The use of smart phones has had a great impact on the mobile internet business. It shows a lot of growth in the healthcare sector not only commerce, advertising, billing, games, video content, media, amd O2O business. The United States has eased the regulations for healthcare apps smart phone devices in 2015, and China has established a five-year road map to solve shortage of doctors and hospital beds by utilizing mobile devices such as wearable in the same year. The application of wearable devices in the medical field is gradually increasing in Korea too, but there is a security problem as leading challenge. Security incidents in non-ICT sectors such as financial, medical, etc. have increased by using ICT each year. Personal information leakage is also increasing in field likely occurring the potential secondary damages such as financial fraud, illegal promotions, insurance and pharmaceutical companies abuse. In this study, we analyze malwares as the mobile threats, the five risks of mobile smart phone, mobile use cases and the mobile threat countermeasures for healthcare.

지난 5월 28일 국무회의에서 박근혜 대통령은 "과학기술을 통한 에너지 효율성을 제고하거나 낭비를 막는 방법도 있고 스마트 그리드 같은 IT기술을 이용해서 실시간으로 자신이 얼마를 소모하는지 알려줌으로써 스스로 아껴 쓸 수 있는 방법이 있는데, 그런 방안도 적극 연구해 달라"고 당부했다. 실제로 우리 산업은 현재 ICT기술과 전력시장을 창조적으로 융합하여 새로운 시장을 형성하고, 이를 통해 신(新)성장동력, 신(新)서비스업을 육성해야 하는 시점에 직면해 있다. 전력공급에 소요되는 사회적 비용이 급증하여 빠른 속도로 증가하는 수요를 충족시키는데 많은 어려움이 있는 것도 사실이다. 늘어나는 수요에 따라 공급을 확대하는 공급중심 정책에서 합리적으로 수요를 줄인 후 공급을 확대하는 수요관리 중심의 정책으로 전환이 필요한 때이다. * 연평균 전력소비증가율('00~'10년, %) : 한국 5.3('10년 10.1), 일본 0.2, 미국 0.7, OECD 평균 1.0 최근 다각도로 전력 사용을 줄이기 위한 이벤트가 실시되고 있는데 실내온도 제한 등 일시적 절약에서 벗어나, 세계적 수준의 우리 ICT기술을 활용하여 근본적이고 시스템적인 수요관리 추진이 필요하다. 한편 전력수급 위기를 새로운 시장창출의 기회로 만드는 발상의 전환을 통해 창조경제시대의 신성장동력과 일자리를 창출하게 되는 기회가 될 수 있다. 이는 전통적인 에너지산업에 2차전지산업, 소프트웨어 산업을 융합하여 ESS, EMS, LED 등 ICT기반 에너지 신산업 시장 진출을 의미한다. 이번호에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System)라고 불리는 에너지저장장치에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

As international standards of ICT were recently recognized as a essential strategy to penetrate into global markets in advance, the competition for international standardization among advanced countries and companies has been intensified. Also, the convergence of ICT and other industry as well as that of ICT and broadcasting has caused the expansion of range and importance in standardization. It is necessary to set up the strategy of standardization on essential technology and implement it systematically in order to take leading position in global market of IC in smart information society of the 21th century. Therefore, in this paper, I'll suggest constructive strategies of standardization through analyzing the trend and environment of IC standardization.

The operating environments of factories and manufacturing units have changed dramatically due to globalization, population, and customization. The existing factories are converted into smart units using information and communications technology (ICT). These smart factories can produce, control, repair, and manage themselves. The manufacturing processes are efficiently optimized using the monitoring and analysis methods of ICT. In this experimental study, we carried out a survey on the system solution providers and consumer companies to determine the field conditions and requirements necessary for assembling a smart factory. Using the results of this survey, we effectively devised smart factory solutions and implemented them on the existing conditions in various factories.

