The industrial 4.0 era has been opened with the development of artificial intelligence technology, and the realization of smart farms incorporating ICT technology is receiving great attention in the livestock industry. Among them, the quality management technology of livestock products and livestock operations incorporating computer vision-based artificial intelligence technology represent key technologies. However, the insufficient number of livestock image data for artificial intelligence model training and the severely unbalanced ratio of labels for recognizing a specific defective state are major obstacles to the related research and technology development. To overcome these problems, in this study, combining oversampling and adversarial case generation techniques is proposed as a method necessary to effectively utilizing small data labels for successful defect detection. In addition, experiments comparing performance and time cost of the applicable techniques were conducted. Through experiments, we confirm the validity of the proposed methods and draw utilization strategies from the study results.
Smart Farm means creating new value in various fields related to agriculture, including not only agricultural production but also distribution and consumption through the convergence of agriculture and ICT. In Korea, a rental smart farm is created to spread smart agriculture, and a smart farm big data platform is established to promote data collection and utilization. It is pushing for digital transformation of agricultural products distribution from production areas to consumption areas, such as expanding smart APCs, operating online exchanges, and digitizing wholesale market transaction information. As such, although agricultural data is generated according to characteristics from various sources, it is only used as a service using statistics and standardized data. This is because there are limitations due to distributed data collection from agriculture to production, distribution, and consumption, and it is difficult to collect and process various types of data from various sources. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the current state of domestic agricultural data collection and sharing for digital agriculture and propose a data collection and linkage method for artificial intelligence services. And, using the proposed data, we propose a deep learning-based environmental factor recommendation method.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose useful suggestions by analyzing the causal effect relationship between the failure rate of quality and the process variables in the C5ISR domain of the defense industry. Methods: The collected data through the in house Systems were analyzed using Big data analysis. Data analysis between quality data and A/S history data was conducted using the CRISP-DM(Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) analysis process. Results: The results of this study are as follows: After evaluating the performance of candidate models for the influence of inspection data and A/S history data, logistic regression was selected as the final model because it performed relatively well compared to the decision tree with an accuracy of 82%/67% and an AUC of 0.66/0.57. Based on this model, we estimated the coefficients using 'R', a data analysis tool, and found that a specific variable(continuous maximum discharge current time) had a statistically significant effect on the A/S quality failure rate and it was analysed that 82% of the failure rate could be predicted. Conclusion: As the first case of applying big data analysis to quality issues in the defense industry, this study confirms that it is possible to improve the market failure rates of defense products by focusing on the measured values of the main causes of failures derived through the big data analysis process, and identifies improvements, such as the number of data samples and data collection limitations, to be addressed in subsequent studies for a more reliable analysis model.
In the insect industry, as the scope of application of insects is expanded from pet insects and natural enemies to feed, edible and medicinal insects, the demand for quality control of insect raw materials is increasing, and interest in securing the safety of insect products is increasing. In the process of expanding the industrial scale, controlling the temperature and humidity and air quality in the insect breeding room and preventing the spread of pathogens and other pollutants are important success factors. It requires a controlled environment under the operating system. European commercial insect breeding facilities have attracted considerable investor interest, and insect companies are building large-scale production facilities, which became possible after the EU approved the use of insect protein as feedstock for fish farming in July 2017. Other fields, such as food and medicine, have also accelerated the application of cutting-edge technology. In the future, the global insect industry will purchase eggs or small larvae from suppliers and a system that focuses on the larval fattening, i.e., production raw material, until the insects mature, and a system that handles the entire production process from egg laying, harvesting, and initial pre-treatment of larvae., increasingly subdivided into large-scale production systems that cover all stages of insect larvae production and further processing steps such as milling, fat removal and protein or fat fractionation. In Korea, research and development of insect smart factory farms using artificial intelligence and ICT is accelerating, so insects can be used as carbon-free materials in secondary industries such as natural plastics or natural molding materials as well as existing feed and food. A Korean-style customized breeding system for shortening the breeding period or enhancing functionality is expected to be developed soon.

