최근 창조경제가 중요시 되면서 학습자 중심의 IP 교육이 각 대학별로 급속히 확산되고 IP 교육에 대한 관심과 요구가 급속히 높아지고 있는 반면 아직 이를 위한 교과과정 및 IP 교육 이수 인증(확인)에 대하여 충분히 갖추고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 IP 교육 모듈을 제시하고, IP 교육 이수 인증(확인)에 대한 필요성과 인증 방안을 제시한다. 지식재산인력 및 교육의 필요성과, 현재 운영되고 있는 지식재산교육의 현황 및 분석, 지식재산 선도 대학 전체의 지식재산 강좌 추세를 살펴본다. 이어 국내교육인증제도인 교육인증제와 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 교육들에 대하여 살펴보고, 교과운영모델(안)으로서 IP교육 8개 과정 모형, 지식재산 표준교육과정 교육 이수체계 및 교육모듈을 제시한다.

This paper proposes an enhanced transport protocol for multipeer communications. It is assumed that there exists a transport connection owner that takes the roles of the establishment, management and termination of a transport connection. The proposed protocol classifies the data transfer type into simplex, duplex and N-plex multicasts and provides several transport services to support various requirements in group communications. The general operations and reliability controls of each transfer type are different from one another and carried out by a shared control tree. The QoS negotiation is performed during the creation phase. The notification of negotiated values is followed by an acknowledgment procedure for confirmation. The four-way handshake is introduced. After negotiation, such a resource reservation protocol as RSVP can reserve system and network resources according to the arbitrated values. This paper suggests a conceptual model of the transport layer and its protocol behaviors over the IP multicast and RSVP network.

Ships and their cargos have been managed safely by positioning report system. However, little attention has been paid to safety of crew's works with danger. The attempt that used PHS inboard was before by the present authors. However, the functions were just voice call and mail exchange. The data acquisition from the terminal by proper control was not possible. Thus the position of the terminal was not available. As for the cell phone of next generation, GPS receiver and wireless LAN are installed by manufacturers. Therefore, we propose a system which uses a cell-phone with GPS receiver on a ship in order to promote the safety of ship's crew. We checked the availability of cell-phone GPS receiver at thirty different points inboard. The positioning was not possible in the areas further than 4m from the window. Then, we proposed the system which follows the positions of the crews and confirms their safety inboard by using the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) function by wireless LAN.

본 논문에서는 고성능 모바일 TFT LCD/OLED 모듈(이하, 모듈)을 위한 헨드헬드 검사장비를 제안한다. 기존 모듈 검사장비는 명멸현상을 구분하기 위해선 동영상 데이터를 모듈에 출력시켜 구분할 수 있으나, 저속 시스템으로는 불가능하다. 또한 기존 검사장치는 저속의 CPU와 FPGA 시스템에서 필요한 몇 가지의 기능을 IP로 설계하고 사용하기 때문에 시스템의 한계를 지니고 있다. 이에 제안한 시스템은 고성능 모바일 모듈을 위한 검사장비로 다양한 크기의 모듈을 H/W나 FPGA의 설계 변경 없이 검사 장비를 휴대하여 여러 가지 부가기능들을 동시에 확인할 수 있다. 시스템은 크게 헨드헬드 검사장비와 내장된 테스터 소프트웨어, 정밀 분석을 위한 PC기반의 소프트웨어로 구성되며, USB 인터페이스 하여 헨드헬드 검사장비의 모든 모듈 테스트 내용을 확인, 저장, 출력 할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 제안된 시스템의 유효성 검증은 현장에서 사용하는 9가지의 대표 항목으로 설정하여, 고성능 모바일 TFT LCD/OLED에서 중요한 명멸현상에 대한 풀 프레임 동영상 구동시 별도의 모듈 없이 확인이 가능하였고, 기타 스캔타임 설정, 감마설정, 레지스터 변경, 인터페이스 지원, 다 인치 모듈지원 등이 가능하였다.
