2011년 사업을 시작해 현재 국내 최고의 통합 솔루션 전문기업으로 발돋움한 (주)뉴론웍스는 대한민국 ICT의 역사를 개척한다는 자부심으로 가득한 회사이다. 제조 ICT, 물류 ICT 등 다양한 ICT 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 전체 직원의 70%가 연구 개발 인력으로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 인적 자원은 (주)뉴론웍스가 중소 규모 SI 플랫폼, 클라우드 기반 모바일 솔루션, 웹서비스, 스마트팩토리 솔루션 등 여러 첨단 융합 ICT 분야에서 우수한 기술력과 경쟁력을 축적하는 데 중요한 바탕으로 작용했다. 한편 섬유정보화 전문기업인 (주)보강시스템은 1994년 설립 이후 제직, 염색, 후가공 등 섬유업종 정보화 시스템을 구축해왔다. 보강시스템의 솔루션은 20년 간의 축적된 기술력을 바탕으로 230여 개의 섬유업체에서 이용되고 있다. 각자의 전문 분야에서 인정받고 있는 뉴론웍스와 보강시스템은 IoT 기반의 스마트 팩토리 구현을 위해 힘을 합쳤다. 하지만 인적 자원에 투자를 함에도 중소기업 단독으로 기술 개발 및 성장을 하는 데는 한계가 있었고, 고민 끝에 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)의 표준 자문서비스의 문을 두드리게 되었다.

The overall digital transformation in society is rapidly progressing with the corona virus epidemic. In particular, in the field of cultural heritage and museums, digital transformation is taking place throughout the preservation, management, and utilization of cultural heritage. To respond to this, the importance of cultivating the digital literacy of museum professionals to select and utilize digital cultural heritage information is increasing. However, the current digital capacity education of museum professionals has not reached the cultivation of digital literacy due to one-way theory and one-way practical education. To overcome this, we propose a digital capacity building program using virtual museums. We propose a curriculum based on participatory museums, cooperative learning, and project-based learning theories. Learners experience the entire process of acquiring, selecting, and utilizing digital cultural heritage information through individual, cooperative, constant, exhibitions, and project-based learning programs. We were evaluated by experts in terms of education, museum education, and ICT technology education to prove its usability and derive improvements. This study will contribute to building the digital capacity of museum professionals.

Data generated by the development of ICT, the diversification of ICT devices and services and the expansion of social media are categorized as big data characterized by the amount, variety and speed of the data. The spread of the use of big data is expected to have the effects of identifying the status quo by analyzing data in all industries, predicting the future, and creating opportunities to apply it. However, while it is imperative for these things to be done, the nation still lacks professional training institutions or curricula. In this case study, we will investigate and compare the state of education for the training of big data personnel in Korea, find out what level and level of education is being trained to nurture balanced professionals, and prepare an opportunity to think about how it can help students create value at a time when the need for education is growing in the wake of awareness of big data.

Development of information & communication technologies brought a lot of changes into a fashion industry system. Based on this advancement, various classes which utilized a computer is opened in the educational field. However, because of the shortages of ICT quality of leaner, It must spare a section equivalent for ICT literacy during educational contents. In secondary education and the culture process of a university It is because ICT literacy education was not realized directly. This study is purposed to present more desirable direction the curriculum of Fashion Design, in order to study like the fashion design technical education division, defined the ICT literacy ability that leaner must have and under the tyrannies that that kind of ICT quality ability was had, designed a educational 'process in the fashion design that utilized the ICT which was suitable for information oriented society.

올해로 창립 11년째를 맞고 있는 포스데이타는 현재 850여명의 전문인력에, 자본금 3백 50억원, 매출액 1천8백여억원의 기업이다. 포스데이타의 주력사업은 기업이나 정부기관의 정보시스템을 개발해주는 것이다. 즉, 컴퓨터(하드웨어), 소프트웨어, 통신 등 모든 정보관련 기술을 활용, 최소의 비용으로 이용자의 요구사항에 맞는 최적의 정보시스템을 구축, 제공하는 것이다. 곧 정보화와 관련된 종합서비스를 제공하고 있는 것이다.

다가오는 21세기에 국가의 미래가 달린 정보화를 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 정보화 관련 기술의 개발이 무엇보다 중요한 과제이며, 기술개발은 정보통신 기술인력의 확보에 그 성패가 달려 있다고 하겠다. 그러나, 우리나라의 경우 고도로 숙련된 전문 인력이 절대적으로 부족, 정보화의 진전에 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 해마다 교육기관을 통해 정보통신 기술인력이 배출되고 있음에도 기업에서는 인력 확보에 어려움으로 겪고 있는데, 이는 산업 전체의 정보화 욕구 증대에 따른 인력수요의 폭발적인 증가도 이유가 되겠으나, 그보다는 질적인 욕구를 충족시키지 못하는데 더 큰 원인이 있으며, 또한 인력 수급의 체계적 관리 부족도 한 원인 이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서, 기업내에서의 경력별 인력 보유 현황과 교육 기관에서의 인력 배출 현황을 정확하게 파악, 인력 수급에 따른 문제점을 밀도있게 분석하고 향후 체계적인 인력 수급 정책을 마련하는 작업이 시급한 과제라 하겠다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 향후 정보통신 분야에 대한 효율적인 인력양성 방안을 수립하는데 도움이 되고자 전국 4년제 대학 및 사업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, "'96 정보통신산업 기술인력수급 실태조사"보고서를 발간하였다. 이 보고서의 주요 내용을 요약.발췌한다.

The central focus of this research paper is to explore the recent structural core empirical unemployment reason of IT new professional manpower who graduated in higher education level in Korea. The final goal of this issue is to estimate and analyze rambling impediment in IT manpower labor market between 26 detail occupations and between detail occupations and 3 educational levels of new graduates and entrants who entered in IT 6 occupational groups composing 26 particular occupations. This study uses the 2004 data published by the Ministry of ICT and relies upon both one-way analysis of variance and two-way analysis variance to tackle the issue. According to the ANOVA results, 2 main points were delineated In the one-way analysis of variance method. the total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into two major components: within sum of squares (SSW) (6 detail occupations, 85%) and between sum of squares (SSG) (26 detail occupation, 15%) The other major finding is that total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into three major components: between detail occupations (SSG) (19.3%), between educations (SSB) and errors (SSE) (56%) in IT SIW development design group.

제1회 인터넷인증시험 정보검색사 시험이 2월 28일자로 종료되었다. 한국정보통신진흥협회가 인터넷활성화와 전문인력보급을 위해 실시한 인터넷 정보검색사 시험에서 3,790명이 최종합격, 전문가로서의 자격증을 취득했다.
