This study was designed to evaluate an acute and subacute intravenous dose toxicity of a new cephalosporin antibiotic agent, IDC-7181 in 7-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats. IDC-7181 was intravenously injected to rats at dose levels of 0, 3.2, 16, 80, 400 and 2, 000 mg/kg/day for single dose toxicity study and at dose levels of 0, 10, 50 and 250 mg/kg/day for 4 week-repeated dose toxicity study. All rats survived throughout the study periods.(omitted)

The mutagenic potency of a new antibiotics, IDC- 7181, was evaluated using the mutagenicity tests including Ames, chromosome aberration and micronucleus tests. In bacterial reversion assay, IDC-7181 did not show any mutagenic response in the absence or presence of S9 mixture with Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TAlOO, TA1535 and TA1537 and E. coli WP2uvrA-(100, 50, 25, 12.5 and 6.25 $\mu\textrm{g}$/plate).(omitted)

본 논문에서는 데이터 센터 내 전력 효율화에 기여할 수 있는 랙 단위 공조방식에 대하여 제안한다. 스마트 폰과 태블릿 등 모바일 디바이스의 확산으로 디지털 콘텐츠와 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 데이터 센터의 수는 연평균 30%이상 증가하고 있다. 따라서 데이터 센터 내 냉방장비 영역의 효율성을 증가시킬 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터 센터의 냉각비용을 증가시키는 전력 사용량을 줄이고자 진행되었으며 3종류의 냉각 아키텍처 방식 중 랙 단위 아키텍처가 불필요한 냉각 전력 소비를 줄인다는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the indirect dosimetry by calculation (IDC) method for diagnostic X-ray equipment. The experiments were performed with inverter type X-ray tubes: Toshiba (E7252X, Japan) and Varian (RAD-14, USA). For the development method, we first applied the standard quality of X-ray beam shown in the TRS457 document, and second, to produce the constants of trendline for the IDC, the total filtration on X-ray beam was subdivided. Third, in order to increase the precision, the energy region was divided into the high energy region and the low energy region and developed by the IDC. In order to verify the IDC, mean dose (mR) values were measured for three Toshiba X-ray tubes and three Varian X-ray tubes at clinical medical institutions and then compared with the IDC on the 2013. As a result, compared with the previous study, the accuracy of the IDC of this study were improved by 2.71% and 9.91% in Toshiba and Varian X-ray tubes, respectively.

Three tricyclic pyridone alkaloids, (-)-4,6'-anhydrooxysporidinone (1), (-)-6-deoxyoxysporidinoCne (2), and (-)-sambutoxin (3) were isolated from cultures of Fusarium lateritium SSF2 derived from the fruits of Cornus officinalis. Chemical structures of the isolated compounds were determined by spectroscopic method and comparisons with reported data values. The compounds 1-3 were isolated for the first time from this fungal strain.

국제적 핵비확산체제의 일환으로 추진중인 CTBT(Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty) 협상에서 제기된 IDC(International Data Center)의 기능에 관한 세 가지 Option의 내용과 배경을 살펴보고 이를 국제적인 핵비확산 체재확립과 신기술의 국내도입이라는 두 가지 관점에서 비교하였다. 특히 신기술 국내도입의 면에 있어서는 개발도상국의 기술개발이론에 대입, 각각의 Option이 선택되었을 경우의 손익을 비교하였다. 전체적으로 국제적인 핵비확산 체제확립을 위하여서는 Option 1이 그리고 우리나라의 현실과 국익을 고려할 경우에는 Option 2가 비용효과면에서 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 실시간 학습기능을 갖는 다층 신경회로망과 주어지는 인터넷 트래픽 데이터에서의 IDC(Index dispersion for count) 정보를 이용하여 인터넷에서의 공격(침입)을 탐지 예측 할 수 있는 모델을 제안하고 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통한 결과를 보인다.
