DRT should have higher positive benefits to become the public transit than the current backcountry buses having demand deficiency and operation problems. The study examines the factors for activating DRT through importance and performance analysis(IPA) and applies the IPA gap theory to find relationship between the current buses and DRT in the mixed operation area. As a result, the operation area is the urgent improving factor and the next ones are transfer related factors, on-time arrival, safe driving, operation time and vehicles. According to the gap theory to activate DRT and reduce the current bus system, in the case that performance is smaller than importance, the performance of transfer, operating time and area, and vehicles should be up. In the case that performance is higher than importance, the performance of luggage space, vehicle clean, safe driving, operator kindness, transfer, operating elements, and fare should keep going.

In this study, what is motivation factors through academic study about whether to choose a career for chef and analysis career choice motives and IPA between importance and satisfaction and motivation was to analyze the impact of factors affecting satisfaction. The impact on job satisfaction according to the chef choose the real motivation, self-centered, values, etc., but having a significant impact on satisfaction stable did not have any effect on satisfaction. Therefore, the management runs the company makes employees motivate to engage in promoting stability through increased opportunities to employees, the ability to demonstrate opportunities, compensation, career development, work environment improvement. In addition, unlike the restaurant operated by individually casinos and luxury hotels apply overtime, laundry service, employee cafeteria, night shift allowances, operated by the Labor Standards Act such work 40 hours, but the non-corporate individual restaurant or newly opened hotels that still don't have it showed the low importance for welfare benefits, and expected to have a high turnover rate.

The purposes of the study is to evaluate the discrepancy between user's expectation and satisfaction degree in the service of uTradeHub. In this regard, this study infers general solutions in order to induce the intersection area using IPA technique. Then this paper will present directions to improve the service of uTradeHub. In terms of methodology, this article disclosed that IPA model approach is greatly useful to evaluate user's attribute. First, variables like the link of different works(f1), trust of system(f4), information connection(f7) are located on the first quadrant. This means that importance and satisfaction are all high variables for user. So, this is very important variables that need continuous administration in order to maintain present state. Second, variables such as the speed of information acquisition(f2), improvement of use(f3), stability of system(f5) are located on the second quadrant. This means that user's importance is high but user's satisfaction is low. Therefore, this area needs an active improvement strategy and quick maintenance for e-Trade application. Third, variables like the appropriateness of information usage fees(f8), easy subscription(f9), customer support service(f10) are located on the third quadrant. Because these variables are all low for user's importance and satisfaction, we have to arrange strong and radical remedy for e-Trade service. Finally, variables like information offer(f6) are located on the fourth quadrant. This means that user's satisfaction is high but user's importance is low. The research result suggests that e-Trade service development would be re-organised as much as user feels the importance of process innovation.

A series of novel effector molecules secreted by the type three secretion system (T3SS) of Shigella spp. have been reported in recent years. In this study, a proteomic approach was applied to study T3SS effectors systematically. First, proteins secreted by the S. flexneri wild-type strain after Congo Red induction were separated and identified using two-dimensional electrophoresis to display the relative abundance of all kinds of early effectors for the first time. Then, a gene deletion mutant of known virulence repressor (OspD1) and a gene overexpressed mutant of two known virulence activators (MxiE and IpgC) were constructed and analyzed to discover potential late effectors. Furthermore, the supernatant proteins of gene deletion mutants of two known translocators (IpaB and IpaD), which would constantly secrete effectors, were also analyzed. Among all of the secreted proteins identified in our study, IpaH1.4, IpaH_5, and IpaH_7 have not been reported before. These proteomics data of the secreted effectors will be valuable to understand the pathogenesis of S. flexneri.

The purpose of this study is to develop and present a strategic framework for mobile Internet marketing in the $Web^2$ environment. The $Web^2$ mobile Internet marketing is characterized by services, such as augmented reality and social network services. Considering the changes in the effects and types of advertisements in the mobile Internet, few studies of mobile advertisements have been conducted thus far in the $Web^2$ environment, including the cloud computing environment. Accordingly, this research aims to identify the relationships between importance and satisfaction and to uncover the characteristics of mobile advertisements through smart phones using the IPA (Importance-performance Analysis) methodology in the $Web^2$ environment. To induce the minimum required characteristics of a mobile advertisement in terms of the importance and satisfaction of IPA, Kano's model is applied to this analysis. The study also probes the relationships between the overall satisfaction and factors of each dimension of IPA through a regression analysis. As a result, this study presents four types of $Web^2$ mobile Internet marketing strategies. It was also confirmed that the maintenance reinforcement factors of the IPA dimension affect the degree of overall satisfaction. This study has implications for businesses and researchers preparing $Web^2$ mobile services and marketing.

