  • In order to develop a smart cultivation facility based on ICT (Information Communication Technology), a cultivation house was selected. Sensor devices were installed to monitor any changes in the cultivation environment. A control panel was constructed to monitor and control the data on environmental changes collected by the sensors. To efficiently manage the proceedings of the cultivation environment, the cultivation process was divided into 4 stages. We designed an environmental control module using these processes. PC and mobile phone software were designed for remote monitoring and control to develop a smart cultivation system that can conveniently manage the cultivation environment and produce mushrooms in a more stable manner.

  • This study conducted an experiment with EC 1.0ms/cm ratio and excellent soil conditions for germination in ICT-based ginseng process cultivation. The first growth survey was conducted before transplantation of ginseng 1-year roots grown by seeding ginseng in the process cultivation, conventional cultivation and a second growth comparison survey was conducted after 3 months of growth. In the results, it was confirmed that ginseng grown in the process cultivation grew more than in the field. As a result of comparing the contents of 11 ginsenosides of 1-year and 2-year-old ginsenosides in the process cultivation and conventional cultivation ginseng, it was confirmed that the content of the process cultivation ginseng was higher than that of practice cultivation ginseng. In conclusion, conventional cultivation ginseng grows due to various factors under the natural cultivation environment, but process cultivation can secure the growth stability of ginseng by allowing stable soil and environmental control, so continuous research is needed in the future.

  • The overall digital transformation in society is rapidly progressing with the corona virus epidemic. In particular, in the field of cultural heritage and museums, digital transformation is taking place throughout the preservation, management, and utilization of cultural heritage. To respond to this, the importance of cultivating the digital literacy of museum professionals to select and utilize digital cultural heritage information is increasing. However, the current digital capacity education of museum professionals has not reached the cultivation of digital literacy due to one-way theory and one-way practical education. To overcome this, we propose a digital capacity building program using virtual museums. We propose a curriculum based on participatory museums, cooperative learning, and project-based learning theories. Learners experience the entire process of acquiring, selecting, and utilizing digital cultural heritage information through individual, cooperative, constant, exhibitions, and project-based learning programs. We were evaluated by experts in terms of education, museum education, and ICT technology education to prove its usability and derive improvements. This study will contribute to building the digital capacity of museum professionals.

  • Recently, the agricultural environment in Korea is rapidly changing due to the aging and decline of the agricultural population, and in order to solve these problems, it is urgently required to improve the agricultural productivity and reduce the labor force. To solve this problem, a smart farm fused with ICT technology is being proposed as an alternative. In Korea, smart farms are currently mainly used in greenhouses. In this paper, this smart farm technology is to be applied to the cultivation of sprouted ginseng. To this end, we use seedlings (about 1.0g) to grow a solid medium and bed for cultivating sprouted ginseng, a fresh ginseng that is produced in a short period of time (2~3 months) with a clean environment management technology that does not use chemical pesticides and hydroponics in a greenhouse developed. In addition, an IoT-based growth environment management system was developed to monitor the growth process of sprouted ginseng in such an environment and to control driving devices.

  • Ginseng hydroponic cultivation was cultivated as a nutrient solution and the growth was investigated 60 days later. The length(cm) increased from EC1.0 and EC2.0 concentrations to 5.47cm before, followed by EC0.5, 2.5, 1.5, and 0.0. The weight(g) increased from EC1.0 concentration to 2.39g before, followed by EC1.5, 2.5, 0.5, 0.0 and 2.0. The width(mm) increased from EC1.0 concentration to 1.9mm than before, followed by EC2.5, 0.5, 1.5, 2.0, and 0.0. In the ginseng growth experiment according to nutritional components, the average length of NO3-N mixed experiment increased to 0.33cm, the average weight of 0.04g, and the average width of 0.35mm. In the experiment in which NH4-N was mixed without NO3-N, the growth was reduced to 0.37cm in average length, 0.03g in average weight, and 0.22mm in average width. In an experiment in which germanium(Ge) is mixed with a nutrient component, the average length is increased to 0.33cm, the average weight is increased to 0.04g, and the average width is increased to 0.35mm, but in an experiment excluding germanium(Ge), the growth is reduced to 0.11cm, the average weight is 0.04g, and the average width is 0.03mm.
