시간 제한 조건을 고려한 유전 알고리즘 기반 다수 무인기 임무계획기법 (Genetic algorithm based multi-UAV mission planning method considering temporal constraints)

  • 다수 무인기 체계에서 임무할당은 임무 수행 능력을 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문은 유전 알고리즘에 기반한 임무계획기법을 제안한다. 본 기법을 통해 제한 조건을 만족하면서, 임무 완료 시간을 최소화하는 해를 구할 수 있다. 임무 할당 문제의 최적해를 구하기 위해서는 계산량이 많이 필요하므로 본 기법이 해를 구하는 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 기법은 현실 세계의 다양한 종류의 무인기, 임무, 제한 조건을 고려하였다. 제안된 기법은 각 무인기의 임무 시퀀스와 제한 조건 만족을 위한 임무 별 대기 시간을 도출한다. 다양한 수치적 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 임무 종료 시간을 최소화하는 임무계획 기법의 성능을 확인하였다.

불확실한 운영비용과 탄소세를 고려한 CCS 기반시설의 전략적 계획 (Strategic Planning of Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Infrastructure Considering the Uncertainty in the Operating Cost and Carbon Tax)

  • 이산화탄소 포집 및 저장(CCS) 기반시설은 온실가스 배출량의 획기적인 감축과 관련하여 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. CCS 기반시설에 있어서의 구체적인 과제는 넓은 지역에 다양하게 분포되어 있는 대규모 방출원으로부터 $CO_2$를 포집한 뒤 수송하여 적절한 저장사이트에 주입하는 일련의 과정을 상업적 규모로 실증하는 것이다. CCS 기반시설의 상업적 도입을 위해 기술 경제적 타당성을 분석하는 많은 연구들이 수행되어 왔다. 하지만, 하나의 일관된 분석을 하기 위해 $CO_2$ 배출량, $CO_2$ 감축 비용, 탄소세 등과 같은 다양한 데이터의 불확실성들이 존재한다. CCS 기반시설을 설계 및 운영하는데 있어 이러한 데이터의 불확실성들을 고려한 연구들은 거의 진행되어 오지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 CCS 기반시설을 설계 및 운영하는 데 있어 불확실한 데이터인 CCS 운영비용과 탄소세를 고려한 2 단계 확률론적 계획 모델을 개발 하였다. 제시된 모델은 데이터의 불확실한 환경에도 불구하고 $CO_2$ 감축목표를 만족시키기 위해 $CO_2$ 포집, 저장, 수송 등 CCS 기반시설의 최적 설계 및 운영 전략을 결정할 수 있게 하고, 요구되는 연간 $CO_2$ 총 비용을 예측 가능하게 한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제안한 모델의 타당성을 평가하기 위해 우리나라의 실제 사례에 적용해 보았다. 이 사례 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다양한 불확실한 요소들이 존재하는 환경하에 CCS 기반시설을 설계 및 운영하는 데 있어 최적의 결정을 제시할 것이다.

Hybrid Genetic Algorithms for Solving Reentrant Flow-Shop Scheduling with Time Windows

  • The semiconductor industry has grown rapidly, and subsequently production planning problems have raised many important research issues. The reentrant flow-shop (RFS) scheduling problem with time windows constraint for harddisk devices (HDD) manufacturing is one such problem of the expanded semiconductor industry. The RFS scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the makespan of jobs is considered. Meeting this objective is directly related to maximizing the system throughput which is the most important of HDD industry requirements. Moreover, most manufacturing systems have to handle the quality of semiconductor material. The time windows constraint in the manufacturing system must then be considered. In this paper, we propose a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) for improving chromosomes/offspring by checking and repairing time window constraint and improving offspring by left-shift routines as a local search algorithm to solve effectively the RFS scheduling problem with time windows constraint. Numerical experiments on several problems show that the proposed HGA approach has higher search capability to improve quality of solutions.

  • Recently, in accordance with increase of the desire for Sports for All(Life Sports), the swimming pools in many areas are under construction. However, since they used many of the reflexible finish-materials on account of the characteristics of hydrophilic space, most of the Indoor Swimming Pools are generating the excessive reverberation. Such reverberation is bringing about the problem that obstructs the oral communication between the coach and the player, and the Clearness of Sound, besides the sport activity. On this viewpoint, on the object of the actually built indoor swimming pool, after the conduct of an optimized acoustics design by the remodeling through a computer simulation, and by carrying out the Psycho-Acoustics Experiment utilizing of Auralization Technique which is able to experience Virtual Sound Field at the stage of designing, then this thesis has attempted to appraise on the acoustic condition after the completion of construction. It is considered that such result of the study could be utilized as the useful data that enables to improve the curtailment effect of construction cost as well as the acoustic capability, by means of the presupposition control on the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar indoor swimming pool is planning to build, henceforth.

영화를 활용한 건축 및 의사소통의 융합 교육 방법 - 다큐멘터리 <말하는 건축가>를 중심으로 - (The Research on Convergence Education Method of Architecture and Communication Using Film - Focused , a Documentary Film -)

  • This paper proposes a convergence education method that combines architecture and communication through a documentary film entitled the Talking Architecture. The purpose of this program is to propose a new teaching and learning method for architecture education and investigates what would be an effective method of communication for architects. As mentioned above, this paper proposes a teaching method and a model applicable to actual classes based on the Talking Architect. It is proved that the method can be used for various types of classes and fields such as architectural expression, architectural planning and designing, housing theory, building structure, building materials, and other subject matters. In addition, this paper explores how architects communicate as described in the film. The findings show the potential of integrity, negotiating capability, and the convergent method of thinking and communication between the humanities and architecture as a positive communication model for architects. This paper opens up the possibilities for convergence education in the field of engineering education through three key words: film, architecture, and communication. And this paper is worth in that it is a useful method for developing convergence courses and team-teaching courses.

