  • With the advent of high technologies such as the 4th Industrial Revolution and artificial intelligence and big data, efforts are being made to solve urban problems and improve the quality of life by applying new technologies in the smart city field. In addition, as carbon neutrality has emerged as an important issue due to global warming, smart city energy platform technologies such as urban energy management, efficiency improvement, and carbon reduction are in the spotlight. In order to effectively manage urban energy, energy resource information such as electricity, water, gas, hot water, heating, etc. must be collected from the management system of various energy utilities and managed on the central platform. The centrally integrated data is delivered to external city management systems that require city energy information through an energy platform. This study developed a CIM profile for smart city energy monitoring required to provide energy data to external systems. Electric data model were designed using the CIM class of IEC 61970, and water, gas, and heat data model were designed in compliance with the UML-based design ideas of IEC 61970.

  • 현재 차세대 지능형 전력망인 스마트 그리드의 연구와 투자가 본격적으로 진행되고 있다. 스마트 그리드의 중추적인 역할을 하는 변전소는 국제표준인 IEC 61850을 기반으로 진행되고 있으며 앞으로 범위를 넓혀 전력계통의 모든 과정을 표준화하고 자동화하는 표준이 필요하다. 이러한 모든 전력계통을 통합화하는 표준으로 IEC 61970 공통정보모델 CIM(Common Information Model)이 있다. CIM은 전력계통 전반에 사용되는 데이터, 장치, 연결 등을 포함하는 객체들을 나타내는 추상적 모델이다. 또한, 객체 클래스들을 이용하여 시스템을 통합하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 CIM에 대한 개요 및 구성에 대해 간단히 살펴보고 CIM이 구성하는 패키지에 대해서 알아본다. 또한, CIM과 IEC 61850의 차이점을 알아보고 현재 CIM과 IEC 61850의 Harmonization 현황에 대해 알아본다.

  • IEC 61970과 IEC 61968 시리즈에 의해 정의되는 CIM은 현재 EMS 내 어플리케이션의 모듈 통신성, transmission system electrical model들의 교환, DMS 구성 서비스를 위한 정보 교환에 적절하다. CIM은 Distribution operation에서 서로 다른 시스템을 가지는 기술적 해석 어플리케이션의 통합 과정을 촉진 시키는 데에 이용될 수 있지만, distribution network의 교환을 더욱 완벽하게 가능하게 하기 위한 모델 개선이 필요하다.

  • Distribution systems for operating the various systems should be operated organically. Distribution systems for organic operations extend the functionality of the system and system integration for the extension is doing. However, in systems integration for each unique non-standard definition of linkage and exchange systems are used. Non-standard definition of a unique linkage and exchange systems in the maintenance and expansion will result in many negative results. To solve these problems, the system and the exchange of information about the links between systems should define standards. IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) power to solve these problems in the field of the Common Information Model (Common Information Model, CIM) standard (IEC61970, IEC61968) is defined as the transmission and distribution system integration and standardization for the exchange of information. In this paper, standardized system for building CIM-based distribution automation system should describe the process of building. In addition, the process of establishing a common information model needed (CIM) defined and associated services for a defined set of models is proposed in the standardization process.

  • There is a wide variety of system and applications in the power system. However, they have compatibility issues because they use different data standard and communication method. With the introduction of the smart grid, power system has been grow and diversified. Therefore power system need to be compatible with each other and the interoperability between applications is increasingly important. Thus, the IEC established IEC61970 and CIM Standard data exchange model for interoperability and system integration. Server-Client system was constructed which using CIM HSDA(Part4), a standard communication model, presented in IEC 619710. Also, self-developed real-time voltage stability analysis application and contingency analysis application was used. CIM HSDA was used for data input and real-time analysis. Tolerance of result which is in the range of allowable derived by Perform real-time voltage stability and contingency analysis of Jeju power system, and then compare it's result with PSS/E result.

  • 현재 전력 시스템들은 폐쇄된 환경에서 각각 독립적으로 운영, 관리 되고 있다. 새로운 전력 공급원의 투입 및 예상치 않은 전력수요의 급증으로 야기되는 전력 계통의 동요 상태는 독립된 한 시스템의 데이터만으로 상황을 신속하게 예측하기가 어렵다. 따라서, 현재 동적인 전력 계통 상황에 대해 운전원들에게 신속하고 정확하게 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 기존 전력 계통운영 시스템들의 연동 및 데이터 연계의 문제를 고려하지 않을 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발 중에 있는 Synchro-Phasor 기반의 K-AMS(Korea Wide Area Monitoring System)를 소개하고, K-WAMS와 기존 시스템들과의 데이터 연계 및 교환을 위해 IEC 61970 표준 CIM(Common Information Model)기반의 데이터 스키마 설계 방법 및 각 전력 시스템들의 데이터 통합을 위해 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐인 SOA 기반의 설계 방법을 제안한다.
