Nowadays, the increasing global competition forces automobile manufacturer to increase quality and to reduce the cost and time for manufacturing planning. To solve these problems, automobile manufacturers try to apply digital manufacturing technologies. In this paper, a concept of method for planning the digital assembly system is proposed. Based on the requirements of assembly tasks obtained through product analysis, the function and sequence modeling for assembly process is executed using the IDEF0 and UML model. For implementation of digital assembly system, the selected components are modeled by using 3D CAD tools. According to the system configuration strategy, lots of the alternative solutions for the assembly system are generated. Finally, the optimal assembly system is chosen by the evaluation of the alternative solutions with TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. According to proposed procedure, digital laser welding system is implemented in DELMIA.

주소정보 데이터베이스가 구축되고 있는 현재의 우편환경에서 이를 기반으로 한 제품 및 서비스의 제공과 활용이 요구되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 운용 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 제품/서비스의 국내외 현황 및 상호연관관계 등에 대한 분석을 수행하고, 이를 토대로 필요 제품/서비스의 단계적 전개 방안을 도출하고, 관리 및 제공을 위한 운용 프로세스를 표준화하였다. 특히 선진 사례와 주소정보 관련 업무 분석을 위해서 IDEF0 방법론을 확장하여 그 결과를 도식적으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 주소정보 제품 및 서비스의 도입 및 운용 시 활용될 것이다.

Recently, the small shipyard companies have difficulties that causes by depression of shipbuilding industry. The small shipyard companies need some strategies to overcome the slump in shipbuilding industry field. In this paper, we conduct the survey for present condition diagnosis of small shipyard companies, and analyze the production process based on Information Strategy Planning(ISP) method. When analyze based on ISP, we apply IDEF0 and LOVC technique to analyze the production process of small shipyard companies. Also we conduct the gap analysis between the analyzed present condition and the requirements of improvement. Therefore, the most important result of the analysis is to establish a system for enterprise planning and management, which customized for small shipyard companies, with satisfying economic feasibility and usability.
