The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. A theoretical analysis is carried out and an analysis of experimental work on the implementation of the developed model for the formation of ICT competence is generalized specialists on the basis of pedagogical support.

This paper explores the ways in which collaborative working among multiple disciplines in building projects can be more effective and efficient. It focuses on the support that can be provided by the latest development in information and communication technologies. It also considers the growing interdependence between participants in the process and their changing roles as they harness the power of the new technologies in new collaborative arrangements. It is argued that collaborative working should be addressed holistically from the technological angle, the social angle, as well as the organisational angle, to ensure its successful implementation in the construction industry. A case study is given to illustrate the use of ICT in supporting value management studies. The key issues surrounding the emerging field of research - collaborative construction information management - and the potential benefits and challenges of its wide adoption are discussed at depth.

코로나-19의 여파와 기술의 발전으로 비대면 거래가 증가하고 있는 추세다. 비대면 거래가 증가하면서 무인점포도 늘어나고 있고, 늘어남에 따라서 시각장애인들은 무인점포를 이용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자율주행 로봇에 음성인식 기술과 딥러닝 기술을 적용하여 시각장애인에게 도움을 줄 수 있도록 ICT융합 로봇을 구현하였다. 무인점포 뿐만이 아니라 안내가 필요한 다양한 장소에서도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 ICT 기술을 활용한 과학적 연구 적용사례를 분석하고, 데이터의 전송, 저장, 처리를 위한 ICT 기술의 적용모델을 소개하고자 한다. 과학을 다루는 많은 분야에서 플랫폼을 기반으로 분석SW들의 API 네트워킹을 통하여 분석모델들을 연계하여 결과치를 활용하는 방식으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 API 네트워킹을 위한 ICT 기술들의 구축 모델을 분석하고자 한다.

ICT(Information Communication Technology)는 우리나라 경제 성장의 주요 동력이다. 우리나라는 세계 최고수준의 ICT 경쟁력을 보유하고 있으며, 이 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 다수의 정책을 시행하고 있다. 성공적인 정책 시행을 위해서는 ICT 동향을 정확하게 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 빈도수 분석, 네트워크 분석, 기술 유형화를 기반으로 ICT 분야 핵심 기술 18개의 동향을 분석한다. 특히, 논문 분석을 통해 기술별 과학적 발전 정도를, 특허 분석을 통해 상용화의 정도를 알아본다. 그리고 두 분석 결과를 토대로 문서의 유형별로 나타난 동향을 비교 분석한다. 분석 결과, 인공지능과 가상현실은 과학적 발전을 지나 상용화가 활발히 이루어지는 동시에 연구도 이루어지고 있어 지속적인 발전이 기대되는 기술이며, 로봇, 블록체인, 차세대이동통신은 상용화 시작 단계로 시장의 현황 및 니즈 발굴이 필요하다. 반면, 양자컴퓨터, 체내삽입형디바이스는 아직 기초 연구 단계이며, 현 연구 상황에 대해 파악하고 앞으로의 지원 방향이 결정될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서 수행된 ICT 동향 분석 결과는 ICT 분야 핵심 기술의 현황을 정확하게 이해하고 우리나라 정책의 향후 방향을 결정하는 기준으로 활용 가능할 것이다.

본 연구는 정부 비상대비정책의 효율적인 추진을 위해 4차 산업혁명기 주요 정보통신기술(ICT: Information Communication Technology)의 적용 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 전문가들에 의한 브레인스토밍을 하여 정부의 비상대비정책을 4개 유형과 12개 세부과제로 분류하였다. 분류 결과는 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하기 위해 계층화 분석법(AHP; Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 이용하였다. AHP 설문 결과 위기관리 대응력 강화가 가장 중요한 세부과제로 분석되었다. 세부과제의 효율적 실행을 위한 주요 정보통신기술(ICT)로 인공지능(AI; Artificial Intelligence), 사물인터넷(IoT; Internet of Things), 무인자율체계(Unmanned Autonomy System), 가상현실(VR; Virtual Reality), 증강현실(AR; Augmented Reality)을 제시하였다.

The rapid growth of information and communication technologies prompted the need for developing the strategic implementation framework of IT/ICT programs in universities. Here, we propose a strategic framework for the development of the IT/ICT programs in the universities of the province of Mazandaran in Iran. We use the SWOT analysis to assist the formulation of the strategy, where the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to weigh the SWOT factors and the fuzzy TOPSIS is used to evaluate the strategic plans. Based on Iran and Mazandaran Digital Indices (DI) and considering the SWOT matrix, four strategies are identified. Finally, an analytical concept, namely the strategy shooting, is considered to show the role of SWOT factors and strategic plans on the performance of the system.

The article presents the concept of ICT - competence, which is considered as the most important characteristic of professional competence, which includes a combination of the following components: motivational-value (orientation of the individual to the development of his ITC-competence in future professional activities); technological (complex of skills and abilities of ICT activities); cognitive (a system of knowledge of modern technologies of future professional activity); it is determined that the pedagogical support of the formation of ICT competence of future specialists is the individualization of the process training, due to their personal and professional needs and the specifics of a regional university, providing the necessary conditions for the implementation of this process.

최근 국내 축산 인구의 감소 및 고령화가 빠르게 진행되고 AI, 구제역 등 가축 질병의 잦은 발생으로 축산업이 위기를 겪고 있고 기존의 축산 형태는 급이, 급수를 직접 관리하고 가축의 발정 및 분만 시기를 놓쳐 생산성이 감소하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 축산 시스템에서 정보통신기술을 융합시킨 'ICT 기술을 활용한 스마트 축산'을 제안한다. 공기질센서, 온습도센서 등을 활용하여 축산 내부 환경을 체크하고, 자동으로 급수 및 급이기, 환기팬, 창문개폐, 생균제 분사가 작동하여 축산의 환경을 최적의 상태로 관리하여 준다. 그리고 스마트폰을 이용하여 원격으로 스마트 축산을 원격제어 및 감독할 수 있어 관리자의 불편함을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한, 발정측정기를 사용해 소의 발정 시기를 탐지하여 생산성을 높일 것이다.

Despite the increasing interest in the positive effects of smart-work, the introduction rate of domestic firms in Korea is lower than that of other developed countries. A gap also exists between the introduction of smart-work program and the actual use by workers. Thus, even if the smart-work program was introduced to firms, the actual usage rate of the program would still be lower than the introduction rate. Moreover, even if the program was initially used, evidence suggests that the usage rate tends to decrease rather than being used continuously. In this study, we intend to find out the mechanism by which the continuance intention of smart-work is formed. To achieve this objective, we established a research model based on literature on Information System (IS) continuance model and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support. We also hypothesize that concerns about career disadvantage in the mechanism plays a negative role in the satisfaction of smart-work. To analyze the hypothesis empirically, we surveyed domestic workers who used smart-work. Our data analysis was based on 333 responses. We found that all paths were statistically significant, except for the direct effect of ICT support on perceived usefulness and the direct effect of perceived usefulness on smart-work continuance intention. The results of this study extend existing IS continuance model and suggest implications for practical smart-work implementation and improvement.