At a time when the e-commerce market is experiencing accelerated growth, with advancements in information and communications technology (ICT), the problems of distribution of counterfeit products and consumer confusion caused by non-face-to-face purchases have increased. Hence, amid intensifying competition, it has become important for e-commerce companies deliver product information more efficiently, provide differentiated services, and secure credibility for consumers by reducing consumer damage from buying counterfeit products. However, even though consumer confusion and the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit products are intensifying in such a market scenario, there are no services that aim to solve such problems. This study examines the conventional e-commerce industry in South Korea through a political, economic, social, and technological (PEST) analysis, based on in-depth interviews with consumers, to derive the pain and gain points of the industry. As a result, the inherent problems of the e-commerce industry were revealed. Through a service value network perspective, services aimed at resolving such issues were derived, and the e-commerce business ecosystem needed to solve this problem was deduced. The findings revealed that the artificial intelligence-based service support platform has become a major driving force within the e-commerce innovation ecosystem by enabling a new way to create and secure value using ICT. This entails a new exchange mechanism and transaction architecture and a new organizational structure that breaks the barriers between industries.

캄보디아는 한국의 정보통신 분야의 성공 사례를 자국의 발전모델로 삼아 정보통신 분야를 미래 성장동력으로 빈곤 극복과 경제성장을 추진하고자 한다. 그러나 세계 최빈국 중 하나이며, 사회간접자본과 정보통신 인프라가 매우 낙후된 캄보디아가 선진국의 원조나 외국 기업의 직접투자 없이 정보통신 분야의 발전과 이를 통한 사회경제개발을 단기간에 달성하기는 어려울 것으로 보인다. 우리나라의 입장에서 캄보디아는 협소한 시장과 낮은 전략적 가치로 인해 정보통신 기업의 시장 진출이 활발하지 않고 KOICA와 KOEXIM의 정보통신 분야에 대한 개발협력 사업의 비중도 매우 낮은 실정이다. 그러나 최근 들어 양국 간 관계가 급속히 강화되고 있고 아세안 시장 진출의 교두보로서 캄보디아의 중요성이 증대하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 우리 정보통신 기업의 캄보디아 시장 진출을 지원하기 위한 사전 연구로서 정보통신 시장 현황을 파악하고 각 정부기관의 역할 등을 정리하였다. 그리고 우리 기업의 현지 시장 진출 시 고려할 요인들을 소개하고 정책 방향을 제시하였다.

Creating Shared Value (CSV) is a new business paradigm in which enterprises benefit from social works. The goal of this study is to assess greenhouse gas emission reduction through CSV-related activities of Yuhan-Kimberly (YK) Company. YK Company has planted over 50 million trees between 1984 and 2016 as a part of CSV activities. Through planting of trees, annual $CO_2 $ emission reduction ranged from 196.2 thousand to $336.3\;thousand\;tCO_2-eq$ depending on forest type in 2016, representing 44 million to 84 million KRW. Those results indicate that the company can contribute to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions as well as obtain economic profits through CSV-related activities. Furthermore, this study provides motives for other companies interested in similar CSV projects.

Knowledge sharing is safe to say that we have already embarked on knowledge-based global economy where knowledge is a decisive factor in global competition for corporations. So in the age of knowledge-based management, it is how we use knowledge that decides success or failure for corporations and the competitiveness of their countries at large as well. We did this research with the help of those who were working in ICT industry including manufacturing, tourism, and others. In this research, we looked into how project participants, organizational characteristic, and relational characteristic affect knowledge sharing and utilization, and what are the factors that have positive effects on corporate success. And all the factors presented in the research are found to have positive effects on the knowledge sharing and utilization. The factors appeared to have positive effects starting with project at first and then on corporate success at large.

Digital twins are digital replicas of objects and systems in the real world. These digital replicas in a virtual environment can be connected with smart sensors and a variety of analyses, and simulations of real-time data from these sensors enable effective the operation, rapid feedback, and future predictions of real world phenomena. Until now, digital twins have been adopted and used mainly in the field of manufacturing, especially for smart factories. As digital twins are expected to be useful not only for productivity improvement but also for social problem solving, it is predicted that they will be extended to other fields such as those of transportation and cities. Digital twins will especially help realize smart cities through real-time monitoring, operation, and predictions using virtual digital twin cities. This paper summarizes the trends in digital twins for smart cities, the concept of digital twins, their application to smart cities, the strategies of various countries, and the development status of companies.

It can be replaced with a smart work service centering on tasks that do not require on-site work among container terminal tasks. Here, the cloud service is helpful for small and medium-sized stevedoring companies as it reduces the cost and time required for initial system construction, and allows you to pay usage fees as needed. This study introduces a case study on the development of web services that comply with industry standards so that advanced ICT can be used in connection with the terminal operation system.