기술제안서의 개발조직 부문에 관한 정량적 평가 (A Quantitative Evaluation on Developmental Organization of Technical Proposals)

  • The technical proposal suggested and published by MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication, henceforth MIC) contains too general assessment elements, which causes qualitative and subjective assessment of technical proposals. Thus, in terms of the technical proposal assessment. It lacks In fairness, validity and accuracy. Furthermore, it has a great deal of difficulty in assessment caused by the inconsistency between proposal planning and assessment methods. Also, each company has different writing format, so it is impossible to make use of its maneuvering data for the assessment. To overcome these weaknesses, our research focused on a quantitative evaluation on development organization, which is a part of organizational and administrative part of the technical proposal suggested and published by MIC. In this research, we divided development organization for the technical proposal into organization, teams, and team members, and then studied addition, deletion and merging for the assessment criteria. For the related study, we chose especially CMM(Capability Maturity Model) from a lot of international and national references, which is a model measuring the maturity of organization, and then we focused on Small-CMM which is available in the small-sized organization. We also suggested input form, description method, assessment elements for the quantitative assessment in the chosen developmental organization, and finally we proposed standard referencing criteria for the assessment. Our study concludes that our assessment method are valid and available in comparison with the previous Delphi method through a validity evaluation test.

Water, Energy, and Food Nexus Simulation Considering Inter-Basin Trade

  • The Water, Energy, and Food (WEF) nexus is an emerging concept for sustainable resources planning and management. The three valuable resources are inevitably interconnected, that is, it takes water to produce energy; it takes energy to extract, treat, and distribute water; and both water and energy are required to produce food. Although it is challenging to fully understand the complicated interdependency, a few studies have been devoted to interpret the concept and develop the assessment tools. The tools were mainly developed for nation-wide simulations without considering inter-basin or inter-state resources trade. This study tries to present an idea to develop and implement the WEF nexus simulation model in regional scale by advancing the existing nation-wide model with additional capability to simulate the inter-basin trade. This simulation could help local planners and engineers to determine optimal policies and infrastructure solutions to reach and ensure local demand satisfaction. The simulation model is implemented in hypothetical areas with different conditions of WEF demands and supplies. Although the inter-basin trade scenarios are simulated manually, it shows that the inter-basin resources trade could enhance the resources security for a longer time period. In future, an optimization model might be developed to provide the automatic calculation to reach optimum amount of WEF for the trade, which can be a helpful tool in decision making process.

  • 이 논문은 산업 낙후지역의 제도적 역량 구축의 가능성과 한계점을 고찰하기 위해 강원도 춘천시의 산업클러스터 정책 기획단계에서부터 현재까지의 진화과정을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 춘천시의 제도적 역량구축 과정을 살펴본 결과, IT 클러스터 기획에 대한 춘천시의 오류가 존재했으며, 비전제시자의 변화에 따른 클러스터 정책의 불일치, 지방정부지원형 IT 기업의 혁신역량 부족 등의 문제가 한계점으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 한계점으로 인해, 춘천시는 IT 클러스터 형성에 필요한 제도적 혁신역량의 축적에 성공하지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

정부의 인공지능 도입에 관한 분석: 중앙정부조직을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Government's Introduction to Artificial Intelligence(AI): Focusing on the Central Government Organizations)

  • 지능형 정부를 구성하기 위해 인공지능(AI)의 도입의 필요성이 대두되기 시작하였다. 이에따라 본 연구는 중앙정부 조직의 AI 도입에 영향을 미치는 조직의 특성으로서 '조직 민첩성'과 '활용적 & 탐색적 조직학습', '전자정부의 역량'을 조작화 하여 독립변수로 설정하였다. 이후 정책 기획을 주로 실시하는 중앙정부 조직 '부'와 정책 집행을 주로 수행하는 '청'조직의 AI 도입여부를 종속변수로 구축한 후, 각각의 두 모형에 대해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 부 조직은 조직 민첩성이 증가할수록 AI를 도입하였으며, 청 조직은 전자정부 역량이 증가할수록 AI를 도입하는 것이 도출되었다. 이때, 청 조직의 조직학습 수준과 전자정부 역량 변수간의 상호작용항을 파악한 결과, 활용적 조직학습은 전자정부 역량에 따른 AI 도입의 영향력을 상쇄시켰으며, 탐색적 조직학습은 이를 촉진하였다. 본 연구는 AI 도입을 위한 전략 수립 시 중앙정부 조직의 특성에 따라 주목할 핵심 개념을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

A Model for Developing Urban Innovation Clusters

  • This paper seeks to build on previous work conducted by Porter, Devol, Florida, Bahrami and Evans, Wennberg and Lindqvist, and others contained in the literature, to construct a new way of looking at innovation cluster development. It seeks to describe the key elements contained in the research that serve as building blocks for innovation clustering, adding analysis dimensions that aim to further illuminate understanding of this process. It compares those building block characteristics to the innovation topography of U.S. urban centers, to shed light on a new framework through which urban innovation cluster formation can be considered. It identifies three building block analysis categories: 1) Technological Capability and Capacity (TCC); 2) Intellectual Propulsion Capacity (IPC); and 3) Structural Creative Inspiration (SCI). These three pillars form the architecture for creation of a Strategic Innovation Network (SIN), upon which clustering can be systematically analysed and built. The purpose of the SIN is to optimally organize and connect all available resources that include physical, financial, and human, such that innovation clustering is inspired, encouraged, nurtured, and ultimately constructed as fully functioning socio-economic organisms that provide both local and regional benefits. It is designed to aid both private enterprise and public policy leaders in their strategic planning considerations, and to enhance urban economic development opportunities.
