The purpose of this study is to examine the concepts and types of cross-cultural collaborative online learning that enhance the utilization of advanced ICT in education and contribute to the promotion of educational exchanges between countries, and suggest exchange learning design models necessary for the active introduction. For this study, previous studies related to cross-cultural collaborative online learning were examined. As a result, cross-cultural collaborative online learning is an educational method based on constructivism that explore and construct knowledge by interacting and collaborating with students, teachers, and field experts who are linguistically and culturally heterogeneous based on advanced ICT. The type of cross-cultural collaborative online learning could be divided into synchronous exchange learning centered on remote video classes and asynchronous exchange learning centered on website based tasks. A PPIE learning design model considering the characteristics of each type is presented.

To cope actively in the knowledge based society, we deepen a specialty territory and magnify this by applying Information Communications Technology(ICT) effectively. It needs the ability that it will be able to solve the problem from daily life effectively. Accordingly Ministry of Education & Resource Development of Korea make an effort for ICT application education. In spite of this effort, digital divide problem is serious socially and the computer subject is not adopted with formal subject from school. In this study, we analyzed the computer application ability gap and recognized the importance of computer education by analyzing the difference in computer application ability between the students who take a computer class and who do not take a class. Also by comparing the difference of computer application ability between the city and rural student, we tried to find a solution to reduce the regional disparity.

21세기는 전 세계를 대상으로 디지털 네이티브가 활약하며 '틀이 없는 교육'을 지향하는 혁신 교육 패러다임 세상이다. 이미 세계 여러 나라에서는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)를 미래를 대비한 교육 개선의 핵심사업의 일환으로 교육에 활용하고 있다. 이를 토대로 2012년 출현하여 현재 급성장하고 있는 대규모 공개 온라인 수업을 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)라고 부른다. 세계의 많은 우수한 대학들이 앞장서서 수업을 공개하고 상호 소통하는 플랫폼 역할을 하는 MOOC(이하'무크'라고 한다)는 교육 분야의 다양한 영역에서 활용되고 있다. 또한, 세계경제의 장기적인 불황과 저성장을 극복하기 위해 기업가정신과 창업에의 관심이 매우 높아져 있는 지금, 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)교육 프로그램 또한 무크 플랫폼을 통해 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 국내에서는 아직까지 무크의 중요성을 인지하고 실제 다양한 교육과정에서 활용하는 이용자가 적은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해외의 주요한 무크 플랫폼의 사례분석과 학습자 및 교수자들의 인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구방법을 활용하여 '무크 플랫폼이 기업가정신 교육에 효율적인지에 관한 연구문제'를 설정하고 이러한 연구문제에 대한 분석을 통해 총체적인 관점에서 무크 현상의 본질적 가치와 의미를 이해 하고자 한다. 지금 급속도로 확산되고 있는 창업교육에 이러한 무크 플랫폼을 통한 가속화를 기대할 수 있을지, 또한 이러한 무크 플랫폼을 통한 교육효과는 우리가 기대할 수 있을만한지 본 연구를 통해 분석하려고 한다.

In this paper, we propose an authoring methodology of differentiated instruction-learning materials in mathematics course using MathML and XSLT, and give utilizing suggestions of these materials as differentiated textbook and individual learning. Incorporating MathML into instruction-learning materials, there are many advantages such that view of the materials in web browser is improved since mathematical expressions are compatible with text, and an expression can be modified in more convenient way since the expression is represented in text format not an image. In authoring of differentiated materials, the author provides one document for various levels of students. Then, each level of materials is generated from the document via XSLT transformation. This enables author-driven progress control rather than student-driven which does in previous approaches, since students don't need to select components of the material.

2003년 미국 IT기업인 린덴랩에서 개발한 3D 가상현실 사이트인 세컨드라이프가 최근 인터넷 서비스 시장에서 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 까닭으로는 세컨드라이프가 3D 기반 인터넷 기술과 사용자의 서비스 경향을 충실히 담고 있다는 점과 현실과 밀접히 연결되는 부분을 많이 가지고 있어 현실 세계에 미치는 영향력이 점점 증가세에 있다는 것을 들 수 있다. 최근의 우리나라 교육 현장에서는 다양한 ICT활용 교육을 통하여 학교에서 이루어지는 교과 지도와 생활 지도를 온라인으로 확장하고 있으며, 또한 기술의 발달에 힘입어 모바일 교육과 U-Learning과 같은 새로운 교육 방법과 함께 온라인에서 주목받는 우수한 소프트웨어를 학교현장에 도입하려는 노력을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Second Life가 머지않아 교실수업과 인터넷수업을 잇는 매개체로 사용될 것이라 보고 세컨드라이프의 국내외 적용사례를 살펴보고 초등교육에서 활용하기 다양한 방안을 제시하고 장단점을 분석한다.

