HSPA의 기술이 발전되어 오면서 WCDMA 망을 활용한 PS 기반의 서비스는 계속적으로 발전되어 오고 있다. 그러나 다양한 IP-CAN 과의 연동을 고려한 서비스 구조에 대해서는 더욱 연구가 되어야한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 IMS 기반의 서비스 개발에 있어서 고려되어야 하는 IMS 서비스 구조에 대해서 연구한다.

본 논문에서는 수출형 소 용량 태양광 인버터를 설계, 제작하였으며, 실제 제품을 제작하였다. 해당 제품은 VDE-AR-N_4105 및 VDE V 0126-1-1규정에 준하는 무변압기 방식 태양광 인버터로서 안정적이며 신뢰성 있는 동작을 할 수 있도록 절연레벨, 누설전류 및 기타 계통의 안정성 판단을 2개의 CPU에서 동시에 감시하도록 설계하였다. 또한 높은 IP등급을 만족하도록 설계되어 실외에서도 안정적이고 신뢰성 있는 동작을 할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

CDMA 이동전화 서비스가 활성화되면서 유선과 무선의 경계를 허무는 대표적인 서비스로 Wireless PABX 서비스가 등장하였다. PABX(사설교환기)가 설치된 지역에서는 이동전화 단말기가 무선전화기를 대체하며 이 지역을 벗어날 경우 일반 이동전화기로 동작하는 서비스이다. SKTelecom은 Wireless PABX(이하 모바일존 서비스) 서비스를 제공하기 위해 기존의 CDMA2000 1X 시스템의 확장 시스템과, ALL-IP 시스템의 Multi-vendor 시스템을 채택하였다. 이러한 Multi-vendor 시스템의 관리와 서비스 품질관리를 위하여 SKTelecom은 고장관리시스템 구성 관리시스템, 서비스 품질감시 시스템 등의 망관리시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문은 이동전화 서비스와 모바일존 서비스의 차이점을 분석하고, 고장/구성/품질관리 시스템을 통한 효율적인 서비스 관리방안을 제안한다.

The need for open architecture based IP network is becoming increasingly critical because the electric power industry has begun to upgrade to digital systems. In this paper, we implemented IPv6 testbed and experimented IPv6 performance actually for examination on IPv6 applications to electric power communication network. We achieved preliminary tests relevant to IPv6 to solve expected problems before.

This paper presents the results of research on developing marine unified communications to provide VoIP service based on marine satellites. With the recent popularity of smart-phones and other mobile devices, the demand for Internet-based wired and wireless unified technology has been growing in marine environments, and increasing interest is being directed to VoIP products and service models with high price competitiveness and the ability to deliver a variety of services. In this regard, this research designed three instruments, developed their unit modules, and verified their performances. These three instruments included the following: (1) a marine VoIP module equipped with an analogue gateway that can be linked to the existing devices used in vessels, which is more than 80% smaller than that of a land system; (2) a text/voice/video engine for marine satellite communications that runs on technology that minimizes communication data usage, which is a core technology for a marine VoIP service; and (3) a unified communication service that can support multilateral cloud-based message conversations, telephone number-based call functions, and voice/video calling between a private space in a ship and shore.

In this paper, we suggest criteria for objective measurement of speech quality in mobile VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services over wireless mobile internet such as mobile WiMAX networks. This is the case that voice communication service is available under other networks. When mobile VoIP service users in the mobile internet network based on packet call up PSTN and mobile network users, but there have not been relevant quality indexes and quality standards for evaluating speech quality of mobile VoIP. In addition, there are many factors influencing on the speech quality in packet network. Especially, if the degraded speech with packet loss transfers to the other network users through the handover, voice communication quality is significantly deteriorated by the transformation of speech codecs. In this paper, we eventually adopt the Gilbert-Elliot channel model to characterize packet network and assess the voice quality through the objective speech quality method of ITU-T P. 862. 1 MOS-LQO for the various call scenario from mobile VoIP service user to PSTN and mobile network users under various packet loss rates in the transmission channel environments. Our simulation results show that transformation of speech codecs results in the degraded speech quality for different transmission channel environments when mobile VoIP service users call up PSTN and mobile network users.

