BICM Applied to Improved SOSTBC (개선된 SOSTBC 적용된 BICM)

  • In this paper, we propose a bit-interleaved coded modulation (BICM) a lied to improved super-orthogonal space-time block code(SOSTBC). The proposed system achieves a greater diversity gain than that of super-orthogonal space-time trellis code (SOSTTC) with similar decoding complexity. Since, using the improved SOSTBC, the bit diversity carl be full diversity of SOSTBC. In contrast, BICM applied to Jafarkhani's SOSTBC is difficult to achieve a greater diversity gain than that of SOSTTC, because every bit diversity of the system is 1.

Characteristics of Elderly Drivers' Reach Motion to Seat Belt (고령운전자 시트 벨트 뻗침 거동 특성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand motion characteristics of older drivers during reaching seat belt compared to young drivers and to provide design guidelines in order to reduce discomfort for the elderly. The whole body kinematics of each subject was captured using 12-camera motion analysis system. Subjective ratings on discomfort levels were obtained simultaneously using a questionnaire. This paper first presents the result of motion characteristics of elderly drivers' reach motion to seat belt. Compared to young drivers, older drivers performed seat belt reach motions less efficiently and moved slower due to mostly the movement error. Older drivers also made use of reduced joint range of motion in cervical left rotation, lumbar left rotation and right shoulder adduction, which can be explained by their reduced active range of motions (AROMs). To compensate for their reduced joint range of motion, older drivers rotated pelvis more.

  • Barium Titanate ($BaTiO_3$) is one of the few titanateds which is cubic at room temperature. It has the perovskite structure, high dielectric constant (${\varepsilon}_r=300$) and a small temperature coefficient of resistance due to it's Low transition temperature ($Tc=120^{\circ}c$). PTCR (Positive Temperature Coefficient of Resistivity) thermistor in thin film $BaTiO_3$ system was prepared by using radio frequency (13.56MHz) and BC magnetron sputter equipment. Polycrystalline, and surface structure characteristics of the specimens were measured by X-ray diffraction (D-Max3, Rigaku, Japan), SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy: M. JSM84 01, Japan), respectively. Temperature at below $600^{\circ}C$, $1000^{\circ}C$ to $700^{\circ}C$, and above $1100^{\circ}C$ for spotted $BaTiO_3$ thin films showed the amorphous, degree of crystal growth, and polycrystalline, respectively.

  • 데이터 마이닝 분야에서 앙상블 모형의 유용성은 널리 인정되고 있다. 앙상블을 구성하는 단위모형들 사이의 다양성이 보장되는 경우, 최종 모형의 정확성 및 안정성이 향상되기 때문이다. 하지만, 얼마나 많은 단위 모형들이 어떤 방식으로 결합되어야 하는가에 대해서는 아직도 더 많은 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 신용카드 부정사용 유형 중 하나인 현금불법융통 문제에 대해 앙상블 모형의 유용성을 검증하고자 한다. 부정행위 적발 모형은 전형적인 분류 문제의 한 유형이나, 클래스간 불균형이 매우 심하다는 특징이 있다. 따라서, 현금불법융통 문제에 적합한 다양성(Diversity) 척도를 개발하여 최소한의 단위모형들로 앙상블 모형을 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 축소된 앙상블 모형이 많은 수의 모형을 결합한 앙상블 모형과 거의 같은 정확성 및 안정성을 보임을 국내 신용카드사의 실제 자료를 사용하여 입증하였다.

  • Cable 접속장치인 정격 25.8kV 600/1200A Plug-in socket의 절연설계, 전계분포해석 및 열계해석을 위하여 전자계 및 열해석 프로그램인 Flux2D를 이용하여 simulation하였다. Plug-in접속장치의 shield형상을 변화하면서 각종 금구류 및 접속장치의 절연물의 연면전계강도를 계산하여 기준전계와 비교 검토하여 전계해석 하였다. 해석결과 shield 의 위치와 형상의 변화에 따라 socket내부의 전계강도를 완화시키는 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 열해석은 도체저항의 Joule 열원으로 입력하였으며, 정상상태에서의 은도 분포는 설계에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • For decompose carbon dioxide, manganese oxide was synthesized with $0.25M-MnSO_{4}{\cdot}nH_{2}O$ and 0.5M-NaOH by coprecipitation. We made magnetite deoxidized manganese oxide by hydrogen reduction for 1hour at $330^{\circ}C$. We investigated characteristics of catalyst, hydrogen reduction degree and decomposition rate of carbon dioxide. The structure of the hausmannite certified spinel type. The specific surface area of synthesized hausmannite and deoxidized hausmannite were $22.36m^{2}/g$, $33.56m^{2}/g$ respectively. The decomposition rate of $CO_{2}$ of deoxidized hausmannite was 57%.