The purpose of this paper is to develop and to introduce the rubrics for performance assessment, which can measure elementary school upper graders' ability to use ICT, With a goal of improving their ability to use ICT, the students, who are in the fourth, fifth, six grades, received instructions on the basic skills and knowledge for using the computer during the extracurricular-activity session or the self-directed session after regular classes. In the study, the rubrics were developed on the basis of the 7th national curriculum, and defined respectively assessment criteria and attainment targets for the upper graders. The assessment criteria were set after the researcher determined the most basic and important skills and knowledge that the upper graders should have, and then compared them with the attainment criteria in the national curriculum. Accordingly, the application of the rubrics developed for this study is expected to lessen the burden of elementary school teachers when they implement performance assessment in their classrooms. Finally, using the rubrics, the study assessed elementary school students' ability to use the computer, and showed somewhat limiting but satisfactory results.

In the 21st century knowledge and information society, students' ICT skills is a necessary tool. So, the OECD PISA survey and compares students' ICT skills across OECD countries by every three years. As a result, we are looking forward to reflecting on education. In this study, I analyzed the 2009 and 2012 PISA ICT statistics. Analysis items are as follows. Is any of these devices available for students to use at home or at school? How often do students use a computer for following activities at school? Analysis tools adopted a method to compare the ratios of the average. The results are as follows. In 2008, five items of availability of ICT at schools were evenly by five groups In 2012, all five items is very low group. Except for one of the eight items of use of ICT at school, and all items are the lowest group. In 2012, all eight items are the lowest group. Korea ICT indicators have been very down in 2012 than in 2009.

In this Information Age, the needs for the performance evaluation is raising to increase the higher-thought ability for creativity and problem-solving, to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process. However, it is very difficult to carry out the authentic performance evaluation in our educational environment. Therefore, we design and implement the Performance Evaluation Processing System as one of the learning-teaching processes. We study the theoretical base of evaluation types and of learning-teaching methods, and inquire appropriate performance evaluation methods. Among the methods, we focus on the Report, a type of performance evaluation using the most widely in the Society. We constitute a basic form and design the evaluation system of the Report. The evaluation system consist of the teacher's module and the learner's module. Teachers make the form of report, provide it for learners and evaluate the report on teacher's module, Learners make out the report, submit it to the teacher and use it for presentation in class, on learner's module, The teacher and learner can apply this system as follows. The teacher can use the report that have been already made, or that make for themselves as a step for evaluation and they can evaluate learners by the submitted report. The learner not only can see their own result of evaluation but also can use ICT at their presentation.

정보통신기술의 발전과 활용의 증가는 교육현장에서도 구성원간 신속하고 편리한 의사소통수단임과 동시에 효과적인 교수학습매체로써 그 역할이 증대되고 있다. 각 초등학교에서도 전 학년에 걸쳐 주당 1시간씩 재량활동으로 ICT활용교육이 이루어지고 있는데 반해 각종 역기능도 심각하게 노출되고 있다. 학교마다 정보통신윤리 교육강화를 내세우고 있으나 대개 전교단위로 일시적이고 설명위주의 교수활동으로 끝나는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는, 역할놀이 교수 학습모형을 기반으로 ICT활동과 연계하여 초등학생들이 개인정보 관리의 필요성과 중요성을 인식하고, 실천의지를 다질 수 있도록 효과적으로 수업을 전개할 수 있는 학습지도안을 모델링해 본다.

The present education situations are rapidly changing to adapt to 'the Knowledge & Information-based Society'. Especially, the implementation of 'the 7th National Curriculum' put strong emphasis on the learner-centered education that refers to the ability grouping. Therefore, it is necessary that the change from a traditional teaching method to a learner-centered one in geography education will take place. This study will present a design of geography ability grouping through the Task-Solving Learning. This ability grouping method is suitable for the large class. And this study also presents a strategy by applying WBI, which make use of the advantage of computer and constructivism. This WBI model can be applied properly to many teaching-learning methods that includes Self-Directed Learning, Collaborate Learning, Ability Grouping, and Applying ICT Instruction. Actually they are demanded in the current education. A geography-classroom will have an accessible internet program as a precondition for this instruction.
