$SnO_2$ films were annealed in a vaccum atmosphere conditions to research the temperature dependency of current-voltage characteristics in according to the bonding structures. The $SnO_2$ film annealed in a vacuum became an amorphous structure but films annealed in an atmosphere condition had a crystal structure. The defects or depletion layer were formed by the electron-hole combination after annealing processes, and the electrical properties were changed depending on the crystal structure, binding energy and the variation of carriers. $SnO_2$ became more crystal-structural with increasing the annealing temperature, and the current increased at $SnO_2$ film annealed at $150^{\circ}C$ with Schottky current.

This study is to find out solutions to the problems of multicultural families which are becoming social problems. The results of this study are as follows : First, it is necessary to change government and public perception about multicultural families and society. Second, it is necessary to consider expanding and operating a counseling center for the support of multicultural families' human rights violations, labor issues, and life problems. Third, the efforts of related organizations and organizations including the government to diversify contents, subjects and programs of multicultural education are needed. Fourth, there is a need for a separate district development such as multicultural special zones.

This paper written by Choi Bu based on "Piaohailu". This book consists of 3 volumes and it is his travelogue; Choi Bu has departed from Jeju Island to Naju, Jeolla province in the end of 1487, but it drifted on his way, so arrived to Zhejiang Province, China(Mid-Ming Dynasty) in early 1488. In this place, he interrogated with a reason for Japan pirates, but he released soon. And his waterway journey from Hangzhou to Beijing, he had received the award in Beijing which is the grace of the Emperor;and his land route journey from Beijing through Liaodong to Uiju, Pingan Province. Afterwards, this book had been translated in Japanese, English etc; and it had been awarded an alias of 'Chaoxian's Marco Polo'.From the description of the characters in the Mid-Ming Dynasty in the work of Pyohae-rok, the essay makes a study on the knowledge of ancient Korean scholars to China, and looks at the different social and political aspects and characteristics of the Ming Dynasty from the eyes of Korean scholars. It summarizes that when we face history squarely, it is important to refer to and draw on the foreign works recorded by ancient Korean scholars.

By using the high tensile steel plate (SPFH590) 1 Primary normal shear process clearance was studied through an experiment for the effect of the second shaving process in this study. Experiment result, Shaving process in the case of processed 15% of the Primary normal shear process clearance was some residual surface does not remove it completely. and Shaving process of shearing products by the general shearing process clearance of 10% it was found that the wider the size of shear surface. The shear surface of 93% occurred in case of the clearance of general shearing process is 10% and the Shaving clearance is 2%, The shear surface of 87% were to occur in case of the Shaving clearance is 3%.

This study analyzed the effect of workplace innovation on business performance and labor condition improvement. The study results showed that work process standardization and quality control positively affected business performance. Also, downsizing, reducing individual subcontract, expanding non-core business outsourcing positively affected both business performance and labor condition improvement. In addition, labor union's participation moderated the effect of work process innovation on business performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of workplace innovation comprehensively and extending the scope of study to personal employee dimension.

In order to clarify the impact of emissions reductions on the air quality over Metropolitan area of Korean Peninsula, several numerical experiment and analysis of integrated process rate(IPR) of ozone were carried out. Numerical models used in this study are WRF for the estimate the meteorological elements and CMAQ for assessment of ozone concentration. As result in the sensitive test of VOC/NOx reduction experiments, although VOC reduction tends to induce the different impact on the advection and photochemical reaction rate of ozone in urban area and rural area, the mechanism of ozone appeared to be more sensitive to the reduction of VOC than that of NOx over the metropolitan and its surround area. So the control of VOC emission inventories is an effective means to decrease the ozone concentrations around this area.

Qi Baishi is a prolific master of modern Chinese painting in the 20th century and a profound influence on modern Chinese painting. With a lifetime of diligence and pursuit, he brought the development of traditional Chinese literati painting to the palace of world art. Qi Baishi's paintings have very different styles and rich connotations. There is a childlike "Plantain Crowd", which is childish but full of interest. There is also a simple and old-fashioned "Peony" in the late years, vigorous and powerful, moving heartstrings. There is also the irony of the present world, refuting the ugly "Tumbler", which is thought-provoking. Of course, the most worthy of study is Qi Baishi's landscape paintings. His landscape paintings surpassed their era and have unique historical value in the transformation of modern Chinese landscape painting. Logistics companies have rapidly developed as an important component of economic activities, but due to the special performance management method of logistics companies, problems in performance evaluation are emerging. This paper presented a strategy for improving performance by analyzing the management performance of 19 listed logistics companies in China. Operating expenses, R&D expenses, labor costs, and general management expenses were adopted as input variables, and operating profit and net profit were adopted as output variables. DEA efficiency was assessed by the BBC model from 2016 to 2021 using DEAP 2.1 software. As a result of analyzing the annual management performance, some listed logistics companies showed stable and forward-looking performance results.
