Owing to the development of information communication technology(ICT), there are many changes taking place in the agriculture sector. As an example, an effective agricultural activities with ICT have brought an increase in agricultural production. On the other hand, these technology investment activities are very costly. Until recently, the technology development has been made in agricultural technology development perspective. This view, however, has been changed to production increase in accordance with the crop growth conditions. In this paper, we propose a device which can maintain an optimal crop growing environment. It is economic by utilizing the existing facility of farmhouse and can reduce the cost of crop growth environment improvement.

This research paper investigates available options for implementing clean development mechanism (CDM) project in Sarawak state, Malaysia. To investigate economic feasibility, data was collected using survey and field research methods. Also, economic analysis was estimated using net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and payback period (PBP) during the 30 years CDM: afforestation and reforestation periods. The result of economic analysis indicated that, the payback period was estimated at 9 years with 18 percent of internal rate of return (IRR). This study also highlighted that CDM biomass supply project have a lot of challenges due to the reduction and exclusion of bio-Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF), supply and demand scenario, and impact of restriction of illegal logging in Malaysia. This study results demonstrate the methodology and guideline for future CDM investment and projects.

This study investigates the application of management information systems to the quality of local government financial reports, especially the principle of transparency and the law of accountability, which have been measures of financial statement performance evaluation. The study was conducted in Enrekang Regency, Indonesia, which, based on the results of the examination, the Supreme Audit Board reported the status of Disclaimer, Fair with Exceptions, and Fair without Exceptions for three years each. This study used a sample of 35 respondents, finance department employees who worked on local government financial reports. Descriptive quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire instrument, then with the assistance of the Program Solution and Product Statistics (SPSS) Program, data were processed to test hypotheses. The results showed that the use of management information systems based on information and communication technology (ICT) had a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports. The findings of this study indicate that the application of ICT-based management information systems affects the accountability and transparency of local government financial reports. This finding is reinforced by the use of the principles of government agility in the form of government apparatuses that apply responsive dexterity, flexibility agility, and competency agility.

정보보호(지식정보 보안) 산업은 기술집약적, 고부가 가치 산업이다. 한국은 우수한 ICT 기술과 다양한 사이버공격에 대응 경험과 기술을 보유하고 있어, 전 세계의 벤치마킹 대상이 되고 있다. 하지만 국내 정보보호기업의 영세성과 함께 지원인프라는 부족하다. 국내 정보보호 산업을 활성화하는데 일차적인 조건은, 해외진출이다. 해외진출을 위해서는 국내 정보보호 산업의 제품과 서비스 및 기술에 대한 Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu에 대한 개발이 필요하다. Menu는 해외 Buyer와 국내 Seller 뿐만 아니라, 기업과 정부가 정보보호 산업의 자산과 상품의 내용을 알게 하고 판매할 수 있는 선결조건이다. 본 논문에서는 Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu 개발을 연구한다.

스마트 농축산업은 농작물 및 축산물의 생산으로 부터 유통 및 소비에 이르는 농축산업의 전 과정을 ICT(Information and Communication Technology)를 기반으로 하는 스마트 기술과 융합한 기술이다. 스마트 농축산에서 센서 데이터 기술은 농축산에서 생산과 관련된 환경상태와 생장/생육 상태를 측정/수집함에 있어 기본을 이루는 기술로서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 스마트 농축수산 센서 기술 및 표준화 동향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 스마트 농축산을 위한 센서 개발 및 표준화를 위한 기본적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

유아 및 저학년용 교육도구는 기술의 발달로 ICT기반의 디지털 기술이 융합되면서 스마트화 되고 있고 스마트 교육도구의 디지털 상호작용 기능은 학생들에게 보다 높은 몰입감과 재미를 선사해, 기존의 교육도구와는 전혀 다른 놀이형 도구로서 학습이 가능하다. 스마트 교육도구 구현에 활용되는 기술은 로봇공학, 컴퓨터공학, 프로그래밍 등 공학과 수학적 바탕으로 하는 학문에서 비롯되어, 그 자체로 교육 분야에 접목 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현장교육에 활용되는 교육용 도구 로봇의 특성을 고려한 연구 개발 및 교육 현장에 최적화된 피지컬 컴퓨팅 기반의 제품을 설계 및 구현하여 로봇 시스템의 기반이 되는 센싱 정보처리와 소프트웨어 설계 및 프로그래밍 실습 교육을 위한 피지컬 교육이 가능하도록 개발하였다.

