Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the contents and problems of present education for safety education specialist and provide suggestions for improvement in the future by examining the current status of capacity building education for safe education specialist. Method: The analysis of current status was conducted based on the results of two training sessions on safety education specialists and the research on the actual condition was carried on targeting safety education specialists. Result: As a result of the research, most of the contents of education for safety education specialist are biased toward theory and lack of a systematic education system, resulting in that safety education tends to be field education and focuses on theory and audio-visual education. Safety education is not solved by theory, but can be maximized the effect through experience and practice to experience the real situation. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results of this study, a method of ICT is proposed to utilize for safety education, so that safety education specialists can be provided with practical and effective safety education, which can be used at real safety field.

Countries around the world are accelerating digital transformation based on intelligent information technology to overcome the economic and social crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and enhance national competitiveness. Based on the Framework Act on Intelligent Informatization, Korea is also focusing on implementing various intelligent informatization policies, projects, and digital platform government. In this study, the government's professional manpower status and operation status were investigated and analyzed based on national statistics, and the number of professionals was insufficient compared to the rapidly increasing project and budget. Based on the results of this study, we hope to achieve a successful digital transformation by calculating appropriate personnel for informatization at the national level and recruiting them as soon as possible

정부는 지난 '97. 3 자격기본법을 제정하여 사회적 수요에 부응하는 우수 민간자격에 대해 자격심사를 거쳐 국가공인회를 추진키로 해 인터넷기술자격증의 국가공인의 길이 열려, 앞으로 예상되는 인터넷 전문인력 공급에 신뢰성을 부여할 수 있게 되어 안정적 전문인력 수요가 가능하게 되었다.

본 연구는 2010년 이후로 다시 활성화가 된 NFC 기술을 이용하여 출석 체크 APP을 개발하고, 아두이노와 MySQL을 통해 데이터베이스를 생성, Node.js를 이용하여 서버를 구축함으로써 출석 체크 과정에서 발생하는 불필요한 시간 사용을 최소화하고 근거리 통신을 통해 확실한 출석 체크를 실현하기 위한 연구이다. 출석 체크시스템에서의 효율성과 정확성은 중요한 요소로서, 이를 위해 NFC 기술을 활용하여 신속하고 정확한 출석 체크를 수행하며, 데이터의 신뢰성과 보안성을 강화한다. 연구를 통해 출석 체크 시스템이 발생하는 인력과 시간의 절약 효과를 확인하고, 효율적인 출석 체크 관리를 위한 혁신적인 해결책을 제시한다. 이러한 연구는 출석 체크 시스템의 개선과 혁신을 이끌며, 다양한 조직이나 교육기관에서 확장될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

현재 국내 인터넷 이용자 1000만 돌파. 벤처기업 5800여곳. 가파른 성장세를 달리는 국내 정보통신 산업이 쏟아낸 기록들이다. 앞으로도 성장은 당분간 지속될 것으로 보인다. 하지만 풀어야할 숙제 또한 많다. 최근 현안으로 떠오른 전문인력 문제도 그중의 하나. 2004년까지 21만명이 부족할 것이란 전망이다. 정보통신 전문인력 양성을 위해 설립된 한국정보통신대학원대학교가 주목받는 것도 그 때문이다. 이학교 양승택 총장을 만나 정보통신대학원대학교의 향후 역할 등에 관해 들어봤다.
