operational support, providing education and training steadily, and establishing an evaluation mechanism in relation with the ERP usage.

It is accomplished on the practical usage for STEP in enterprise. But they has feeble grasp of STEP, therfore it is hard to apply. That is due to take a negative policy with the lack of advertising and understanding, most of studies are going on a studentlike attitude rather than the practical usage or implementation, so they don't know exactly what is STEP, and how can they apply to their own enterprise. This paper aimed to present more detail understanding of STEP usage and practical usage of STEP data in enterprise. We describe EXPRESS that is description method of STEP, four ways of implementation method, and introduce to using ST-Developer and ST-Oracle by STEP Tools Inc. for more detail understand of STEP. Thereafter we propose practical usage of STEP with CAD systems and PDM systems on the knowledge of previous study, and propose total system implementation image on STEP data in enterprise, finally discuss conclusion and luther study issues.

The concept causing all the fuss is "the utility computing or the usage-based IT service", which now represents the future for IT asset in all aspects of the way they work in business, the commercial and public sector. The core of "utility computing or usage-based IT service" is changing the IT assert from "ownership" to "borrowing", which enables managers to get greater utilization of data-centre resources at lower operating costs. This trend is spreaded in public sector centering the Governmental Internet data Center of Korea(NCIA). So, it has need to make an usage-based IT service model that is suitable for public sector. In this paper, we propose the usage-based IT service model that is composed of IT service framework, service pricing model and IT service architecture.

The purpose of this study are to obtain basic materials that can be fulfil effective using of space by consider living behavior and attitude, a furniture usage and a space usage according to the usage of bed in An-Bang. It also suggests a plan about a method of furniture usage that is reflected resident’s living behavior and attitude, desire, consciousness through the space evaluation. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follow : 1, The case of husband’s age was less than 47, and the educational level of husband and wife was above a university graduate, the percentage of possession of bed was high. 2. According to the usage of bed, this study showed difference of furniture usage, and that of life action. 3. According to the usage of bed, there were significant differences in the luxury by result of the space evaluation. 4. Also, there were significant differences in a satisfaction of atmosphere, and an area by satisfaction of furniture usage. 5. According to the usage of bed, the influence of each independent variable appeared differently by result of regression analysis to see the space evaluation effect on space satisfaction.
