무선 멀티캐스팅에서 이동 호스트의 기지국간 이동은 멀티캐스트 그룹 내의 이동과 그룹 외의 이동에 따라 각기 다른 신뢰성 문제가 발생한다. 그룹내의 기지국으로 이동시에는 이동 호스트가 원하는 데이터를 해당 기지국이 이미 삭제한 상태라면 이전의 기지국에서 필요한 데이터를 재전송하여야한다. 그룹 외의 기지국으로 이동시에도 역시 필요한 데이터를 포워딩해야한다. 이와 같은 데이터 재전송과 포워딩은 전송 지연과 대역폭의 낭비를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 무선 멀티캐스팅에서의 신뢰성 문제를 해결하기 위한 기법으로 IES(Information Exchange Scheme)을 제안한다. 제안된 IES에서는 멀티캐스트 그룹 기지국간에 멤버쉽과 데이터 수신 정보를 교환함으로써 MH의 이동 범위에 상관없이 신속하고 정확한 전송을 기대할 수 있다. IES를 평가하기 위해 기존의 기법들과 비교 분석하였고 그 결과로 제안된 IES가 효과적인 기법임을 증명한다.

The corrosion inhibitive effect of Poly (p-Anisidine) on iron in 1M HCl with various concentrations were studied by using electrochemical methods such as impedance measurements and polarization techniques. The inhibition efficiency (IE) of Poly (p- Anisidine) was compared with its monomer and it was observed that there is a remarkable increase for the polymer. Further, it is found that the value of IE increases with increasing concentrations for both monomer and polymer of p-Anisidine.

This paper refers to the flow of products from supplier to discount retailers(DRs). Discount retailers prefer frequent delivery of small amount because of limited storage space, while suppliers prefer less frequent delivery of larger amount in order to save transportation cost. In this paper we propose a heuristic algorithm to determine the amount of order and the frequency of delivery which decreases the expected length of stockout. We also evaluate various order policies for Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) system using simulation with real data.

In this study, a new method coupling of Element-Free Galerkin(EFG) method and Infinite Elements(IE) method is presented for extending application of the EFG method to engineering problems in unbounded domain. EFG method and IE method are briefly reviewed, and then the coupling procedure of the two methods is proposed. Numerical Algorithm by way of EFG-lE coupling technique is also developed. Numerical results illustrate the performance of the proposed technique. The accuracy of numerical solutions by the developed algorithm is guaranteed in comparing those of the other methods.