This study was arranged to investigate effects of maternal nursing potential on immune metabolites in blood, body weight gain and occurrence of disease in Hanwoo calves. Forty experimental calves were used and allocated into two groups with different maternal nursing potential. Thus, high or low maternal nursing potential group had twenty calves, respectively. The concentrations of IGF-I, RBC, Ca and IP in blood were similar between two groups, except for RBC. RBC concentration in blood from high maternal nursing potential group was significantly higher compared with low maternal nursing potential group at 5 days after birth (p<0.05). The concentrations of IgG, albumin, total protein and GGT in blood were similar between two groups during the whole experimental period. The days from birth had no effects on the concentration of IgG, albumin and GGT in blood from two groups, except for total protein. Similarly, the maternal nursing potential had no direct effect on body weight of calves, but body weight in high maternal nursing potential group tended to be higher compared with low maternal nursing potential group at 6 months age. The occurrence of respiratory disease and diarrhea in high maternal nursing potential group was relatively lower compared with low maternal nursing potential group. Therefore, the present study indicating that maternal nursing potential had effect on growth, and immune system in relation to disease in calves.

The ubiquitous technology, leading the stream of change in telecommunication market, makes VoIP a foundation technology to enter NGN era. With this trend in mind, VoIP providers try to satisfy customer needs and invest on R&D in order to survive in this emerging market. The critical issues to VoIP providers are two fold the first one is to find out the quality attributes of Internet telephony service; and the second one is to assess the impact they have on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer performance. In this study, we attempt to empirically answer the above two issues employing SEM (structural equation modeling) and AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and suggest strategic guidelines for successful deployment of Internet telephony service.

최근 4G 이동통신 시스템의 진화를 위한 단계로 기존의 이동통신 시스템을 유지하면서 효율 극대화를 통한 비용 절약 측면과 고 주파수 대역을 이용한 셀 간격의 협소화로 인해 나타나는 문제점에 대한 대안으로 커버리지 확대와 데이터 처리율 향상을 위한 IEEE 802.16j 표준화 작업이 진행 중에 있다. 향후 VoIP 서비스를 위한 업링크 스케줄링 기법으로 몇 가지가 IEEE 802.16j에 제시되어 있으나, 본 논문에서는 보이스 트래픽 특성 및 수학적 모델링을 통하여 기존 방법들보다 더 효율적인 대역 이용을 통해 같은 대역폭 대비 성능과 용량 면에서 개선된 스케줄링 기법인 eertPS를 제시하여 IEEE 802.16j Multi-Hop 환경하에서도 대역 효율적인 VoIP 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 창업 성장단계별 특허분석 요인들의 중요도와 우선순위를 제시하였고, 구체적으로 창업준비기, 창업기, 성장기, 성숙기 창업 성장단계 기준으로 구분하여 가장 먼저 선행되어야 할 특허분석 요인을 AHP기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 창업준비기(.633), 창업기(.231), 성장기/성숙기(0.136) 순으로 나타났다. 상위요인인 창업준비기의 하위요인 중요도는 환경분석(.593), 특허조사(.236), 특허분석(.171) 순으로 분석되었다. 창업기의 하위요인 중요도는 사업화전략(.415), R&D전략(.333), 보완출원전략(.138), 보유특허분석(.114) 순이고, 성장기/성숙기 하위요인 중요도는 후속IP창출(.337), 핵심특허 대응전략(.260), 후속R&D방향제시(.183), 특허인프라구축(.137), 라이센싱(매입)전략(.083) 순으로 나타났다. 전체 복합신뢰도 상위권 중요도 순위로는 1위 환경분석, 2위 특허조사, 3위 특허분석, 4위 사업화전략, 5위 R&D전략, 6위 후속 IP창출 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 창업을 준비하는 창업자에게 특허와 관련하여 단계별 집중해야 하는 요인의 중요도와 우선순위를 제시하고 더 생산적이고 효율적인 일들에 집중할 수 있는 가이드가 되기를 바란다.