This is an environmental analysis study for discovering specialized local sports tourism and aims to provide implications for the development of sports tourism industry in the Chuncheon region by analyzing the current status of domestic and overseas sports tourism and presenting overseas cases of specialized regional sports tourism. Therefore, through SWOT analysis and secondary data survey, implications for the development direction according to facilities, programs, and public relations and marketing were derived. Sports tourism contributes to vitalization of local economy by converging with local tourism centering on sports participation or viewing. Thus, it must be organized with differentiated products taking into account the characteristics of the area. An investigation of the main components of domestic and overseas sports tourism shows that mega sports events or specialized local leisure sports are connected to tourism resources for commercialization. In Korea, 3 to 4 local areas are discovered and supported annually through the specialized local sports tourism promotion program. This study suggests a development plan by evaluating and analyzing the performance of the Chuncheon Spo-Tour program. In terms of facility, it is necessary to construct accommodation facilities that harmonize with the natural environment, develop new programs connected to Songam Sports Town, and reinforce existing equipment. In terms of program, it is necessary to develop canoe/kayak water courses utilizing Uiam-Lake, train professionals to operate programs, and develop programs that take into consideration seasonal characteristics as well as the level of each participants. In terms of PR/marketing, it is important to build competitiveness by using ICT, improving public awareness of the sites, and adopting reasonable pricing policies. The development of specialized local sports tourism products through remedies and efforts will contribute to vitalization of local economy.

The proliferation of using social media and social networking services affects the lifestyles of people. These phenomena are useful to companies that wish to promote and advertise new products or services through these social media; these social media venues also come with large amounts of user data. However, studies that analyze the data of social media within the perspective of information exchanges are hard to find. Much of the previous research in this area is focused on measuring the performance of exhibitions using general statistical approaches and piecemeal measures. Therefore, in this study, we want to analyze the characteristics of information exchanges in social media by using Twitter data sets, which are relating to the Mobile World Congress (MWC). Using this methodology provides exhibition organizers and exhibitors to objectively estimate the effect of social media, and establish strategies with social media use. Through a user network analysis, we additionally found that social attributes are as important as the popular attribute regarding the sustainability of information exchanges. Consequently, this research provides a network analysis using the data derived from the use of social media to communicate information regarding the MWC exhibition, and reveals the significance of social attributes such as the degree and the betweenness centrality regarding the sustainability of information exchanges.
Smart Factory is different from existing factory automation in that it aims to produce personalized products with minimum time and cost through ICT. However, previous researches, not from consumers but from product suppliers, have focused on technology trends and technology application methods. In order for Smart Factory to be successful, it must go beyond supplier-focus to meet the needs of consumers. In this study, we surveyed the purchase intention of the personalized product manufactured by smart factory. Influencing factors of purchase intention were drawn as consumers' need for uniqueness, innovativeness, need for touch, and privacy concern, based on previous research. As results of data analysis, it was confirmed that respondents were willing to purchase personalized products, and that consumers' need for uniqueness, innovativeness, and need for touch had a significant impact on purchase intention of personalized products. Our findings can be summarized as follows. First, Consumers' need for uniqueness was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.168$) on purchase intention of personalized products. The desire to differentiate themselves from others will be reflected in their personalized products. Therefore, consumers with a higher desire for uniqueness tend to be more willing to purchase personalized products. Second, consumer innovativeness was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.233$) on purchase intention of personalized products. Personalized shoes suggested in this study is a new type of personalized product that is manufactured by the latest information and communication technologies such as multi-function robots and 3D printing. Therefore, consumers seeking innovative new experiences are more willing to purchase personalized products. Third, need for touch was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.299$) on purchase intention of personalized products. In a smart factory environment, prosuming participation is given to consumers. If consumers participate in the product development process and reflect their requirements on the product, they are expected to increase their purchase intention by virtually satisfying the need for touch. Fourth, privacy concern was found to have no significantly related to purchase intention of personalized products. This is interpreted as a willingness to tolerate the risk of exposing personal information such as home address, telephone number, body size, and preference for consumers who feel highly useful in personalized products.

Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

Today, the term of fusion, such as technology convergence and industrial convergence, is emerging as one of the most important trends in our society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the convergence coefficient of each industry using patent data and to analyze the convergence phenomenon in industry based on convergence coefficient. To do this, 2011-2015 Korean patent data were utilized. The research findings revealed that the ICC by industry was the highest in order of man-made fibres, paints/varnishes, petroleum products/nuclear fuel and other chemicals. Also, according to the inter-industry convergence matrix, the number of convergence patents was the greatest in order of office machinery and computers, special purpose machinery industries and Measuring instruments.