As the technological gap amongst manufacturers decreases, the life cycle of products has shortened, and competition accelerates due to the development of technology, incumbent manufacturing companies face growth limitations. In order to overcome such business issues, manufacturing companies are increasingly interested in changes in business models and innovations, especially in the direction of providing services where they can maintain the competitive advantage of their products. In such context, this empirical study examines managerial leadership, differentiation strategies, and products and services pricing as 'servitization factors', which can be driving forces for moving into a new era of growth for Korean SMEs, focusing on the mediating effects of servitization competency. The results are as follows : First, it was confirmed that executive leadership, differentiation strategy, and information & communication technology capability have a direct effect on service sales. Second, the process competency, partnership competency, and ICT competency, which are presented as the service competence of SMEs, were found to play an important role in inducing service sales in managerial leadership, differentiation strategy, product and services pricing. It also emphasized the role of the public policy such as helping to foster SMEs as key partners in the expansion of social facilities and establishing platforms through ICT and data utilization for the convergence of manufacturing services.

고속의 군용 항공기는 인명피해 최소화를 위해 생존 장비들과 경고 시스템으로 적의 위협 또는 내부 구성품 불량을 조종사가 파악하고 해결할 수 있어야 한다. 경고 전달은 디스플레이에 심볼 전시를 통한 시각적 방법과 통신 장비의 소리를 통한 청각적 방법으로 구분되는데, 청각적 방법이 반응 시간이 짧고 단순한 메시지 청취를 통해 조종사 혼란을 유발하지 않는다는 점에서 우월하다. 이에 본 논문은 군용 항공기용 음성/톤 경고 시스템의 효과적인 설계방법을 생명주기 관점에서 제시하고 평가하였다. 안전에 민감한 군용 항공기이므로 각 경고에 우선순위와 Inhibitible, Interruptible, Deactivatable의 세 가지 속성들을 적용하여 중대성과 긴급성을 반영했다. 그 결과 음성경고 재생까지 40ms가 소요되었으며, V모델 기반 개발 및 테스트를 통해 요구도를 모두 충족했고 제품 신뢰성이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

스마트농업 교육 서비스는 농업정보의 확산을 촉진하기 위해 제공되며 농업 정보는 현재의 농업활동, 농산품, 농지에서의 생산자 경험으로부터 추출된다. 스마트농업 교육은 웹 오브젝트 기반의 자기주도형 학습으로 제공되어 공간, 장소, 시간에 제약을 받지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드를 기반으로 하는 학습관리기능과 감시기능, 학습심사기능 등으로 구성된 스마트농업 교육의 기준 구성도를 제시하여 스마트농업의 확산을 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 스마트 농업 교육 서비스 기술 표준 및 스마트 농업의 보급 과정에서 필요한 네트워크 기반 참조 모델을 제시 한다.

To realize the vision of internet of things (IoT), where it is expected to bring significant impact to the global economy in the future, consideration of business models in the IoT context is necessary. This research attempts to build an enhanced artifact business model framework based on the definitions of IoT and literature on business models for analysis of IoT businesses. The framework is used to analyze four different types of players: the owner of things, vendors of devices, providers of connectivity and providers of IoT application services. The findings suggest that the owners of things tend to partner with ICT players to complement their weakness, and it tends to be connectivity providers. The device vendors leverage their strength of devices and device platforms to attract and enable 3rd party sensor/devices to interconnect, while the service providers are aiming to penetrate into customer premise. These lead to the following recommendations for non-IT players to consider in expanding into IoT business: 1) take into account differences in product development process between IT and non-IT businesses in expanding into IoT market; 2) collaborate with ICT players that acknowledge and understand the differences.