This paper presents a scientometric analysis of the growth of literature output in the field of Hepatitis covered in three bibliographic databases namely MEDLINE, CINAHL and IPA. The literature covered in three databases for the period 1984-2003 was considered. MEDLINE covered the maximum of 75750 records during the study period 1984 to 2003. This is followed by CINAHL and IPA databases. It is found that the annual growth rate of literature in a particular field of knowledge will not be uniform and in order to measure the rate of growth from year after year, the application of RGR is quite appropriate. The RGR has shown a decreasing trend, with a slight fluctuation of growth rate for the years 1985 and 1997. The output by colleges, universities, corporate sector and research institutions with reference to RGR and Dt has shown mixed results such as increasing trend, decreasing trend and fluctuation trend. Hepatitis research indicates a different picture when the RGR and Dt were calculated by year-wise both in terms of number of papers and number of pages.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors affecting the intention to use the IPA focusing on functional characteristics. Based on the research result, this research has significance in that it not only suggested strategic guidelines for the related business operators, it also helped identify the factors that will influence the intention to use an intelligent personal assistant centering on the functional characteristics of the IPA. Design/methodology/approach Accordingly, in an attempt to identify factors that will influence the intention to use the intelligent personal assistant, we proposed a research model, together with a corresponding hypothesis, which incorporates the functional characteristics (personalization, anthropomorphism, autonomy, communication ability, contextual offer) and perceived enjoyment of the intelligent personal assistant into a technology acceptance model. To verify the research hypothesis of this research, we have conducted a questionnaire survey with individuals who have used an intelligent personal assistant as target. And with the data collected from 215 copies of the questionnaire survey, we have carried out a path analysis using the PLS structural equation. Findings As a result, it turned out that, of the IPA functional characteristics, personalization had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, autonomy had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Also, communication ability had a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment, and anthropomorphism and contextual offer had a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment and turned out to be major factors that increased the use intention of intelligent personal assistant.

Korea's labor productivity in construction sites is dependent on experience and act in accordance with the human element of the construction workers. In order to increase the work productivity of the construction site that requires a strategic management to potentially hindrance factors of labor productivity. However, without considering the potential problems, management of labor productivity in prior studies is focused only on the immediate problems. The purpose of this study is to compare the site-specific analysis of labor productivity impediments using easy IPA to identify potential causes. As a result of the analysis was to identify the realistic problems of job insecurity and poor working conditions as well as economic problems. It is expected that it is possible to provide the basic data to strategy suggestions for long-term labor productivity improvement of the construction site.

The main purposes of this study is to examine a local restaurants menus' importance and satisfaction of the servicescape. Survey was collected by December 1 through December 31 2015, in the region Kijang County. the data from this survey were analyzed by using various statistical techniques including frequency tables, factor analysis, reliability test, and IPA. Results of IPA analysis showed that menu consisted of local products is the highest average value, and it means the local food restaurants need to use the nostalgic marketing techniques. In addition, menus are currently for sale in order to attract continuing foreign tourists as perceived by Busan residents Kijang. Therefore, the local food restaurants need to revive the traditional flavors and recipes coming down area from ancient times. Based on these results, this study will contribute to provide fundamental information for developing marketing strategies especially local food restaurants.

The requests for speech-recognition for multi-language in field of game and the necessity of multi-language system, which expresses one phonetic model from many different kind of language phonetics, has been increased in field of game industry. Here upon, the research regarding development of multi-national language system which can express speeches, that is consist of various different languages, into only one lexical model is needed. In this paper is basic research for establishing integrated system from multi-language lexical model, and it shows the system which recognize Korean and English speeches into IPA(International Phonetic Alphabet). We focused on finding the IPA model which is satisfied with Korean and English phoneme one simutaneously. As a result, we could get the 90.62% of Korean speech-recognition rate, also 91.71% of English speech-recognition rate.
